I wanted to upgrade my phone so I called in the day before to make an appointment, they said they werent taking appointments and I could just walk in. I got there early the next morning and ended up waiting in line for an hour. After I watched three other people drop out of line and leave. I finally got in, I was then told that because I couldnt remember my pin number I needed to wait another two hours for my account to be unlocked. What they didnt know is that I drove an hour to get there, and spent less than a minute inside the store. Once I got home I saw I had a message from Verizon asking me if I wanted to unlock my account for the Clearlake store. The guy behind the counter obviously did not want to sell me a phone. Ill be shopping online from now on. 👎

Best Verizon store Ive been in. Recently had need to be in Napa store. So rude. They dont really help they just want to sell phones..but Marco was just great.. so helpful. Activated and set up a friends new phone and put the liquid glass screen protector on mine. Very knowledgeable and profesional and just a great guy. They all were super nice and helpful.
We showed up in the A.M. only to discover we were expected to wait outside while the crew inside helped 1 customer at a time (covid restrictions). No deal!! We left and checked back later. Glad we did. We saw multiple customers had finally been allowed in.Arlon was our go to tech. He saw us and immediately offered to help. He was friendly, wasnt afraid to offer advice about what to move forward with for our device or what not to bother with. Really appreciated that! We came in with changes to 3 devices on our plan. He knew exactly what to do for all of them and didnt try to rush us out. He was professional and made sure we knew what was happening as he went along. Excellent customer service!

I’ve been trying for months to rearrange my phone and plan. I went to two different Verizon stores prior to the Clearlake store. The first store messed up my plan then after waiting over a hour at the other store they told me they couldn’t help me, I had to call Verizon. Finally Zook at the Clearlake store gave me phenomenal service and fixed my phone and plan to exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Zook at the Clearlake store.

I was never called or contacted at all.On the third time they inform me that they sold it.Poor customer service.I will take my business elsewhere.I’d rather drive to Yuba City then deal with a store that has poor customerService. They have lost my business. I have called corporate to complain.
The worst place in the world to get a phone. If you wont to get a new carrier and it starts the 3rd ove the month Verizon is still going to charge you 1 month a head.and that will not turn off your phone even if you ask them too .so they can charge you 1 more month nice dont you think no contract but thay are telling you that just do what iam telling you to do and thats all

Francisco was very helpful when transferring all of the phones information to the new phones. It took a while, but Francisco was very patient and kind. Will definitely be back! The Immediate service from a knowledgable polite staff was a relief as I am used to waiting up to an hour or 3 for service in most Bay Area cell service stores as that is where I am from. They are more than happy to refer you to Wal- Mart where they have a satellite kiosk inside that offers the most reasonable prices on cell phones. The Verizon store was just packed with people but they all were very happy & very satisfied & thanked their salespeople gratuitously, shook their hands & left smiling ear to ear. Our sales person was Francisco & he was 5 stars wonderful. All in all VERY POSITIVE CELL PHONE CENTER EXPERIENCE FOR A CHANGE! 5 STARS .. CHEERS !!

Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with. There were some issues when I first came to the store and she couldn’t activate my hotspot. I did have to come back the next day. However, Vanessa came in first thing in the morning even though she was closing that night Vanessa wanted to make sure that I was properly taken care of..This is the kind of customer service experience that I wish to get all the time, but rarely ever do! After having problems with signal with my other carrier, decided to switch to Verizon. Everyone that had Verizon in the area had signal except for our carrier.Marco was very informative and friendly.

We live in a dead zone for all cell services except Verizon. While we thought about low cost carriers like Straight Talk, we decided with the challenges we faced logistically we needed local pros to help us. We hit our local Verizon store and we are so glad we did.Alicia spent a lot of time listening and was able to suggest some clever solves for our problems. Was it an upsell? Sure, but we have better coverage for cell and data at less cost than we were paying for satellite internet and Cricket. And its unlimited data.But what really impressed, is she helped us wrestle our phones from Cricket/AT&T, who had wrongly locked our phones (we bought them unlocked from Apple). Huge hassle, two hours of waiting for answers, asking for a manager and getting it done. Priceless!Give this woman a raise! Thanks Alicia

I suspect place like to be the extreme busy. overall the guy was pretty helpful in the way of attempting he tried at least and he couldnt complete or fixed the problem just like I couldnt and that was frustrating when you wait to ask his boss I got the feeling that if my phone was not just another one of those free issued government phone but with another rank in value well maybe not as so much as value in the phone as far as price goes but indeed it was something that I had paid for versus not. I wonder if I would have gotten different or better service. I it used to be that people get judged by what color they are now its by if you pay for a phone or they get a free one laugh out loud. the young man that seemed to help me in the first place immediately after listen to his boss took sides agreed that that was all he could do since it was one of those phones was because they dont know how to solve issues with-issued phones? Other words the same way they would any other phones that was having the same problem. think at a retail store if you can find it you would be able to do that same thing to any phone government-issued phone or not is boss pointed out to him my phone being a government-issued phone thats when the story jumps over to I can bring my phone to Social Services huh huh what strange not once and I heard about being able to bring this phone or government-issued phone to Social Services? I sure hope I did not repeat myself the problem is does constant voice to text Stuck on Stupid and wont leave the voice to text and wants to say my words wrong so therefore anyting I do on this phone its done by voice to text including survey whatever it is Im doing here. Got to go issue is still not fixed many things crucial things have app to still be done so I lost time and phone its still not fixed

They dont answer phone calls. No help at all just trying to sell you a phone. Act like there doing you a favor. They should help the customer instead of getting ready to close up for the day. 3 employees 1 customer couldnt get any help.

Every time I visit this store its sales pitches and next to no help with what you actually go in for. If they do sell you something there is no mention of the fees youll see on your next bill. Would not recommend.

I was baited and switched to purchase a free LG tablet with an upgrade of my phone. However, $71.99 cash paid in store plus activation and line fees caused me to return the tablet to the Clearlake store. While cash was accepted from me, the refund is in the form of a corporate check, which I was assured would arrive quickly. Nearly two weeks later, I still await receipt of my refund. Ive learned that Verizon affiliates are unable to refund over $50.00 cash. This (along with every pertinent policy) should be displayed in store as readily as the Verizon logo is. Im unhappy with my customer experience at Z-Wireless as it is not the outstanding customer service Ive come to expect and enjoy from Verizon corporate.Finally, Verizon corporate should carefully consider who uses its name and logo, especially if they are unable to meet or exceed customer expectations.Update: they are getting worse with new owner and management. Anything they dont want to service, they simply say we are not a corporate store. The management is not concerned with outstanding customer service or providing a great customer experience. They ARE NOT VERIZON and shouldnt be allowed to use it branding or logo, especially when they do not provide customer service and care Verizon customers pay for and expect.

Stood in line for twenty minutes. One of the employees disappeared in the back room right after helping customer when I was standing in line behind her. Another employee that was helping another customer had to go in the back to make someone come out to help me. The lady that came out was not the same employee that ignored me but she was extremely rude and did not smile. She asked me what was going on and if I wanted to purchase a replacement cord. I spent 37 dollars for a cord even after being ignored. I am not happy.
I guess they have a high turn around but its still no excuse for having a unknowledgeable staff. And if you dont know just say you dont know dont pretend you know. As customers will find out when we get home obviously

Its a bummer were stuck in Lake County with this store, as the staff is sooooo rude, and this is not the first time. I walked in yesterday to buy two new phones, but asked one question about insurance, and which phone we might get it we did a claim. The girl immediately said she would give me the insurance number to call, and that at this time they have no deals for us. I explained Ive been spending $200 a month for 8 years with Verizon, and again she said sorry, we have no deals for you, were not a corporate store. She was so rude. I said well, Im going to cancel, and she just let me walk out. When I first walked in, she came out of the back and just stared at me like I interrupted her lunch break or something. Worst customer service ever, this customer of over 8 years is switching carriers.
Not a real verizon location. Victra must treat their employees like a number since their turnover is high and looks like their morale is low. Will be doing everything over the phone from now on than to support this company

This Service Outlet came to Clearlake about 5 years ago. A year after Verizon bought a local tower. The staff are knowlegable and friendly!
Good customer service at this store but its not a actual Verizon corporate store so they make you buy accessories on top your new phone; they told us flat out that they dont make any money unless you buy accessory so they literally dont let you buy a new phone unless you buy over $100 worth of accessories with it. If you can just buy online from Verizon or go to a corporate store
