We love our new year round holiday lights! Vince and Rolo were excellent at installing the lighting system. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful at showing us how to use the system. Wasatch Trimlight has been very professional throughout the process.

11/4/21 Ashlee has been amazing through out the entire process. Ashlee’s personality and customer service was the cherry on top and made me want to move forward with this company. Rachel was great! She came over for measurements. The install was incredibly early, but just goes to show how great this company is. Lisa Woods not friendly like Ashlee and Rachel. Carsyn, the installer, was very friendly and notified me when he was done with the install and told me it looked great. Once it got dark, my husband and I connected the lights and realized there were 2 bulbs out. I texted the installer and emailed Lisa Woods. We’ll see what happens.

We absolutely love our new lights. Ty installed them for us. He was fast and very friendly. We are so excited for future holidays now that we have our Wasatch Trimlights!

To say Wasatch Trimlight is easy to work with is an understatement. We were lucky enough to have Austin do our install, and I cant say enough about his skill, professionalism, and likeability. The dude just knows what hes doing, and he took great care of us. We did a lot of research before selecting Wasatch Trimlight. Weve seen other houses that have installed trim lights with competing companies, and frankly, there is no comparison. Our lights are brighter and we have a far better selection of colors and patterns. I also believe our lights are installed better so you can see all the lights from every direction. (Some are installed too far underneath the soffit or fascia, and become hidden when seen from the road). I can also say the quality of components are better. I know this because I was able to closely inspect a string of lights while they were installing it. They may even appear to be over-engineered, but I can attest the construction is super durable, waterproof and will last for a long, long time. Im also pleased with their warranty, promising to come out and fix any problems for as long as we live here. We absolutely loves these lights.

We just had Wasatch Trimlight install their permanent/holiday lighting on our home in Syracuse (Davis County). I did my research before deciding to go with Trimlight. The pricing was pretty comparable between the 3 major contenders. It seems Jellyfish had the biggest name but all options weighed, I chose the Trimlight. You cannot beat a lifetime warranty!The installation took 2 days. The installer was incredible!!! He did a really good job and it looks perfect. Neat and tidy and looks like a part of the house, not an add-on. Its obvious this guy is a PRO! Kudos to this professional and courteous installer.Kudos to Trimlight too. Im anxious to sit out in the dark this weekend and play with all the combinations of settings available to me. Cant wait to customize my new lights for the holiday weekend next week and for the upcoming holidays.And Im looking forward to NOT having to get up on the roof to try to install Christmas lights each year and also to NOT having to buy new lights every few years!Thank you Wasatch Trimlight.

I am not tech savy concerning technical issues. Wasatch Trimlight came to the house and assisted me with programming the lights. We have had our lights for several years. Trimlight has been everything they claim to be. They are very helpful, professional and care about their customers.

My wife and kids love that they can change the lights to whatever they want, whenever they want. I love the schedule ability that allows me to support my favorite teams! Wasatch Trimlight has been wonderful to work with! A few months after installation we got a new roof installed. The Wasatch Trimlight people came out to move the wires so the roofing people wouldnt damage the wires. Wasatch Trimlight then came back and reinstalled the wires and ensured everything was working properly again. They were so pleasant during the whole process. Everybody I talked to and interacted with went out of their way to exceed my expectations! I am very impressed. I highly recommend Wasatch Trimlight!

I had the permanent lights installed. My biggest issue with them is that they are just not very bright. My neighbors lights all look beyond bright and then there’s mine. Cool functionality, but weak from a brightness standpoint. I thought perhaps it was just my system, but I checked out a few other houses with the same system and they weren’t very bright either. Wish I had known this before I spent so much on this system as I’m kind of stuck now.

Meto and Ty installed my lights. Both were very professional, and I am really happy with the quality of my installation . Meto also went over details concerning simple use of the app, my warranty, etc. I recommend this company, and if possible, ask for these installers.

Wasatch Trimlight is really good to work with. The lights are really really neat and fun to light up my home. Their website is so informative with the tutorials on how to use the lights. I find that these lights are a good investment and can turn them on for all the holidays or for what ever occasion you want to light up your home. We have loved our Trimlight lights so much! We have had them now for about 5 years in South Weber in Davis County and love how we can change the lights for any season! Ive always wanted Christmas lights but my husband just wasnt keen on getting on the roof in the winter so this solved our problem since they are permanent! Wasatch Trimlight was great to work with and continue to be customer minded!

Oh my Gosh my son purchased these light for my husband and I and what an investment they are. If you love the holidays but hate to hang lights you need to get some. We were the first in are area to have them installed and I have noticed more and more people are having them installed. I just love them, Planning on getting the rest of the house done Im so glad that I call Wasatch trim light . I would give them not a 5 star but a 10 star just love them. Ive had permanent holiday lights installed on my home, and removable ones installed on my parents home. I love them both. Amazing service personnel and products. I think theyre a must-have.

First and last year using them as they bought out my normal lighting company. They increased my price by 15%. Wanted to put up my non permanent lights up in October. Communication is non existent and they will not tell you when your lights will be up. I had to call several times just to get the week. When they were put up they did not look like a professional had done them. When they came to take them down they left clips scattered in the yard and still attached to the house. I did call the company first to explain the situation and the lady I talked to couldn’t have cared less.They get 2 stars because they did take the lights down in the time frame I requested.I do not recommend this company.

We love our Trimlights! We use them for any occasion. Of course all the major holidays, birthdays, Jazz games, U of U games, Aggie games, team colors of whoever if playing against BYU, really anytime we want! Super easy to program, they are bright at night and in the daytime I cant even tell theyre there! The guys that installed my lights were super professional and it was done in a day!

They were so easy to work with and the entire system is so easy to operate. I did permanent lighting and I have gotten my money’s worth out of it and my kids enjoy being able to have lights on the house for every holiday and birthday!

They did an excellent job with our install and got exactly what we wanted.These Christmas lights installers worked extra and in a rain/sleet/snow storm to get our lights on time, even after we told they could delay installing them. We are in Layton and had Wasatch Trimlight install permanent Christmas lighting fall 2018. They did a great job installing, cleaning up and making sure we knew how to operate. They were a few minutes later than the expected time, but called to let us know that, which we appreciated. Its great to have lights without climbing ladders and so much fun to have different colored lights for all the holidays, not just Christmas. Highly recommend.

Wasatch Trimlight put permanent lights on our house. They were fast and affordable. The lights are easy to control. I love the Christmas and holiday designs. My husband loves to make the lights the color of his favorite sports teams on the nights they play. My grandchildren also enjoy seeing the lights every time they come to visit. We are getting a lot of use with them.

We are getting older, and not wanting to risk getting up on the house each year to put up and take down, we had Wasatch Trimlight install permanent lights on the house. They did a nice job and were very skilled in their work. The lights are now enjoyed, not only by us, but also by all the neighbors in our community. We also have found it fun and exciting to enjoy the lighting for other holidays besides Christmas, for example: Presidents day, Saint Patricks day, Easter, etc.. It is exciting to be able to choose the different lighting schemes for each holiday (red-white-blue, green and yellow, red-green-yellow-blue-purple, etc.) and to be able to change up the presentation scheme for each holiday (i.e. have the lights come on and off in different modes, jump, fade in, strobe, gradual, etc.). We are now enjoying the lights year round.

These guys are really super good! I am so thrilled to be done with an extension ladder and doing my holiday lighting from my smart phone or tablet in the palm of my hand :) Hassle free... Wow...Wasatch Trimlight has THE greatest solution for permanent trimlights (Christmas lights) out there, and GREAT personnel. Ramon and Ricky both explained the whole process and even went out of their way to help me configure some holiday scenes. I cant believe how seamless they blend into my homes look! I am having a lot of fun with my outdoor lighting that I can use year round. Especially around any holiday because there are so many color and display choices. We had Wasatch Trimlight do our home in South Weber Utah. What a beautiful job they did. On Halloween the lights were on 10 min when our neighbor called to say she loved the lights. Several Trick-or-Treeters also commented. We sent a picture to our daughter in Florida she loved it. We tried to get their house done but their are no Trimlight dealers in Fl. The Contractors here like it. We plan to light the house for birthdays for grandchildren.George Froerer

I love having permanent light for Christmas, Easter, football games and any other special days to light up my house!! The trim perfectly matches my house soffits and the lights are nice and bright. The app turns them on, lets you pick your colors on both strings separately or together, and even will turn them on and off on a schedule, or manually as you wish. The only negative: the app is a little hard to navigate and the instructions arent perfectly clear, but I did manage to learn how to set it up successfully with a few phone calls.

We love our permanent lighting that Wasatch Trimlight installed for us on our commercial building, and we have received my compliments. I absolutely love my lights. I can use them all year long (my wife just recently programmed the lights pink for Valentines) and I never have to get up on my roof again. Dustin and his crew are professional, clean, and courteous and they make sure to not cause any damage to your existing gutters, soffit, fascia. We love being able to display Utah Jazz, Green Bay Packer, Utah Ute and holiday colors all year long.

The last couple of years we have had Wasatch put up our holiday lights. They are always on time and the lights look great, all at a reasonable cost.

These lights are seriously the best purchase ever. I was excited for them to begin with but now that they are installed its a whole other level of excitement (yes, simple things excite me :) )! I was very impressed with how well done everything was AND not to mention, that they took our lights down that were already up there from the previous Christmas. Unfortunately after the wind storm came through our old lights were hanging off the house in several places. *insert face palm* The team installed the lights quickly and made sure I knew how to use them. Weve had them on more than we havent since we got them. We even made sure to invite all the family over to demonstrate a light show or two :D I would definitely recommend these and plan on doing the entire house in the near future. Dusty Christensen was my go to guy to put up several strings of the permanent lighting on my home last November (2016). Loved the effect, and he was an awesome sales and technical installer. As it would turn out, due to no fault of Dusty, the lights were from a bad lot (an extremely rare condition). Dusty was so apologetic about it, and as soon as he feasibly could, he came back and installed complete new lights at, of course, no cost to me. This was a significant project. There are times where materials can go bad, it as a part of life. I judge the character of a company or person in how they recover from the issue. Dusty and Wasatch Trimlight recovered wonderfully. All is well now with our system, and it is the coolest thing to have. Builds up the positive energy of a home and keeps me safely anchored on the ground. Thanks again Dusty and WT.
