Customer service in this store 👎 we, the customers, are the ones who make your paycheck happen, it would be nice if they could at least pretend being nice to us and possibly not seem so much like we are annoying them because they have to stop playing on their phone to deal with a customer. No need to be rude to others just because youre unhappy with life. Smile sometime 😀

Love coming to metro and not being tied down to a contract. The prices are great with many phone plan options along with phones and accessories. I recently upgraded my phone which was cheaper than buying it new. ☺

I am retracting my earlier statement that I posted about a month ago that was unfair and out of line to post. In all fairness I would like to apologize and take accountability for what took place due to my negative attitude I brought to in to the store that day. I have to say that I have actually never had anything but a pleasant experience in the Clearlake Metro PCS store. The store manager Marcos went above and beyond to help me and make sure I left the store happy. I had a couple problems with the phone and Marcos had fixed them for me instead of telling me to call a Metro tech. On the contrary of what my earlier post had said I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you for all of your help.

Plan on paying atleast 50 more then any other store location.. worth driving to any other location even if out of county. Worst dealer Ive ever dealt wirh by far.

Metro is okay in our local area. Decent service but Im not their customer.

They couldnt solve my phones loose charging port issue. Other than that, good service.

Poor service and well over priced! Phone was $149 plus 60 service and the lady wanted to charge $310 $90 in taxes!!!

Amazing service.

I purchased a new phone and was overcharged 10.00. When I went back the manager said they charged me for a upgrade and said its on the paper work. The paper says (a 10.00 upgrade may apply anytime a phone is exchanged on the account. ) I did not exchange it. They charged me 15.00 to transfer my phone no.I was ok with that. The manager argued . I said I was calling customer service. He said (DO NOT COME BACK IN MY STORE!!). The phone was 79.00.On the receipt they listed the phone price as 89.00.This manager does not know how to work with the public! They are cheating the public so look at your receipt, there could be extra charges that they are pocketing, and didnt tell you about! This is the Clearlake store on Lakeshore Dr.

Had what I needed but not the friendliest

Customer Service is HORRIBLE, the manager is rude and thinks she owns the store, she have no respect for customers and she is races all the way is so BAD.Negative actitud and lowest in Clearlake CA.
