Waiting for an order for over a week. Mavik marine does not respond to my emails. The price on the item was great but not a bargain if I don’t actually receive it.

Total SCAM site! Our family ordered a boat horn from their website which is fully functional. They processed payment which they shouldnt do until the order is shipped. We never received the horn but they took our family. How can you do this during a pandemic when families are living on reduced wages! Please do not use this company for anything.

Ordered something online did not receive it can’t reach them. Sounds like a scam. Will have to see what the next steps of getting my money back.

No Stars if I could -- Ordered boat fenders, never got a confirmation, AMEX was charged, called numerous times, only recorded message, left message, emailed, no response. AMEX is refunding me. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order ANYTHING from the website.

I ordered an item on June 9, 2020 and never received the item. I have tried to call this vendor and only receives a recorded message saying that will call me back. They never call back. This is a scam vendor do not order from them! They took money from my card account.

I cant speak to the brick-and-mortar business they are running, but do not purchase anything from them online. I ordered an item that was listed well below the market price (1st indication of a scam) and never received anything. After contacting them they apologized and said they would re-send ASAP and provide a tracking number. This never happened. Now I have been emailing them and trying to talk to a human being on the phone but get no email replies and their store phone number only goes to voice mail - and they dont call back. Stay away.

These guys have way better prices than most other boating stores and the people there really go out of their way to provide excellent service. If you need boat parts or anything else marine-related, I recommend you call them or check out their website.

I ordered something in April 2020, they charged my account and it is now June and I still havent received the order.

My experience with mavic marine was not a good one. After order confirmation. I received no other communication on my order. Until I sent them an email, 4 days after my order was confirmed. Then they sent me a(false your order has been shipped) email. I have sent them an additional 2 email about my order being delayed by 5 days. They have had the emails for 3 days. Still no response. I gave my customer a delivery date and scheduled his install on the next day. Because of there delay my customer will be without his boat for the big labor day weekend, Im very unhappy with my dealings with mavik marine. I will not do business with this company again. In my opinion do not do business with this company, spend your money with a more reputable company. Thank you Bobs boat repair.

SCAM.......This is a scam site. DO NOT USEI ordered something never received anything called and the number is someones personnel number through a prepaid service and they have no minutes. Emailed and it sends back.
