Im from Texas. I am not Hispanic, but Mexican food, both authentic and TexMex are just part of the culture. Florida is beautiful, but I dont often feel at home here. Grabbing a melon aqua and a paleta just feels like home.Nostalgia aside, this paleteria is objectively great. Name a drink more refreshing than a Sandia aqua from La Reyna... Go ahead Ill wait. You cant because there isnt one! So if you havent tried it... I recommend it highly.

Tasted like really good quality ingredients, but the cheese ice cream wasnt for me. Ill be coming back to try more flavours, but definitely has the potential to be one of the best-tasting ice cream places in Clearwater

Yo, I love their ice cream! Ive been going there since I was like 7. Their ice cream is definitely on the sweet side, good for people with a sweet tooth. They do also offer refreshments which are like Mexican smoothies. They also have snacks but definitely try out their ice creams and drinks!

If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would’ve put. The ice cream has nothing to do with it however. I always come here with a family of 5 and we love the ice cream here. The service is terrible and they treat you horribly. The second to last time I’ve been here they told me to pay first before I could eat my ice cream. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I assumed that everyone had to do that. All of our ice cream melted, and we just brushed it off, it happened once you know? This time I came, I was first in line getting ice cream with my family. Then the lady starts moving on and putting my family aside and attending others before me. I asked her “Wasn’t I first?” and she responded with “Well that’s how we attend here.” I said “Well I was here first so attend me.” And she responded sarcastically with “Well calm down, because that’s how it is. If not, I won’t attend you.” That’s when I got furious. I was absolutely done with her attitude and her sarcasm. All I wanted to do was to enjoy a nice ice cream with my family. She made my children worried, and my husband stressed and shocked about what had just happened. I am never coming here again, and hopefully more people stop coming here because the customer always is right. They should treat their customers with more respect because isn’t that how a business grows positively?

Hole in the wall type place. Very little signage so be careful. Tiny parking lot. The ice cream is exceptional. I had three scoops and all three flavors were on point. I had the rose petals ice cream and it was unique and tasty. The coconut and strawberry didnt disappoint either. Reasonable prices, good variety and selection of ice cream, popsicles, and other Mexican sweets.

Ice cream was good but unfortunately we will never go back just because they give you a bad attitude. specially that old lady that wont move from the register .. we got ther about an hour before closing time and on of my friends really had to use the restroom and that grumpy lady told us we cannot use it cause they were cleaning it .. really? She has a really bad attitude and a smart mouth ... they will lose lot of customers cause of her ..

Who doesnt love ice cream? well every time I visit my niece in the town this is always our first stop they do enjoy the varieties of flavor and staff are nice with the kids as well.. Highly recommended

This little shop makes, probably, the best ice cream in Tampa Bay. It is comparable to the dessert room at Berns in terms of quality. All of their ice creams, popsicles, and fruit juices are made from scratch. Theyve been there for about 17 years.

To start the place is fine ... the water was fine I would give them a 7 out of 10 the strawberries are rather strawberries with (cream) oh sweeent condensed milk I would give a 4 out of 10 ... what I do not like is that the young person who attended me bren and the lady (I do not know the name) were smarthmouth ... with the clients in front of me ... and when I asked them if I could sit down with 15 minutes to close they answered me with sarcasm and with a Bad attitude .. I would not go back to buy here! Thank you!!

I need to visit the store, the ice cream bars are sold at my local Mexican restaurant and its the best ice cream you can eat. Try it for yourself but beware youll never look at Breyers the same way again.

I go to this place every now and then for the popsicles, and had the expected customer service. I went to actually sit down this time and have more than the usual and ordered a mango icecream along with horchata water and a chicharron. I asked if it was possible to switch the icecream and was told no, I accepted this and paid for my items and DID NOT ask for a refund. I asked for napkins and this old lady said everyones tastes are different I politely said it the mango tasted like vanilla she then said youre not gonna tell me how to do things I looked at her and said Im not fighting with you maam, thank you for the napkinsAn employee never argues with the customer. An employee must make the customer feel welcomed. Not attacked.1 star for the service and how this woman spoke to her customer.

First experience w/ friend was horrible. I was not allowed to trial taste icecream so even if I didnt like it-i was stuck paying for something I did not like. So I got a mango icecream which to me tasted like vanilla. However, I dont favor vanilla so I asked if I could switch the icecream out. However, I wasnt allowed to do so. So I then was left paying for the ice cream which I didnt mind. But the older women with short gray hair was very offended and rude because I did not like their icecream. So she began to get snippy w/ my friend and I saying rude comments. It was a very uncomfortable, and awkward experience for us both. Never again.
