We dropped in for a couple of bagels and coffee. The woman who served us was very nice, very professional, took great care of us. Bagels are Einsteins, good enough to get the job done. Good coffee.

Bagels were fresh and delicious, that is the only positive thing I can say. Customer service was horrible-very unfriendly staff. :( We had to ask them to clean our table, there was no coffee and another customer had ask them to refill it. The cream jug was empty, no sugar.... We love their bagels but honestly just because of the terrible customer service we wont go there in the near future for sure.

Everything was so good, customer service was also A+, no doubt when I want a great breakfast I go to Einstein bagels.

Just stopped in on my way home. They had just what I wanted. Sliced them for me, got my cream cheese, and were very pleasant to deal with.

We loved this place but today morning was a really bad experience for us.🙁 Mask was really important to them, they wanted everyone to wear a mask but the service itself was horrible. Dirty tables, no brown sugar, no cream, no coffee because these were not important to them. They were rude with everybody. Customers had to clean up tables to their breakfast because it was not important to them at all. Really bad service!☹️

I had a toasted Asiago bagel with 2 eggs bacon and cheese and a large coffee. The sandwich was very good and their coffee was fresh as well. If youre looking for a change from the Egg McMuffin Einsteins is a good choice.

Perfect coffee every single time! Its worth the stop and getting out of your car rather than waiting in a long Starbucks line for overpriced coffee thats hit or miss. Plus, the employees are super friendly.

Ill say this up front: I am a bagel purist. Assiago-spinach bagels may be popular today, but I prefer plain, poppy seed, and my favorite, onion. And its in the traditional bagels that Einstein Brothers falls short.Ive stopped at 2 different locations recently, and both times was served rubbery bagels with barely even a hint of onion flavor. The exotic bagels looked very appetizing, but the traditional one seemed an afterthought to the baker.Needless to say, Im looking for a new place to get my bagels. One that has more appreciation for traditional flavorings.

Kind of hard to find, theyre right across from the high school, is the only downside to this place. The employees are all super nice. The service quick. The bagels taste like what they are supposed to taste like and they know how to properly toast them.

I had been to 1 in Miami (it was good then) went to one yesterday in Clearwater FL, and it was terrible, bagel tasted awful, they forgot to put the cream cheese in ...the coffee is Caribu and not one I like to bitter and strong ...

This is difficult because our everything bagels were AWESOME as usual BUT 2.50 for a god awful soda that was BEYOND foul.

Walked in and was ignored by this staff member whose name is Stephanie. Marcus who was a lot friendlier and more professional was the one I finished with. However, she does not belong in the retail industry. She just walked away rather than saying hold on a sec or something like that.Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very dismissive. Will not be returning!

Was not at all impressed with this location. Been a while since Ive been and cant believe how expensive it is now. You can get breakfast for less at almost anyplace else! Their doggie bagels have also gotten smaller! Really disappointed!

Horrible customer service. And from what Im reading Im not the only one who feels this way. I Do not think they understand what customer service means. An employee should.never assume when someone orders that they mean the most expensive of that type... called for $4.89 breakfast sandwiches (sausage n egg and bacon and egg, simple enough) and 4 bagels later it was $28! The staff would not fix the sandwhich nor the price! Instead said it was my wifes fault for not specifying and waiting to call to fix it... it was 7 minutes later as she had to get online to see why we were being charged so much, once she did she called and asked for it to be fixed. Upon picking up I recieved huge attitude from i guess what you all are calling the manager and left with no bagels for my wife on mothers day.

Ive been here numerous times for both myself and when getting orders for a small group. They have always provided exactly what I ordered in a professional and prompt manner. Their prices seem fair and the food is good.

If you get their rewards cards they give great deals

OMG, not enough workers since they stopped taking your order at the end of the counter opposite the register its a just a big mess you wait 20 minutes to get a half a dozen bagels in the meantime those bagels the little bit thats there are being taken from the workers that are only doing sandwiches so no one mans the counter when you want a half a dozen or a dozen sliced only the person at the register ridiculous. We have been going there many many years and its getting worse every visit never again if I could have done less than one star I would have

Placed a catering order for pickup on an early Saturday morning. From start to finish it was a great experience. When I went to pick up the order, they helped take it to the car. Would use again! Top notch!

This Einsteins is poorly run...staff are rude, store is dirty, bagels are over done.....its not a good representation of the brand. I love Einsteins, this store just cant get it right....I used to be a regular here a few years ago, then they must have changed owners or staff...because its gone downhill bigtime. Wish they would get it together because this location in only a mile from me.

The bagels are good (better than the place across the street) but OMG - their coffee is HORRIBLE!!! Really, on a scale of 1-10 I give their coffee is a 1 (barely). Sometimes its luke warm. It has a terrible aftertaste. Ive tried all their variations and its simply not palatable. Youre better off getting coffee from from a gas station. They also put too little cream cheese on their bagels. I asked for a little extra today and they made it extra light. Nice employees but its supposed to be about the food.

I love this place. The bagels are always perfect. However, Im a little bummed they dont serve the vegan cream cheese anymore. Bring it back and everyone go try it. So good andddd cruelty free!

Einstein bagels this location in particular has great Bagels I love the apple and other special bagels that they have on the menu however good luck if you decide you like something and want to have it on your next visit because its never consistent. We have even tried calling ahead to order and asked if we could wait and they are always out of everything. Doesnt matter the day of the week or time. We have tried it all! It seems as though if something is always sold out they should order more? If you want a plan bagel or blueberry bagel its great. But dont expect them to have anything consistently if you happen to like something.

I understand that times are crazy right now but when I order my food ahead of others and then try to substitute the bagel choice with another when they dont have a certain kind, which I understand, but get ignored and have All My Other Choices Be Given Out to Other People Ordering. Makes me a bit upset. Going to rethink about coming back for a while until they can be more organized

Good place to get bagels of course, but when I was there, it seemed like every employee hated their life except the manager. I got ice from the machine for my drink and one of the ice cubes had what looked like mold frozen in the middle of it. I told the manager, but his disposition seemed like he was kind of shrugging it off. I wasnt terribly happy with the service.

Im actually grain free but circumstances dropped me at this Einsteins and they were very accommodating. Fixed up a lovely tray of lox and bagels without the bagel but with a fun attotude. Great experience and very appreciated!

My savory parm bagel sandwich was fantastic, but the vanilla cold brew I ordered had a sharp bitterness too it that a well done cold brew shouldnt have. 1 out of 2 Employees I talked to was very nice, the other less so.

Being from the New York Metro area we like bagels. When we travel we like trying different bagel shops. We found this one on a maps search. Pricey, commercialized, the bagels are small, taste is ok but not exceptional. Customer service is ok, could be better. They got our order wrong, they corrected it right away.

This store should really find a better way to take & deliver orders. It was a bit chaotic and confusing. It appeared that the missed orders & people had to walk back into the line waiting to order to pick up their completed orders.

Tried to grab breakfast before work this morning and not only did we have to wait 15 min for 3 bagels but we got one after 15 min and somehow they miscommunicated and still didn’t have my simple sandwich ready. The cook walked OT with a lobby full of customers and I ended up having to cancel my order after waiting over 15 min. Very unorganized staff. Nice people but very unorganized early in the morning.

Rude management. Dirty. Endagered my son who had allergic reaction to peanut butter after they were informed to keep it away from him. From knowing first hand health violations and more. Go across the street to the mom and pop bagel place.
