I had the single most worst customer service experience in my life here. This is the second vehicle I have purchased here. I would recommend no one to come here or shop here. Their service department is horrible. The rudest and incompetent service personnel. They do not have a clue about customer service. They damaged my new vehicle and will not take the necessary steps to get this resolved. Its been over a year. I guess they have too many customers. I will help them. Anyone, reading this should too.

I am a full-time RVer, and with my tow vehicle, a 2017 Dodge Durango, approaching 100,000 miles, it was time for some serious maintenance! I chose South West based on their great reviews. They were very professional and courteous throughout, but I want to give a special shout out to Rosy Gonzalez, who took great care of me throughout the process. First, she arranged for a shuttle ride back to my campground, even though it was further away than their posted 15 mile limit. This allowed me to go about my business during a several hour maintenance repair, instead of languishing at the dealership! She communicated well, and kept me informed. I had an oil change, brake fluid flush, tune up, and drive belt replacement. Im not going to say it was inexpensive, because it wasnt, but it was about what I expected, and exactly what Rosy had quoted. As someone who relies on their vehicle 100%, I appreciate SouthWest Chrysler Dodge for getting me in quickly, and for taking good care of me and my SUV. Definitely recommend! Ask for Rosy!

I bought a car at SouthWest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Favi and David Brooks are great salesperson. They made the buying process so easy. They are honest and professional. The price of the truck is great. I would recommend them if anyone like to buy a car or truck to call them.

Replace the front hubs on my 2017 Ram 2500. Was very quick and extremely professional.

We had to bring our new car back in because there was an interior piece missing from inside the door handle. The previous service technician had told us both in person and over the phone a few weeks later that the part was ordered and on its way. However we found out from Allison Parker that this was not true and the part was out of stock. She had the parts department rush order it for us so we would get it in our name as soon as one came in. Allison was wonderful!

The staff was friendly. They changed the oil in my truck in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service.

I needed a new truck and I was referred by a friend, and Tony and Lyle did a fantastic job of matching me to a new vehicle and getting it done, even stayed late to get all paperwork finished.This is the best experience of buying a new vehicle I have ever had.

My only complaint is the lack of communication from the service department. I called to get updates on my vehicle and was told the part was on back order. That is understandable, I just wished they provided an updated status after 2 weeks of having my vehicle. They did contact me later on, but better communication would be appreciated.

Good communication, timely service, but it seems to me that if an individual spends $2500.00 on fixing the DEF pump you would at least make sure the DEF fluid was full.

I went to see if they can service a recall on my truck. As soon as I pulled in the service rep called to see if they had the part because my truck is a 2014. Well they did, I asked if I need to make an appointment to have this done and the service rep said no I did not have to do that. She got my information and keys then she drove it around to a bay and started working on it. 30 minutes went by and she came by to tell me the work was done and Im good to go. Very nice staff.

My first service at this location. The service representative greeted me as I arrived and was very friendly. She showed me where to be as I waited for the service to be performed. She also told me to make sure I felt comfortable as if I was at home pinpointing the snack machine, water bottles (if needed) and the restroom. The service (oil change) was performed timely.

Bright my Jeep in for a complimentary 30+ day purchase check up. Service was extremely busy due to the recent snow storm in Texas and walk-ins. I had an appointment and they took care of me immediately and took all the time i needed to understand what they were doing plus listened to any concerns i had. Dolores was great. She was extremely nice, personable, and professional. Will definitely ask for her again as my service advisor. She gave me some great advice and printed out a maintenance timetable for me to reference for my Jeep.

They were very polite however, I waited 3 hours for them to tell me I didn’t have a warranty to get it fixed however, I told them from the beginning if I didn’t have the right warranty to just let me know and I’d wait till I had the money. Wasted my entire day sitting there while new sets of people came in and out. Although the complimentary snacks were nice

I was greeted right away by Allison. She was wonderful. I was quoted an hour for service but it only took about 30 minutes. I was very impressed.

I took my car in to fix my window track. They did not fix it right and it did not last 1 month. I was so disappointed that I told myself I would never go back. Then I met Rosie in the service department. She told me she would make sure that it was fixed correctly. I was real skeptical at first but I was wrong. Rosie kept her word. I took the car to her and she kept every promise she made me. She turned a negative into a positive. That company is lucky to have her and because of her I will continue to go there. Thanks Rosie.

Oil change, tire rotation & recall service was handled in specified period. When I purchased the truck understood it would also be cleaned however this was neither done nor offered. When checking out I was told when this was queried that it would take an additional hour. Not happy!

On time with reservation. Professional employee greeted me and directed me to the waiting room where there were snacks and drinks available. She even came in to check on me a couple of times. It took an hour which is longer than the Jiffy Lubes but I was expecting it anyway. Will use them again.

I took my truck to them to have my AC unit fixed as it was leaking into my passenger side floor board and to have the windshield wiper hose looked at because it would not spray the liquid onto the windshield (FYI- I had just bought this truck mid April, got it to them 2 weeks after having it and trying to get it into the shop the entire time) I just got it back on June 12th…… it has hail damage, the passenger side mirror is busted and the everything electrical in the ceiling does not work.I was told I could bring it in but they couldn’t give me a vehicle to drive. I live 2.5 hours away.

I brought in a unique problem with my 2108 RAM 3500 - no daytime driving lights. They spent a couple days researching rith RAM tech support, then got back to me right away and squeezed me in the next day to try and dive into the computer system to fix for me

This was the worst service ever. Rosie was great but i had am issue and after diagnosis i chose not to have work done. They still charged me $189 for the diagnostic. Total rip-off and no way cost that to do a diagnostic test.

It was not very good, the truck spent two weeks there and we picked it up and drove it back to the shop and the check engine light came on which is one of the reasons we took it in for. The other issue was they replaced the trailer plug, the plug, but that didn’t work correctly. So we took it back and it took a week and a half they rewired the back half of the truck and left the wires hanging down on both sides of the truck. There is no pride in their work.
