I had a little bit of a list for my shopping trip here. I used their website on my phone to find all the right parts for my 04 Ram 1500 5.7L, found the oil and filter and headlights and license plate lights, they didnt have my fuel filter though. Found the accessories I needed, stuff to clean up the headlight lenses, touch-up paint, cleaners, and a couple neat hats. The employees were nice, helpful, and fun to chat with. Store was clean, organized, just dont expect to find the books to help you find the right filters, etc (which is why I used their website on my phone). And Im thinking about going back for the truck bed painting kit (once its warmer in the spring).

Friendlish service, they maintain stock levels, go out of their way for you.. easy online ordering and pick up here also. The entrance/exit isnt lowered car friendly so I can only take one of my cars here which isnt as low

I like it here. Most the people that work here are nice and willing to help. its always my first choice to get parts and oil, but sometimes they are out of stock of certain items and I have to go to the competitor to get said items.

I had two core batteries to turn in, one, a motorcycle that was over a year old . No problem. Fast service, helpful, seems to carry everything I need for my vehicle .

Was having problems with my daughters car..was just not wanting to start...I was thinking the worst went in talk to a very very nice guy whom tastes her battery and found out thats all it was and put it in for her and tested it and the alternator...Also told her if she had any trouble with her battery to come in and they would test it for her and if its bad it would be replaced under the warranty...All good news to her...I thank you all fr the bottom of my heart...You made her day and mine...Keep up the great customer service and the work you do...Thanks Vickie & Krista...👍👍👍👍🤗🤗

Autozone definitely is not the autozone the employees are trained to make it when it opened....service is good and bad depends who u get to help you ....some employees know absolutely nothing bout cars or parts or how things function....employees are not familiar with what products they even stock or have on the floor...they dont follow autozone greeting or phone answering policies and some of the people are just rude and make you feel like ur a dummy....the computers there are placed as they are to allow customers to look up there own parts ECT but not very many of the workers are aware of that....there is a lot of room for improvement before that store fits and operates as the autozone policy and procedures intends it to be ran on operated as....

I really love how helpful all of the workers are in this store. As soon as I walk through the door, no matter how packed it is sometimes, I am always greeted and told if I need any help, do not hesistate to ask for assistance. I am loyal to this Autozone!!

This place has AMAZING 👏 customer service!! We bought a battery a little while back from Autozone in Woodland. The battery was giving us problems. We went in Autozone in Clearlake since we just recently moved to the area to exchange it as it was under warrenty. The exchanged it without no issues at all and he even went out to our car to change it out for us!! I cant thank them enough for such great service! Would recommend this Autozone to anyone!!

Ive had both good and bad experiences here. The bad: some of the guys here have a nasty habit of talking down to people and the last time I went in I was charged multiple times after the guy repeatedly said I wouldnt. The good: the battery guy is knowledge and friendly and the only reason they got the second star.

Nice auto parts store with ample inventory. Service is good depending how busy they are. Not a discount auto parts house so plan on paying full price for most purchases.

John one of the managers there was extremely helpful. My battery was dead and not only did he find the best one for my car but he also installed it right there on the spot, with service like this Ill stick with AutoZone thank you very much.

Have ordered parts 3 times and was told that they would be available on a specific day and time. All 3 times I was told there was another delivery later in the day. Thats 6 trips back and forth. Staff was very nice and cordial, but lacking in any knowledge of autos or just exactly what their business had to offer. Order on- line avoid going to the store.

This AutoZone is one of the best AutoZones Ive been to from coast to coast. All of this stores associates are knowledgeable about car parts and courteous. Youhanes is especially helpful and a pleasure to do business with! I wish our Clearlake Walmart was as good an example for their chain as this AutoZone is for the AutoZone Chain!

What kind of auto part store dont carry van covers. This town is full of vans and SUV. And they do not have them. And when I asked the employee was very rude. Like I should know that they dont have van covers. Auto zone is more like a Walmart then a part store . actually Walmart selection was a lot better. But they carry motor cycle covers.

AutoZone can be trusted to give a good price on any parts they sell. However, they couldnt get mud flaps for my 2000 Ford F350. Considering that it was 18 years old at the time, I dont hold that against them.

They needed at the time I went in was/somebody with more experience/ expertise/ and wanting to actually work...

I was accompanied by a friend of mine to Auto Zone to purchase a new radiator cap on Tuesday evening here on Lakeshore Dr., in Clearlake, Ca. And I forgot the name of young man who helped me on Tuesday night. I do know he seemed down to earth and friendly. To make this awful experience short and sweet (anything but pleasant) the next evening I drove my Toyota Camry back to Auto Zone on Wednesday night. I had a list of 3 items I needed to purchase and so I attempted to locate these items after what seemed forever I was at a loss and I proceeded to ask the same young man for some help he was rather rude when he found one of the items for me. Looking at the list i pointed something out to him while he has one of the items in his hand I needed and he points at the name on bottle and loudly suggests I do not know how to read. One it was not only ride to mrp]0ts

Only one good employee there and the managment is terrible. They keep a hiring sign out front year round but refuse to higher anyone that arnt personal friends or famliy. The only person you can trust on there is yohanes.
