The lightskin girl working tonight needs to be FIRED I’ve never met someone that can’t comprehend such a basic request and then gave myMom attitude ON TOP of it, we got a double scoop and a triple scoop cone and she managed to screw that up somehow, we asked for a APPLE PIE SCOOP cause that’s the flavor of the month and she tells me they don’t sell apple pie… Girl if you’re slow just say that aside from her being slow the business was slow, 30 minutes for 2 cones

Incredibly poor customer realations. Building closed and locked at 7:15 PM with a posted hours sign on the front door indicating 10 PM as the daily time of closure. Employees laying inside and outside the facility feigning sleep. Truth in advertising needs to be followed! Never again!

“Closed” 90 minutes before their posted time. Would have argued with them but there are plenty of other places willing to take my money. Will NOT be back to waste my time with this mess of a location

Wow called DoorDash for ice cream: the lady called from baskin Robbins and said we have no ice cream. How do you not have ice cream it’s baskin Robbins. She was lazy on oct 5th at 9:50pm she did not want to make my order. She had such a bad attitude. I mean geez look at all the bad reviews, terrible. Hire new people this place going downhill every time I’m in there.

Google’s info page said they were open until midnight. I came to the drive thru at 10:48 and they told me they close at 11 and would not serve me. Apparently management here isn’t concerned with profits or customer service. I wonder if the owner of this location is aware of the staff leaving early…

I was told there was no cappuccino mix. Its not hard to mix half milk/half cappuccino mix. Im so glad I have a Baskin Robbins at home in WI thats knows what they are doing. Sorry for all the customers that dont have a decent Baskin Robbins.

This place has as really gone down hill. So nasty and dirty on the outside makes you wonder whats going on in the inside.Way to go keeping our neighborhood clean of your filth. Customer satisfaction is a big fat ZERO. Eyes being rolled at you.

Me and my family walked up to this one at Dunkin’ Donuts and we didn’t have a mask so we pulled our shirts over our mouth and they still would not let us in and me and my family are now standing in the rain

I was there two weeks ago, kids sees me pretty slow, I was eating in the line for 12 mins and the boys was laughing and talking behind so when I ask to one of the guys when I can place my ordem they were very sarcastic with me and let me wait for 5 mins again, I didn’t know why I didn’t left . Basking Robbins is great, taste wise.The service at this location, not so much. It’s not particularly one person. It’s the location as a whole. If someone wants Brownie Fudge Sunday’s (because that’s what’s stated on your menu) you should be able to provide that. Even if you don’t have “anymore cooked for the day.” Accommodate your customers and make Cookies/Brownies. On multiple occasions I have visited this location and whether it’s 2pm, 5pm or 8pm those should always be stocked up and made to the customers liking. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Been a few hundred times this location for my daughter or nieces. Always fast friendly service.

They claimed to be out of the cappuccino blast mix 15 minutes before closing. The customer in front of us also drove away, so I’m assuming they stop serving customers when they feel like it.

Ice cream needs upgrading in flavor and quality. They have bad customer service based on my experience. One kind girl with blonde pigtails stepped up to the plate to offer better customer service. She deserves to be treated like a queen and train that other girl. The other girl with brown hair was having such a horrible day. I think her attitude radiates in the ice cream flavors, very tasteless.

My husband and I have lived less than a mile from here for 2 yrs and made a point to visit many times through out the last two years. I have yet to figure out why its such a horrible place but generally the workers couldnt care less about customer service or anything as far as I can tell. They seem clueless if you ask them to do more than give you 1-3 scoops of some ice cream, God forbid you ask for a sundae or special anything. They have to look it up in a book and take forever to make it. Forget asking for a lid for ice cream to go, thats far too difficult. On top of the ridiculously apathetic workers who also dont wear gloves while scooping ice cream, the ice cream itself.is an issue. I decided to write this review now because always the same except tonight half the ice cream was half melted.and refrozen or freezer burned...are you kidding me? Who manages this store and why is the turn over rate so horrible that you keep having to hire new people who clearly have no clue what their doing? Two years later I can say we are done hoping the store will have decent workers who actually care. Good luck in whatever you do and I hope you actually find something to do that you enjoy.

Went to drive-through today - asked for a medium chocolate shake. First one was chocolate milk, the girl asked me you dont like your shakes like that? i told her i can make that at home. Second one they made was a little bit better but the chocolate ice cream was off. Tastes like they got it from a grocery store, does NOT taste like baskin robbins chocolate ice cream whatsoever. Wont be returning plenty of ice cream shops on that street.

Out of brownies and out of Hot Fudge. This location needs work. It is a shared location with Dunkin Donuts. After a long wait at the ice cream counter, my friend asked someone walking by where we were supposed to order. He then walked up to the counter to take our order. When ordering a hot fudge sundae, I was told they were out of Hot Fudge. I declined to order anything else. My friend ordered a browinie sundae with caramel topping and he was told they were out of brownies. An additional note is that there is standing water in the lobby in front of the ice cream counter. They do have a wet floor sign but it was standing water, not just a wet floor. No one was mopping it up. I will not return.

Like 12 flavors unless mixing them and locations dont have the same... But I usually find one thats great and process are ok...

Baskin-Robbins in general is one of my favorite places to get ice cream. The staff here is less than amused to provide service. On several occasions I’ve ordered a milk shake and they continue to surprise me with their inability to make it correctly. Last time I ordered a mint chocolate chip milkshake and she put ice in it. The service is generally slow. After you’ve waited in the ice cream line you have to go back over to the register in front of the donuts and wait in that line to pay. Going for ice cream should be a joyous event. If you go to this location you will not have fun.

This location also had Dunkin Donuts within the same store!

This location is always dirty. If you go inside be prepared to wait as they will not help you until the drive thru line is empty. Proper management is seriously lacking. And they always appear to be understaffed.

I dont know why, but this is one of the worst Dunkin / Baskin Robbins locations I have ever seen. Staff is not friendly and they have messed up my order almost every time I have gone. The Dunkin donuts side is almost always out of stock on something, the milk is out of date on 3 out of 5 visits and the food is never as good as it is at the other Dunkin locations in the area. Not sure whats up with this location but I now go out of my way to get to a different store.

Ive always been about giving people/places the benefit of the doubt but its been three different times that Ive come to this store and different times of the day where I leave disgusted with the customer service. The first I got to the store 15 minutes before closing and they said they stopped making the chocolate or coffee, when I said that they were still open the person gave me attitude and did not even apologize. The second I went to the drive thru and she gave me the wrong order. The third was just today my husband repeated himself at least 3 times to get the attitude from them and then not even get the order right. I love Baskin Robbins/Dunkin donuts but better believe we will never visit this location ever again.

My husband and I went here for the first time for kinda like a date night. I was a bit disappointed that they didnt have tge traditional 31 flavors, but still had an OK selection. It was one of the smaller locations attached to the Duncan donuts which I was disappointed as well because they barely had any donuts either. Staff was friendly though.

I drive for Postmates and I was attempting to make a delivery for a customer. First off Baskin, please have the decency to update that your location in downtown Clearwater FL no longer exists and please update your online menu options! It doesnt really say anything nice about Clearwater when we cant deliver on what you advertise. Honestly, the 1 star would have been less but, just like my wasted time and gas, I had no choice in the matter.

Absolutely terrible location, the young kids that worked there had no idea what they were doing.. They didnt have lids for coffee, they were almost out of straws and then the ice cream selection was extremely poor .To top it all off I ordered a waffle cone for my kid and it was stale and as hard as a rock..

The guy Hakeem should NOT be in customer service. He is rude, cannot understand his speech and called me dude. He cussed at me because I couldnt understand him. It was the worst experience Ive had in my 55 years. The nastiest most disrespectful person I have encountered. I will be calling Headquarters during business hours. He isnt qualified to be anywhere near customers.

This was a very unprofessional place. The staff was not friendly at all. I left with nothing after being excited about coming here. I was told they dont so cookie dough layered sundaes here even though its on their menu which I find odd. The staff seemed annoyed I even asked about it so I will not be back .
