We have had decent customer service in the past, however it seems the technicians are constantly changing at this location. When my dad had his hearing aids sent in to be fixed, he had an appointment with Dudley to pick them up and check the settings, etc., Dudley was very rude and basically blew him off. He didnt want to answer any questions or hear about any of his concerns. He just wanted him to be gone. Dudley should not be in any customer service profession!

Such kind, decent people. The man that examined my 94 years ago father was so kind and attentive to him and gave honest advice. Thanks so much.

Just got Phonak Brio CIC aids and they are great. Michael and Chuck were great to work with. I have been wearing hearing aids for 25 years. I received a very through testing and fitting. I highly recommend buying Phonak hearing aids from the Clearwater Costco.
