Everything was great services, help,everything,until my father passed away, I had to leave state to go say goodbye to my father,I informed rent a center of my situation,I was told not to worrie that I be able to skip a payment,I always paid my items off with in 30 days,well when I returned home,with in a week there was a rent a center person come to my house and wanted to remove the items I had payments on,I told him I be at the store later that day, when I paid my min.payment and received the receipt the original contract was revised and was totally outrageous on what I owed. To this day Im shocked on how a turn of events m.was never even considered into how loyal of a customer I was,I ALWAYS paid way before my due date I always thought rent a center was a beautiful place, until the passing of my father, it wS a lie when they said I could simply skip a payment because then that put me beyond the same as cash .I felt manipulated for the cause of greed.Im sorry that one person at rent a center and his greed ruined the out look I had held for so long as a great place, but it did.Wem.Shephard.
