I have been visiting this location for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff members are often young kids, but they do their job well and are really friendly. Its really nice having an ice cream shop just a couple minutes away from home for those nights when we want to indulge in some sugar.

Best Sundae Ive had in my life. The young people working there tonight were super friendly, fast and helpful. The waffle bowl I got my Sundae in was delicious. I highly recommend this location!

Ive tried a couple of the ice cream cakes and they were delicious and had a good assortment to chose from. The store is clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. You scream. I scream. We all scream for ICE CREAM!

Very happy! Visited on a Sunday and the 3 ladies were very friendly and helpful, even towards my post-park playdate, slightly hyper 6 year olds. Ice cream was yummy and the store was very clean. Will be back for sure!!

Gave it a 3 because the kids running the place did a great job. The only issues we had were the tables and chairs were looking rough. Theres no public restrooms. Families come here to rest and enjoy a treat. Restrooms are a must! Parents need to wash little hands, ect.The dine in area was directly in the sunlight. There should be a way to sunvise the area; Make it more comfortable for guests. It made the whole experience feel rushed. We had to eat our treat quickly in order to prevent it from running down the sides of the cone.The outdoors sitting was nice and covered.

This is such a great place to go when you want to just get a quick bite of ice cream. Going through the drive-thru they have some cute little ice cream creation creatures and you can get a unicorn a mermaid or a monster with any kind of flavor scoop of ice cream you want and kids love it and then get a little crown that goes with it and its so adorable and its just a nice little treat to get and make any little toddler or adult happy for that matter

Nobody cares about walk in customers ... I had to wait like 30 minutes for my online order . They kept taking their drive thru ... Disappointed

This coming week is a very special week for a special someone in our family who is turning the big 40!!! After trying to place my order online with no success, I finally called the store directly. Chelsee was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to make this a very special cake for my hubs as this is his first ice cream birthday cake, ever!!! She made some suggestions and I was grateful for them! I can’t wait to see the end results/product!! I know my husband will be totally surprised! (I hope he doesn’t see this review) just yet, lol! Seeing from how it works the manager does not take care nor help the employees even though theyre minors most of them. I really hope She starts helping Them and sticking out for Them from now on.

The store is run by children with little to zero knowledge of whats actually on the ice-cream menu and what types of cones they offer.No professionalism in the least.On phones, talking to each other and it took like 4 min before I was approached in the drive thru. NO NEXT TIME!!

I went here today and there were 2 workers and totally ignored us. That is not acceptable. When I said we are ready and one of them said that shell be with us ia a bit and continue to talk with the other worker. We maybe dark but we are people and Im very upset 😡 the way we were treated. When I complained they help a white man and talked about us and laughed. I hope you take care of this so it wont happen to others.

If I could give “0” stars I would. The girl who took our order tonight laughed and obviously didn’t care. The moment we pulled up to the window she yelled in the background “ do they not realize we are about to close!!” The boy who made our order was really polite, apologized and gave us the managers number to further our concerns with her. You bet we did not give them any of our business. Worst place.

Went here last Sunday at 10:30. The site said they closed at 11 and when I went to do the door it was locked and a guy and girl were in there working and both just stared at me until I left

Strawberry cheesecake shake.... wow hit the spot!!!! Young ladys were working really hard when we pulled up at 9:40 pm. Place is always super clean.

Great ice cream. The employees were really nice and the tables were clean. I really liked the cookies and cream flavour that they have. They got us our order pretty quickly and I was really happy with the service. I will definitely be coming back over my lunch break.

Tried to order a birthday cake by calling over the phone. When I called, I was told I need to order on line and then call back to customize it... Ummmm, ok fine... I placed the order on line and called back. I was left on hold because the person who answered the phone wasn’t the original person I talked to, she couldn’t help me... I waited for a bit until the other girl got on the phone... Came time to pick up the cake and it didn’t even say happy birthday on the cake... They said they thought it would look better writing it on the inside of the box since my cake was too “small”... That’s funny because now I have a cake with the birthday writing on the top of the cake with no problem. Only since I complained... Customer service here is terrible... There’s better options for ice cream shops. Pass this one and move on!

I received my cake which was great. I ordered the cake two days advanced and scheduled for 1 that day. Got there about five past 1 and I had to wait about 15 minutes for the cake. Other then that quality service and tasty product.

I just barely went around 9:15 through the drive thru. I got a couple things. I ordered a one scoop chocolate, and that’s the only thing they got correct. I also ordered 3 banana royals, one of them had NO bananas, one of them had one scoop of ice cream when it’s supposed to come with 2, and one of them had no ice cream (and if it did it was completely melted) they also got all the toppings wrong after I told her the toppings 3 times. She even repeated the order and they still got it wrong. I also ordered a cone in a cup and they got the ice cream wrong on that as well. I spent my money for them to get everything wrong. I’m very disappointed.

I love this place always fun and the employees are so sweet and let you sample and just let you look. Its great. Reminds me of being a kid again. Thank you

Ice cream 31 different flavors!! You v cannot believe the good service especially from the employee named Genna. She listens carefully and my orders are always correct. Shes patient with my kids and she does a great job.

Probably the best Baskin ROBBINS Ive ever been to . The place was spotless. It looks like it had just been remodeled. From the time you walk up the stairs with the new beautiful railings to the time I entered the door were I was greeted by the smiling face of a very helpful young lady my experience there was amazing.

This location is understaffed and poorly kept. We only went here because we had T-mobile Tuesday deal. We all got our scoops of ice cream in a timely manner, however, we were the only customers there at the time. When we went to pay it was ridiculous. The two teenage employees didnt know how to use the register properly to give us the discount. After 30 min of getting no where my husband finally talked a different manager on the phone to resolve the problem. This was after the teenage in store manager told us her shift was over and left before even solving the problem. She abandoned her coworker to finish ringing us up.All in all, the ice cream was good. But dont go there if you want decent service. Im afraid the next people to walk in would have to scoop their own ice cream.

Just bought a 3 scoop sundae and a pre-packed quart of ice cream. I live in Layton and was on my way home with daughter from her recital. Decided to get a treat. Girl looked scared to scoop a full scoop. Manager was on her side so guessing she was being trained. Sundae was unusually small. Guess they’re trying to cutback. Layton location is sooo much better and the staff know what they’re doing. Probably not going to drop by this location again.Took a picture of the sundae but can’t figure out how to copy. The three scoops didn’t reach the rim of the bowl. Girl filled it up with whipped cream.Gave 2 stars because my daughter was happy with her sundae even though I didn’t think it was worth the $$ I paid for it.

Walked in and there was a big group in front of me, three employees, but only one person scooping ice-cream. While I was waiting for them to be helped another big group walked in behind me. One of the employees asked if I had been helped, I said, no not yet. Thought he was going to get my order but he walked off. The big group that walked in after me was served first and left before me. I was still ignored. Until one of the employees finally turned around and came to get my order. I told him what I wanted and he started scooping the wrong ice-cream. I had to direct him to the ice-cream I was wanting. Seemed like he didn’t know what flavors were what. Very poor customer service! I won’t be back.

Went in last might, there were no customers. As we were being helped two other people walked in and 2 cars came to the drive through. In short, the two drive through cars, and the two individuals all got their orders fulfilled before me. Has customer service gotten so bad that things like this happens? No wonder there are so many one stars for this place.

Prices have noticeably gone up, so that sucks. Whole staff seems new. There was a manager and 3 or 4 employees. Everyone was running around like crazy, but there were only 4 of us in the store. Not sure about the chaos, but definitely seemed like they need more training. Boy didnt even know how to give a sample and a girl gave me the wrong flavor.

The ice cream there is good but if you have any coupons or discounts they try not to do them. Asked for a triple got charged for a double and a single!

Ice cream was great, as always. I came to the drive-up. The two employees did a 20 second dance deciding which one would wait on me. Once it was determined, the server was very quick and friendly.

Just took my son for ice cream for his birthday. We went through the drive up window. Ordered for the family. I ordered a turtle Blast. We were given our order and we drove away. I drove down the road a ways and tried my turtle blast. I was not happy when i found out it was a mocha blast..... I LOATHE COFFEE.... I didnt go back and waste any more of my time. Mocha blast dumped.....Mocha and turtle dont sound remotely the same......

I sat in the drive through a really long time, was never acknowledged, came inside to find the staff wasnt even busy. Staff never apologized when I let them know how long i was waiting. I suggest getting rid of the drive through or finding a better way to monitor it.

Flavors here were really good. They have a lot of options. Tuesday nights are family night. Get kids scoops for a dollar, and regular for 1.50. service was fast and good. Only complaint I had was a bell kept ringing over and over while we were eating there.

I really tried to like this place. I really wanted to give it a chance since it seems like a lot of young people work here and I dont really have high expectations. Its just ice cream right? Heres the sitch... first time I came with my boys, my oldest son was attempting to throw some napkins away in the outside garbage and his hand came about a centimeter away from an exposed syringe (needle side up) that some ignoramus threw in there. Didnt go back for months, but took a chance today and pretty sure the ice cream gave me food poisoning. Ive been hugging the toilet for the last three hours. Their ice cream was stale, hard, and tasted like how moth balls smell. Never, ever, again. Hard pass from now on. Youre much better off driving to a cold stone or frozen yogurt place.

Baskin-Robbins has always been my favorite Ice Cream shop. I stopped by here to pick up some ice cream for my daughter while she was in the hospital and the employee was very helpful, making sure I had plenty of spoons, bowls and napkins for everyone. Im glad she thought about all of that, because my mind was somewhere else.

I love Baskin-Robbins cappuccino blast but this location the last few times Ive come here their blenders have been unavailable and then today I went by and the girl wouldnt use the blender because it was drying and she didnt want to get electrocuted ??? seems like kind of a lame excuse ..... do they only have one blender? Ill probably start going to another Baskin-Robbins location it just seems that this one is always unavailable from what Im wanting to order.

A hot Monday evening, wanted a cool treat. It took a minute but not long before I realized a ground-up up pink spoon to the back of my throat. I had ordered a frappuccino through the drive-thru and drove away I started drinking my drink and realized there was extremely hard chunks. I turned around and went into the store and talk to the employee, he said I put the spoon in the blender but didnt know Im sorry, I wasnt trying to kill you. No manager on duty and tried contacting them with no return phone call.

This was NOT one our better visits.Ordered a Banana Royale, he left the bananas out. So asked for 3 scoop sundae instead. Still wanted to charge me for the Banana Royale.I paid for the 3 scoops

Fantastic, took my sister there for some dessert, and was quickly greeted. They even asked if I was in the service. Caught me off guard and they definitely earned the 5 stars.

Been her lots of times and had a good experience but, tonight was a joke. Sat in the Drive thru for 20 minutes and the people in front of me waited for 40 min. Finally drove around and parked to go inside and by that time it was 10:03 and they close at 10. As I parked the girl inside locks the door.It is summer time so lots of people want ice cream its probably a good idea to have more than two people in the store working and not decide to just ignore the drive-thru window.

We came in last night with a group of 18 people, most children who can be a bit indecisive, the staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

How deceiving and sneaky this location is. They sell a two scoop Sunday but don’t bother to tell you it’s a kid size scoop. Reached out to the manager. chelsea who has yet to return my call. For almost $5 bucks that is a compete rip off. Guess they are trying to make up for their remodel. Taking my business elsewhere. I looked at the ice cream and it was not even a full size scoop.

Im so upset..not worth my money. I order a banana split and received a mini banana spits. And aside from this they always have bad customer service. Ive tried giving it a chance to the clearfield store but definitely Im not coming here again. 12th st has better service than this one.

Prices seemed to have gone up and portion size seems smaller, but they still have lots of flavors to choose and the quality is good.

Service was pretty bad. Slow, disinterested, and innatentive staff. The ice cream was good, but the childrens scoops were the same amount of ice cream as the single scoop, which was disappointing, since the single scoop cost more. $10.00 for four ice cream cones?! Meh. Not worth it.

It is 9:37 pm on May 12th. We just got home from trying to get ice cream at the Clearfield Baskin Robins. The gal turned off the lights when we were parking. Disappointment turned to frustration when I looked up the hours just now and the hours state 10:00 pm. We were there at 9:20 pm and no service.

Lots of flavors to choose from but staff could use some training in customer service. There are a bunch of young kids who basically are on their phones and annoyed when they have to get off of them to help a customer. This is why I dont come here often. Its been this way for a while.

Couple of lazy employees working the night shift. This place is suppose to close at 10 pm we go through the drive thru at 8 pm ring the bell and nothing 2 times we rang the bell and no service. If they were busy its understandable but there was only 2 ladies inside and they were already eating. As we drove off we saw BOTH GIRLS on there phones then one looked up with a stupid look on her face. What bad service. I hate this place!!!

Went on a Saturday evening. The handwritten sign on the door said “sorry we are understaffed we will be closing at 9 PM instead of 10 PM today”. While we were waiting to get our ice cream at 8:20, one of the two girls working there announced that she was going to lock the door so that no other customers could come in because they had been really busy that day and they were really stressed out so they were going to leave early. We got our ice cream and as we left we saw so many other customers go up and try to get in but couldn’t because the door was locked. So many customers were turned away before even 9 PM, when the place is supposed to be open till 10 PM. If I owned this business I would be so upset that these girls were turning customers away on probably the biggest moneymaking day of the week because they were “stressed out “.

I just want to let you know, we were in the Clearfield Utah Baskin Robbins last Friday, 8/28/15 with friends and we were extremely disappointed in the facility and service. We go there quite often for ice cream, but that night the place was not clean, they were missing several chairs and we all got 2 scoop sundaes and my wifes two scoops was good, but the rest of ours were extremely on the skimpy side. we are contemplating never going back to that location.
