Sherwin Williams paint is the best quality paint. I believe you get what you pay for I will always buy Sherwin Williams paint 😁😁😁

I was having a hard time matching up some paint that I needed for my driveway and back porch and after looking at several places I finally found it at Sherwin-Williams. They were very helpful and gave me a wonderful discount and a coupon off for $10. Will definitely go back and see them again

I cannot say enough how amazing Chardalie is at her job!! I have been to multiple paint competitors who were unable to match the color that I only had on a lid or flat out said it wasnt possible. Chardalie really listened and helped me with a sample and then was able to match my color PERFECTLY when I showed her a picture of the sample on my wall. She did all of this while taking multiple phone calls and orders, recognizing people in line and finishing orders. She truly saved us thousands of dollars to not have to repaint our entire home. Thank you Chardalie!!! Time for a raise!!

Well, its a great store- but the A- hole that helped didnt get me the discount that was happening at all other Sherwin store- how did I find out a wonderful clerk at a different Sherwin store did the same day- I forgot something and went to one closer to my house. Just some people dont care.

Lisa Vickery (resident color specialist) took my overwhelm, turned it into a vision, and made the whole painting process doable. She looked at pictures of each room I wanted to paint, considered the floorplan I showed her, talked about the general effect I was aiming for, turned around, and in about 2 and half minutes chose a color pallet that was just about perfect. A little more conversation and she refined it further to be exactly what I needed for my current project. Further, to make sure I was choosing the best colors, she used my photos to create a rendering of what the rooms would look like painted in the colors we chose. Now every day I look at my walls and smile :-)

Exterior house painting project including concrete porch floors. The painting company sent me to Sherwin-Williams to select my colors. Initially I went to the closer Gulf to Bay store because, really, how difficult could selecting yellow be?? Oh my, SO many yellows to choose from! The guy at that store kindly suggested I go to the 580 store and meet with Lisa for help. Im thrilled I did, because she was spot on with the yellow (Banana Cream) and also the white trim (Greek Villa) plus the concrete floor stain (Dill). The house looks beautiful and the worry about the colors was off my shoulders. Lisa has a talent that us amateurs should always utilize instead of making huge paint color mistakes. Trust her! Youll be glad you did!!

I am very happy with this store. I purchased paint there to do the outside, inside and driveway of my home. Lisa, their artistic colorist was so helpful in picking colors that would blend together. The painter that actually painted my driveway did not tell me it needed a sealer first, and so after a few days when I drove my car back on my driveway some of the paint chipped. The painter said I must have bought the cheapest or wrong paint...I went back to the store to check that out. I bought exactly the correct paint but......the painter didnt tell me to stay off the driveway for more than 3 days in the hot humid weather, nor did he put down a dealer. When Billy and Adam from the store heard my story, they offered to come by and correct the driveway so it would not be chipped. They did come by, put a sealer down and corrected the chipped area and it looks wonderful now without chips. This wasnt Sherwin Williams problem, but they offered to correct it where my painter wouldnt. Kudos to them for stepping in voluntarily and offering to help me. I have nothing but fine fine remarks to make about this store and the personnel working in it. Thanks to you all.

I was dreading trying to figure out paint colors for the interior of our condo but Lisa, a Decorative Products Specialist made it so easy. She reviewed our place and immediately came up with several colors to pick from that were perfect for us - we were very impressed with her expertise! In addition I had many questions which she skillfully answered as well as giving us lots of helpful tips. I definitely recommend asking for Lisa, who surpassed all our expectations!

I have been going to this store for over 30 years. I have seen many managers come and go but I have to say the current manager Billy is fantastic. He makes sure you are being helped and very knowledgeable. So is the current assistant manager. Great store and great team.

I went to the store because I only needed a quart to touch up a very small job. I had the formula and paint type. (this was a Sherwin Williams paint and code) Even though they advertise color match, the associate claimed he could not do it in anything less than a full gallon. I found it odd as I have done this previously for exterior paint, but he INSISTED he could not do it in anything less than a gallon. I had to have this color, as it is a condo and I could not chance it not matching. So I had to concede. Otherwise I would have walked out.

Pick up paint for my job very frequently at this store and I am always treated nice and with respect

We struggled to choose our colors for a long time. The sample you get is not what you Imagined. Our painters suggested to get a color consultant from Sherwin Williams. This was the best $75 we ever paid. Lisa came to the house, took pictures and within 1/2 hour we narrowed it down to 2 colors. She sent us a render of the colors on our house and we were sold! Worth every penny!!

I was at this store Saturday June 17th. Customer service at this store was horrible. When I entered the store I was the only one there. The man working the counter made me feel rushed and like I was annoying him by asking questions. When he got done taking my order of 1 gallon of tinted paint and 2 gallons of ceiling paint he decided to go to the guy that just walked in and take his order. This other order took over 10 minutes to place. Many other frustrating things happened after this. The older man was rude to me and the other employee that was working there. To the point I felt bad for the other guy working there. I was in the store over 40 minutes. I will never return to this store and the only reason Im giving them a 2 star is because the one employee was trying to help he just got no cooperation from the employee that obviously hates his job. If you decide to give this store a chance stay way from the old guy with the crazy eye brows.

This store is a full service paint store, from color paint chips, to the description of the different grades of paint. I have a bad back and they even carried the 2 gallons of paint that I purchased to the car for me, without asking. I am grateful!

The customer service at this location is awful. I’ve been in multiple times, standing at the counter with a list of exactly what I need to be ignored or in no rush to help me and when I finally do get someone over to help me it’s like the last thing they want to be bothered with. Then when a guy walks in and there’s immediate assistance. Pretty annoying. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
