Wow! To say I’m happy with these cover would be a total understatement. They are well made and the fit could not have been any better. It does take a little effort to staple them on, but wow what an improvement on my cart!

I could of been happy, but i returned the covers because the size was incorrect and i sent several emails and with original email showing sizes and never recd a response back nor my Money back, Very poor customer service It would be worth to go elsewhere and pay to get the correct thing and have someone reach out to you with problems or questions you have.Still over a year and no one cares and no money refunded. Friend of mine at camp bought some, they looked awesome. I decided to order for the front seats first. They were perfect and look awesome. Getting ready to call and order for the back. Mine are for a 91 club car without the stock backrest as someone changed it before I bought it. The fit was perfect.

The covers came earlier than anticipated and were easy to install. It took about 2 hours but I had never done this previously. They certainly look handsome and appear to be of very good quality. I expect that they will last for a long time.

7/28/2021. In the past year I’ve ordered over 20 sets of covers from UpToPar. Every set comes custom made to order and of very good quality. I’ve never had a set not fit correctly. Only had 1 issue with a missing cover but after speaking with Tim he expedited the cover to me without question. Highly recommend!! Thanks

I restored a 1974 EZGO golf cart and wanted a particular color stripe and cushion color. Up To Par had what I wanted at every reasonable price and they delivered on their promise. My seat and backs look awesome and I get compliments all the time on how comfortable my cart is.

I feel these covers are a very reasonable price. The quality seem to be very good although Ive only had them several weeks. Time will tell.I wish they would make a install video. It was very hard to figure out.

I have a Yamaha G16 with a rear facing bench add-on. I ordered all 5 pieces in black with dual red stripes. The order process was simple as they already know the G16 standard seat sizes. Covers make my 2014 Yamaha G29 look like new. Good quality product. Easy install took about 3 hours for front and rear seat sets. Good customer service very responsive.

So happy with the color, cut, craftsmanship, quality, and customer service. All four seat covers fit perfectly, are extremely sturdy…and you must pull the material really hard to get the proper fit…and no problems whatsoever in the entire reupholstering process.

Just received my order from Up To par covers. They were for a 93 club car. Arrived several days early. Beautiful looking and seem very good quality. Easy staple on installation. I just restored my 2001 Yamaha 8 seater limo. They turned out amazing! These guys are great!

I was asked to send them dimensions of my back seat. I did a full cad drawing of the front and back seat dimensions. The front seat was short by four inches. When I called them, they dont like to speak on the phone I was told that he probably wont help me. I asked him about the dimensions I sent him and he said, (I dont look at the front dimensions) I sent photos of the cover on top of the seat showing how short it was. I got a big run around. I had to make custom seat boards to accommodate their covers. Needles to say, Their customer service is lousy. At the end of the day the money I spent to correct their mistake, I could have had top of the lice cover in cloth. The back seats that fit looks nice. There I give them 2 stars.

The covers are great, but how the customer is treated makes ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE.The covers took over 3 weeks to come in, which I would have been absolutely totally fine with if I had been treated decently by the customer service representative and actually informed on what was going on. The guy that finally emailed me back from customer service was insanely rude. As much as I would love to be a repeat customer, I will never give them my business again, nor will I ever refer anyone to use them. It is so disappointing to see such a nice business ruin their reputation by treating their customers poorly. Communication is also terrible! It takes a lot for me to give a bad review and I have never ever only given one star, but gosh what an awful experience!

These covers fit and look GREAT on my cart. It took about 3 weeks for them to arrive. it seems that some people forget that their seat covers are CUSTOM made and it takes time to create them! Yes, their CS could use some help( voice mail is always full) but I emailed them and got a response the very next day. We stay in a seasonal park and everybody has a cart... and I got a lot of questions of where I got my covers. I liked then so well that I ordered a top to match my seats!

The man on the phone was very rude, and did not want to hear anything, and would not respond to emails, got the covers in and where a dissapointment in the the fabric type, it felt very stiff and brittle, i seem to think they use close out fabric and dont use the same type of fabric for each purchase

Worst ever, great communication before purchase but after purchase good luck, waiting over 4+ weeks they will not return email and u will wish u went to someone who values their customers and keeps them apprised of their order. They marked the order shipped over a week ago which to them means they printed the label. Sorry up to par if you print a label and put it on an empty box then u did not ship the item.The ship date has long past and just not worth it.

All voicemail inboxes are full and they never answer the phone. Absolutely horrible business practices. Do not use this company.
