Wonderful experience all around. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.Dr took time to really explain my eye issues and treatment with me. Did not feel rushed at all.Would definitely recommend!

I was very surprised how courteous and friendly the staff were. They even helped me get to the location when the navigation in my car had me doing circles. And I admire the responsible advising of PPE during this pandemic time that we are going through especially when there was a snooty mother disregarding the policy when it was posted on the door. These people care and it really shows. Dr. Keats was very professional and understanding about the eye care of our daughter. It makes me want to come here to get my next set of glasses. It felt great to walk in a vision center like Northwood and feel at ease. And I dont say that about any place.

I made the appointment for exam a few weeks out and then my glasses broke and they were able to fit me in sooner. Doctor Keats was very thorough and informative. Also great personality. I wasn’t sure if I would buy glasses there or on line. But, their selection was huge. I never tried on so many. Really helpful staff and pricing was reasonable especially since I purchase progressive lenses. I purchased the glasses and am excited for them to arrive now. I highly recommend without any hesitation.

This is a great practice! Dr. Kearns is the best optometrist I have ever been to. He does extremely comprehensive exams which is not true of most other optometrist practices. Can’t recommend them enough! Have referred many people here and all love this practice!

I had a great experience going to Northwood Vision. The staff was very friendly and one really took the time to help me pick out frames that would best suit me face, she spent over 10 minutes helping me choose!The Doctor was great and talked me through the things he saw and the problems and possible solutions that I would be facing with a hereditary issue. He also spent time talking with me and really listened to what I was wanting to address and was just very up front with me.I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to my friends and family.

My last visit marked the third time that I have been to Northwood Vision for the renewal of my vision prescription. Dr. Keats’ is conscientious and thorough in his eye examinations. Been going here for many years. Dr. Cochran was a good Dr. and Dr. Keats has followed his practice now for a few years. The first time Ive ever been very pleased with a Dr. that replaces another. Only once in the years Ive experienced office staff not on their game. In todays day and age thats pretty good stats. Carries higher end product. You get what you pay for.

A trustworthy Ophthalmologist. My daughter had her eyes checked out by her school and discovered there was reason to believe she should see an eye doctor. We had gone to Dr. Keats and after the exam he had examined my daughter discovering that she needed glasses to correct her issue. This has made a world of difference for my daughter with school work. She finds it easier to concentrate and has made the honor roll for this school year. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Keats.

Dr. Keats is a very caring eye doctor and took great care to make sure I did not have a problem. He explained in detail what I was experiencing and why. I was relieved when I left his office and very satisfied with my results.

Not much to say however the employees here dont know or ever read the policy ordinance for masks that is NOT law by the way. Will we be back? Probably not. And I spend alot of money on glasses every year for my son. Eye Drs are dime a dozen. Order prescriptions online now because of this.
