Jonathan is an excellent salesman that cares about his customers. He works with people to help them get the best for their money. Awesome staff and very friendly. All my furniture that I have gotten from Sims Furniture is great and also very affordable. Also, they are very flexible with payments, but good communication and honesty is key. I would refer all my friends here without thinking twice about it.

I had seen Sims Furniture store on tv, decided to come in to look at the furniture. Loved what i seen with no problem was able to get a Brand knew bedroom set complete & reasonable. I am very happy at how easy it was to get everything completed to get approved. Will be referring all my family & friends to come in & see what will happen for them.

We went to Sims because of their excellent reputation for quality and service. We were not disappointed. The manager, Jonathan, provided helpful suggestions, reasonable options, and discussed funding options. There was a wide selection of beds and couches (what we were looking for) in the store. Sims Furniture is the best place to buy mattresses, furniture, and appliances especially if you are on a budget or need financing. They sell only name brands of all merchandise. Jeff the Manager is excellent. He will do his best to accommodate you in product and financing. We have been customers of Sims Furniture for about 3 years.

Jeff helped my mom and I. I was sure he wasnt going to be able to help me, but he was so awesome! Not only was I able to get living room furniture but I was also able to get a bedroom suit with mattress and box spring for less than 2500. And I have my things at home while I make affordable payment plans monthly. The atmosphere was relaxed and none assuming. They didnt pressure me to buy anything. Sims is an awesome place to do business. Theyre professional and made sure I gor what I was looking for at an a great price. Come see them guys!!!

I bought my very first furniture purchase at Sims furniture on Madison Ave. way back in 1995 when I lived in Covington, Kentucky. I remember the day like it was yesterday, I was in need of a dinning room table and chairs for my apartment, but I didnt have a lot of cash saved up on hand to make such an expensive purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that I only needed a small down payment and pay the balance in monthly installments. I am still using that same dining room table in my house today,.23 years later! I just made another purchase on the 4th of December at the Sims showroom in Clayton Ohio. I had just moved into a house 2 months ago and had reluctantly rented a washer and dryer at a Rent-A-Center because I didnt realize that Sims now had a location near me. I contacted the new Sims location after selecting the washer and dryer I wanted then completing a simple credit application online and I was quickly notified I was approved. I drove out to Sims to sign the paperwork and make a reasonable (10%) down payment, and the store manager, Jeff Perchan, a very personable guy with a great sense of humor had everything set to go in what couldnt of been much more than 30 minutes. I know that Sims will continue to get my business in the future. Save yourself some money and heartache, stay away from Rent-A-Center! Go visit Jeff Perchan at Sims for your household furniture and appliance needs! Oh yeah, be sure to remember to tell Jeff that Brian Jones sent you !!!
