I went to the store yesterday with my family (7 members) we all were wearing a mask except my four-year-old son.The lady at the register asked me very rudely to have him wear a mask and she said, he was not allowed to touch anything.I was trying to explain her that kids do not HAVE to wear a mask and she said everybody at the store HAS to wear one.Well.. she wasn’t wearing one her self. I sat out side to eat for 15 minutes, two other consumers went in and she never wore one.I do love their ice cream and have been a Customer for years now. But yesterday i did not have a pleasant experience. 😷

A very nice place with a very cool idea for selling a very good ice creams (technically they are frozen yogurts, not ice creams). The best thing is that i was able to try there frozen yogurts before i chose which one i wish to buy. Prices are good! I will definitely come back here for more awesomeness :)

There is usually a good rotation of flavors as well as some have-all-the-time flavors to keep things interesting. The place is kept very clean and kept open late enough to beat out the competition on late night hours. The birthday cake flavor is incredible!

Yes! I love this this place. I didn’t know a place like this existed! All the flavors of yogurt that you can dream of along with some many toppings choices, its just insane!! Now, don’t get me wrong it is kind of expensive being that they charge by weight, however it is worth it! And you can sit outside and enjoy the view along with your yogurt 😋

They changed their cups from their original ones, but I personally like the new ones better. They rotate their flavors on a normal basis, so you might need to wait for your favorite flavor once they switch it out for other flavors. Even when they switch things around, they still have pretty good flavors. They have samples, so you can always try new flavors, as well as a wide assortment of toppings and candies, and their prices arent terribly bad. Im a big frozen yogurt fan, so I definitely reccomend this place!

The place always gives you samples, and its a fun way to get a sweet treat. topping seems to be endless and they have a wide variety of yogurt flavors. One of my favorite is birthday cake. definitely plan a birthday party for your child here. Its small clean and cute. Starbucks is next-door.

The yogurt is great. They always have a dairy free option and thats why we go. The staff has always been nice. Weve seen certain customers give the staff a hard time about coupons, people always try to get something free. We go in the evenings and have never seen a manager. I think the young staff would have an easier time defending coupon policies if they had management handy.Its not cheap, but for me its worth it every now and then to have a dairy free treat.

Very bad service! Place is dirty, and dont even have toppings on the counter. Its all empty ... no nuttela, no hot toppings. Its all sticky and cant even squeeze anything out..Shame!

This is one of our favorite spots for yogurt because of the CUP DIVIDERS, the sorbet, ice cream and yogurt choices and the plethora of toppings. The employees are always nice and personable - especially the young guy with dark hair.• My only suggestions would be to stay open on the weekends until 11pm during the summertime. Four families came while we were eating outside.• Be more competitive for the per ounce price. Its $.57 per ounce which is pretty pricey.

Very yummy. And lots of exotic choices salted carmel, mango, coconut milk, watermelon and my favorite cheesecake. Great toppings from chocolate syrup to cookies and candy bars. Great sweet treat for the summer!

The man that was working was very kind and genuinely happy to see you. It was a breathe of fresh air as I had delivered his lunch he was so thankful!I will definitely go back for certain and bring as many as I can!

Lack of fresh ingredients. The girl working stated they were out. No water! I’m sorry but when I eat frozen yogurt... I always need water. They had none! Nice mixture of flavors for the yogurt though.Also, if there are customers trying to make their cups of frozen yogurt.... maybe you could wait a moment to refill the dry food items that were not even low, like seriously 3/4 full! This girl had me stand there for at least 3 minutes while she just slowly messed around with a candy topping. This place needs to focus on some customer service and stocking practices.

My past 3 visits I was shocked at how dirty the store was. Mens bathroom was atrocious and all of the yogurt machines were gross. I used to work at this location and Im surprised that the high standards of cleanliness I was held accountable for arent still being practiced.

I loved the flavors available and the store layout is pretty cute and colorful. My nephews loved the candy the most.

I love frozen yogurt places that have sugar free frozen yogurt. So big props for that. But the chocolate I had was pleasant but pretty tasteless other than sweet, and I would have liked more toppings.

Flavor selection is usually Great. They have a huge selection of toppings to add. Their Pineapple Sorbet or Blueberry Tart are my Favorite flavors, but they are not always available. Staff are Friendly and helpful and its easy to get in and out with your Froyo.

So I enjoyed my yogurt but was first showered with whipped cream when the nozzle came off the dispenser and landed in my yogurt. Whipped cream was all over my shirt and Vera Bradley bag. The young man that worked there was very apologetic but I was still charged for my yogurt. No more Yogurt Mountain for us!

Fun, fun, fun! Always a great visit. Plenty of flavor choices including low calorie selections.

My family and I love this place, theres sooo many options! It can get a little pricey if you go nuts with the toppings, but its worth it as a treat.

Less creamy and more icey than I expected.

I love Yogurt Mountain! This location is amazing because the topings are NEVER stale (like some other yogurt bars). Also, they have peanut butter sauce and that is also rare for these types of yogurt bars.

Booted out a couple minutes before closing time. Employees refused a group of about 6 just before closing time too. Clearly not concerned about the customer experience. If Im paying those prices for frozen yogurt, Id appreciate good service in return. Will not be back.

Lovely manager and location usually, as my mother and I typically visit a couple times a week. but on my past visit I wanted a sample cup to see try a new (sugar free) flavor I wanted to purchase, and a new girl asked me if I was going to buy anything, quite rudely, and was very hesitant to even give me the cup. on my way out, after I didnt see any sugar free flavors I liked, she practically rolled her eyes.sorry, but I dont believe you should stop customers and only allow them to try the product if they are going to pay for it. what is the price of even allowing samples, then? especially if they are a regular costumer? Im disappointed!

Went in here tonight for my birthday and made it to the first dispenser with out being greeted, only to find live roaches crawling in the drip pan. There were many many other people here... kids! I came here with my kids.... I will be calling the health department first thing in the morning.

Yogurt is a healthier alternative to ice cream. This place swaps their flavors often so its hard to become bored of it. Any flavors tastes as its listed. Simply amazing!

Terrible yogurt- it’s not creamy like other froyo. They have limited toppings- and not the good ones. The bathroom is very dingy. Customer service/ cashier was rude.
