Amazing customer service. And they had my car in, fixed and done in no time at all. They replaced my alternator in about half an hour or so. And now my car is running like brand new. And they give a little discount to triple A members I paid something like 70 to or 80 dollars all together. Of course I perchased my alternator at oriley auto parts and then had them put it in. Awesome car shop.

Beware!! I had just bought a suv,they did my smog,they talked me into getting a check up on it sense I it was a recent purchase. I thought they were being thoughtful and looking out for me. It turns out they saw all the NEW PARTS!! On my recently purchased suv and during the check up which I was told would only take a afternoon and ended up taking from Friday to Wednesday to get my suv back!! Well the mechanic there was removing my NEW PARTS!!!.WHEN I showed them the parts that were missing, the mechanic lied right to my face and said that was how I brought it in!! They did this because I am a single woman and thought I would not notice the obvious NEW PARTS were gone. It was my word against theirs. One of the parts was a $350 cold airflow canister, my manifold cover and another part.I trusted them because of their reviews and kind attitudes. Watch your engine parts take pictures if they go missing!!!.

They got my car a 300zx NA to smog. They know what they are doing. A very busy shop. I would recommend and I will go again

Since I was a teenager growing up in Clearlake in the mid90s, Fisher Auto and Electric has ALWAYS been the go to place for honest, no BS quality professional work with a hometown feel. They make smogging vehicles easy peasy and wont hesitate to give you helpful hints and feedback that is beneficial to your situation and might save you a few bucks. Very highly recommended for smogging, which I have done many times as well as figuring out your electrical gremlins and anything in between. Very honest fair and trustworthy people at this establishment, guaranteed.

Great customer service. Prices are fairly high, but quality people deserve to be paid a living wage. I felt good about the work they did for me. The had to diagnose the electrical problem, recommend a solution, and make the repair. Everything they did for us is fully warrantied. They will stand by their work and really thats what Im looking for. I am grateful for the referral that sent us here. If you are looking for a quality shop with quality staff look no further. I strongly recommend this place.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, they might not have fixed my vehicle,but had informed me of what the issue was with my vehicle.my issue was more than they were able to do,(no machine shop here) I would trust them to do work on any car.

Had an electrical issue with my 08 Dodge Ram where it was slamming into 4wd randomly going down the road. These guys were able to figure it out in a day of having my truck and charged me for an hour and a half. They found a wire had rubbed through and was shorting out in the harness, aka a needle in a hay stack, in an HOUR AND A HALF!!! Best $160 bucks I ever spent, will be going there again if I have any electrical issues in the future. 10/10 awesome customer service, awesome work. Thanks again guys.

I called to get my car hooked up to find vacuum leaks and my car to get fully inspected they tried charging more money then other shops by saying it would take them a lot of time horrible service and when u call them out instead of making things better they pass on working on you’re vehicle I will never go there nor send someone else there they’ve deffinatley lost a customer
