Grocery Outlet is my favorite grocery store. They have great prices and they carry items that other grocery stores dont. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they may not have or carry everything on my list but thats ok there are several grocery stores in town and I dont mind getting said items elsewhere. I give Grocery Outlet in Clearlake CA the highest rating because they truly deserve it.

I love Grocery Outlet as they have what I need about 90% of the time. Lots of good fresh produce and organic products. Id love to see more gluten free products as I cant eat wheat, rye and barely...or soy unless its fermented. I love the savings as I can afford to have a little beef or lamb in occasion on my limited income.

Prices are Low but when you get Home,3 Towns away and see you Huge Reciept is Overcharged, its Very frustrating Especially When you thought you got a great Deal, you Really Should go back,if. Gas wasnt $5.39 @ gallon just to get your refund EveryTime!!

I am from Petaluma and love shopping at Grocery Outlet. I walked into this grocery outlet and noticed; all the staff working; stocking shelves, opening boxes etc. Someone dropped a glass item and 3 people showed up to clean it! I was so impressed with the staff, that I asked to speak to the manager and told him how impressed I was with his staff! EXCELLENT STORE!

Always stocked with good selections of name brand items, different kinds of meat and produce is pretty well kept up. Ive never had an issue with this store! One of my go to grocery stores in the area.

Grocery outlet clearlake rocks everybodys super friendly they go out of their way to get you through the line fast they have plenty of checkers everybodys happy!

Prices are good. Wide selection of food and other things. Very nice people and helpful.

Theres some great deals to be found on quality products. Just check the dates on what you buy, since it might be a bit older than what youd get at Walmart.

Our local Grocery Outlet is great! They always have what you need, and they always have things you just never expected you need, until you shop there. The lines are short, the employees are helpful, and were lucky to have the store in our community.

1st stop when I go out shopping. Great deals, but you never know what you will find. I like that they are selling plants and yard decorations.Lakeport is always stocked, but Clearlake is trying to keep up. Good job!

Not set up very well for a wheelchair. I was constantly being rushed to move out of the way. especially in the beginning sort of one way aisle. not my favorite experience

If youre going to have lines on the floor with arrows pointing to the cash registers you should abide by that. not wait until somebodys the next one to be rang up and then tell them that they have to go stand in a mile long line somewhere else. Either stick to the arrows on the floor or remove them and allow people to line up in line with the register theyre supposed to be going to

I am glad this store isnt taking returns. It scares me to think someone could return something right now and bring covid 19 into the store and possibly infect the staff. I feel safe seeing them cleaning all the time and they are so friendly to offer us wipes and hand sanatizer. I was also surprised how fast this store recovered after the rush a few months ago. Today we purchased a great meal for fathers day for the 5 of us for under $22. Keep up the great work!!

Bought a watermelon. When we cut it open the next day, it was rotten inside. My fiance took it to return it, and the assistant manager on duty said they are not taking returns due to Covid-19. This watermelon was not going to be resold regardless of covid 19 or not, he could have done the refund and thrown it away. We shop here every week. We recommend the cheese selection to people. This little man took hold of his tiny piece of power and relished the fact that he could say no. He didnt even look at the watermelon, just kept saying we arent taking returns at this time

Grocery items are hit and miss. Discount prices are based on discounted and discontinued items. Great selection but not always national top brands.Warehouse atmosphere help keep prices great. Selection is good. Decent sized department with selections for those with dietary challenges. My first stop for grocery shopping.

This place just keeps getting better!Lots of organic items, and reasonably priced!Also gluten free bread for just $2.99 a loaf. Prices can’t be beat. Only thing I couldn’t find was frozen cheesecake.

Good store, I shop here often. Can find bargains and whole foods but you have to watch for the expiration dates. I just came home from buying some things there. there were several out-of-date items including some milks I happen to want chocolate milk I bought one that has two days left and it does not taste good it tastes like it got warm and then re-cooled.

This grocery outlet has the feel of a higher store. It is discount. Not low end. I constantly find BOGO and amazing deals. Name brands. NOSH. Choice wine selection. Large. Clean. Friendly. Ill tell everyone. Stop by see for yourself.

Its grocery outlet, THAT MEANS ITS CHEAPER OR PAST DATED OR DEFECTIVE OR, ITS GROCERY OUTLET NOT SAFEWAY..OK ..GET IT..

G-O is a cut rate business. That said, I do appx 15% of my monthly food budget here. Biggest down side is product availability... Dont expect an item to be there! And its usually something I like! In & Out is reasonably quick. Customer Satisfaction is a plus! Employees friendly, knowledgeable.

Staff is most always warm and efficient. Sadly the supplies are not up to snuff in comparison to other grocery outlets. Seems that most places in this area operate the same way by not having as much product as other areas in California. Oh and mind the people out front with their drugs and dirtiness. Being there is no Winco in Lake County, Grocery Outlet is the best alternative to the other premium priced supermarkets located around the 20-53-29 loop. GO offers a great selection of quality products while still maintaining its selection of unique hard to find items.

A great place to shop first, before you go to Safeway, or Wal-Mart for groceries. Good deal on coffee.
