We bought the car, but it ended up having more issues than they let us know about. I called to work it out with them, but they refused to help and Jeremy spent 20 minutes talking down to me, berating me, and even name-calling. Interruptions, not listening, yelling--all while I remained level-headed and trying to understand. Worst customer service experience of my life.
