Good staff I love all the free diagnostics they can run on your car such as a battery check or an alternator check. Thats how we came to find out we needed a new alternator on our honda. We took it to the mechanics right next door and they said it would be 600+ to get it fixed. So we ran back over to auto zone and picked up an new alternator for about 230. 4 hours later after some youtubing and wriggling we got it changed out and brought in the old one to get 30 bucks back! The only reason not 5 star rating is that though they tested our battery 3 times with all things looking good we needed up needing to replace the battery anyway... so I would have preferred to have known that from the test and not from having yo jump my car in order to start it.

I had bought a coolant reservoir tank because the one in my Chevy truck was no good and leaking for the year 2000. A guy and a gray shirt help me which tells me he was management due to I have worked for AutoZone up north years ago for a few years and know the answer basics. This particular reservoir tank the tank was fine but the cap however was cross threaded and was caused more issues than I can imagine right now the 2000 Chevy Silverado once I filed a deal online at autozone.com found that it was installed improperly and AutoZone will correct the issue. But the issue is not only to cross threading of the new lifetime warranty tank mind you, I am overheating more constantly now and I am spitting water cooling from somewhere down by the water pump Ive overheated to almost the Max a couple times and was able to get it cooled off quickly this I feel like created and even very issue than I need right now coming from somebodys on a very fixed income and I cant really afford the problems and its my only source of transportation. I hope this manager or someone could reach out to me and we resolve this cuz I dont feel like its going to be traveling much longer

Went in tonight to have my battery checked. Chuck was amazing. I came back an hour later and he had it installed back in the car. I cried the whole way home. I literally appreciated his kindness.

Staff was super helpful when the LED brake lights I bought didnt play nice with my truck. They made it into a quick and easy exchange for old school bulbs. Nice job!

Worst Autozone in the surrounding area by far because of the Store Manager. The Store Manager she was very rude and useless but obviously had great cellular service since she was on it at all times and laughing about what was on her phone, while customers were waiting. The other employees were great & helpful, once they were not busy helping other customers. Took them less then a few moments to get me what I needed. After the young man found what I was looking for, the store manager then tried to come and help me by rudely interrupting her own employee. Extremely horrible management skills and customer service coming from the top of this store.

Surprised they didnt have led headlight option for my toyota, although the service was great and very helpful.

The staff is always very helpful. Its great to get the $20 reward after a certain amount of purchases. Prices are comparable to other auto parts stores. This particular location carries a fairly large inventory.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a breakdown with 3 adults, an 11 yr old child and 2 dogs in the middle of summer and no ac. They gave us water, let the dogs come in and cool off and a discount on the part we needed. Very greatful to this store and employees.

My wife and I stopped into the layton store to return an item that was not needed to fix our problem and the lady was rude and we were told it was not returnable even though it was still in warranty period and new condition so we ran out of are way to the cleaefield store.#0888 and the manager chuck quickly greeted with a smile and returned our item and apologised for the inconvenience on behalf of autozone .. turned it into great experience and will continue to go out of my way and head over to chuck and his stafe. I spent a lot of time looking for what I needed to no avail. When I asked an employee she was able to get most of what I needed. They just didnt have any Trans Axle fluid for a manual.

I go to autozone for most of my car needs and theyre always so wonderful and helpful. Anytime I need something they let me know how to put it in and sometimes even do it for me.

Everytime hubby and i come we always get someone that doesnt seem to know what their doing when we go or thwy offer us the most expensive parts even though we always go online first and look for thw prjces ourselves so stop trying to sell people the most expensive parts let them know all the options that are available dont try to trick your customers into buying the most expensive geez.
