Special ordered an industrial paint that would take about a week to show up. After 4 weeks of checking in on status I was asked if I had a contractors license, which I do not. I was told the paint could not be sold to me. I offered to have my contractor, who does have a license, take over the order and was told by the manager she would call me back, never happened.Fine if you cant sell a paint but dragging it out for 4 weeks while lying that its on order (at one point being told that its in hand and there are issues getting it to tint) and then the manager failing to follow up after speaking is bad business.Ordered the exact same paint online without issue. I would suggest using any other paint store.

Firstly they are located downtown with REGULAR parking spaces, no parallel necessary. Love this. They were also very accepting of my loud, talkative and over friendly personality that can be overwhelming at times. Lol. Great humor, smiles, and though out of stock on my needs... went above and beyond to check inventory of the other stores to prevent my empty handed shopping experience at their next location. Thanks for your time!!
