Leigha was an awesome sales person as well as informative about my bill. My bill has been over $300 for the last 8 months. Nobody has helped me or been able to resolve my account and has added things, changed my plan, all without my consent and ive had to pay for this every month. Ridiculous. But Leigha has been the ONLY one to explain my bill thoroughly and efficiently. She’s awesome! Thank you SO much.
Brandon did amazing! He was so patient and nice! He helped me figure out the best option to get a new phone me keep my number, got me a discount on my current plan and got me some new accessories! We will definitely be going back to see him in the future!

Salesman messed up nearly everything when I got a new phone. Even lied to my face. Had to go up to their store several times to try and get it straight. Talked to an assistant manager with the salesman and he lied to my face again. Then another assistant manager said they couldn’t do anything and they would email their area manager and see what they could do. Said they would get in touch with me in a couple days. Been 10 days so far and still nothing.
No help sent me to Burleson corporate store to cancel one line and upgrade 2 other could have done that in there store Burleson corporate store said for disconnections I had to call no store can do that well I guess they did not want my sale
Bryant was the absolute best in helping us yesterday. His wealth of knowledge was invaluable to us & his patience in answering our questions could not be beat! He was beyond helpful to us in every way. He calmed our fears of choosing a new phone & we are very grateful to him! He’s our “go to” guy!!!
I witnessed some of the worst behavior at this store. They were rude, harsh, and inappropriate. The ineptitude caused a serious mistake that caused a huge waste of time and money. The first sales rep was so distracted by her co-worker constantly touching her, that she ordered the wrong phone. The store manager gave a vague attempt to remedy the situation. It wasn’t until a call to 611 that I felt anything was resolved. Now I have to wait two weeks when I should have gotten my phone last week.
After a horrible experience at the AT&T store in burleson/gateway station, this was definitely a nice change of pace.Faith greeted us at the door as well as acknowledgment from all other employees. Faith got right to work on my phone, she found that the reason it wasn’t working after just paying for service was bc the SIM card was never changed and my file wasn’t complete. She took care of it quickly without being negative towards the other store. She answered all of my questions and explained how prepay works. After being told false info from the other location abt a discount that didn’t exist amongst other fake news from burleson location, I think I’ll just stick with cleburne they seem to really know how to keep their customers happy. Very pleased
Update: got new phone tonight. Zac helped me and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He is personable and helpful. He isnt the only one who has helped us at this store, but all have been knowledgeable and professional.
Becca? at the Cleburne Store did WONDERFULLY! Her and her co-workers helped me try to transfer my old number but couldn’t, but help me figure out how, why, what I needed to do to fix it, and then ended up having to get me a whole new number but she took care of everything and it really eased the anxiety of everything! AT&T continues to be the worst in customer service state to state. Same experience in California, same experience in Texas. This is why I will always recommend anything other than AT&T to all my friends and family. Unless you like to have to continously fight with people, go somewhere else.
Every one here is SO nice. They always are so helpful. I will always come here. I went to the corporate store in burleson and they were just rude and seemed like they didn’t want us there and so we came here and they are fantastic. ☺️☺️

This is my second time coming in to the Cleburne at&t store, Both time I have had Adolfo Help me, he’s a great young man and always above and beyond for me, even if it’s just technical issues. I really recommend anyone that comes in to ask for Adolfo specifically.
First visit (buying the phone). My experience with the knowledgeable and friendly associate Cody was awesome. He found exactly what I was looking for even though they didnt have it in the store. When it came in, Cody set up my and transferred everything to my phone. I would highly recommend these associates at this location to anyone. I would definitely recommend talking to Cody if you can get a chance. Second visit (warranty isssue) I had called this store and been in a couple times dealing with this warranty issue and was very disappointed after having such an awesome experience the 1st time I came in. On my last Visit my associate was named Daniel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my issue flawlessly. He informed me of the promotions going on which I was unaware of and gladly purchased. Daniel is hands down the best associate I talked to or had the pleasure of working with with at this location. I would highly encourage everyone to meet these 2 associates should you need anything for your phone.

I was dreading going to the phone store to fix my phone. But the experience was easy and pleasant. Adolfo is wonderful. He helped me upgrade my phone and showed me available accessories to match it. He also explained my bill to me and helped me get the best deal possible.
I came in because my phone bill was really wrong. I came with tears in my eyes wondering how I was going to pay my bill. Ariel and Leslie made my day and straightened my bill out and actually were able to lower my monthly bill. I am happy to say that I am a att customer and will always be. I highly recommend these two young ladies to anyone who needs help!!!
Bought 2 new phones. Phones were working initially, but then stopped being able to make or receive calls. I brought the phone back to the store and they said there was a known issue with new SIM cards and I just needed to wait a few hours. They would not look a the phone and said there was nothing they could do. When it still wasnt working 15 hours later, I called tech support (from another phone) and they said they had installed the old SIM cards instead of new ones and the phones would never work with the old SIM cards. Very upset that I had to travel multiple times and that they would not even look at my phone when I initially brought it back in.

My husband and I went into this store on Sunday to get information on possibly switching from Sprint to AT&T. We had the pleasure of being helped by Zac. He was informative answered all of our questions. He even went the extra mile to look at what plans and phones were available to us and what the cost would be. We happily switched to AT&T. He set up one line and we had to go back to the store today for the other 2. Zac and Adolfo helped us instore today and got our phones all hooked up. I was recently in the store for about 2 1/2 hours. I went in with my phone trying to crash. I was worried I would lose my late husbands pictures and a voicemail I had saved. Jeff immediately helped me and had my stuff transferred to a new phone in minutes. He was also able to fix an issue I had with my app not showing both my wireless and directv bills. I had previously spent a few times on the phone for over an hour with directv trying to fix this after they had somehow locked me out of my account. They insisted the only way to correct this was to mail me a code that took 3 weeks to arrive and it didn’t even work. Jeff had this done in seconds. The only reason I was there for so long was my phone was taking forever to back up to the iCloud. In that time I had interactions with the other 3 men working in there that evening. I don’t think you could go wrong being helped by Jeff, Adolfo, Zac, or Dillon. All of them were so nice! At about 20 minutes until they closed my phone still showed an hour to go. They offered to stay until it was done! I may have been there for hours but honestly it didn’t feel like it. I also got to witness Adolfo dealing with a not so pleasant customer. He handled it with such professionalism. He continued be polite and friendly even though this particular gentleman chose to completely ignore anything he said to him. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I was thrilled to be leaving with everything on my phone.

Zacary made my experience wonderful. Dolf was also great to chat with while I waiting for my phone transfer completion. Good customer services is sometimes lacking in Cleburne but not with these two guys!
The techs that were suppose to be helping did not help at all. They were asked if I could change the notification sound for my text messages. After messing with my phone for what seemed like 20 minutes I was told no. Fine but in the process they managed to erase every device I had saved that I bluetooth to. And some of those are not easy to get connected to. Now my phone gives me problems hooking up to the net. Simple task made things more difficult for me.. thanks
Ive visited 3 different AT&T stores in the past. This one was the least helpful. They werent even technically helpful is answering my questions. The next day my wife was talking with her companys technical support about our questions. At least they provided answers to our questions.

Nice store & the employees have spectacular hospitality. I went in looking for a case & ended up getting that & some more accessories. I was helped by Dillon & Trinton. Although the store’s usually pretty busy, they were able to get me in & out in a timely manner. Will definitely be back in the future!

I was happy with att company . It was expensive but i excepted there service. Then with the new year, 2020 everything changed, its to expensive and there are cheaper offers with just as good of service. Having to deal with people who have language issues. Also as well as the fact that customer service gives you conflicting stories and people failing to inform you on issues that affect you and act like its your fault, its its big corporate and you owe them for using there service.
Ariel was great. Helped me get through a lot of mess that I’ve been trying to get fixed for 2+ years! She got everything straightened out and was a delight to work with!

I took the phone into the Cleburne store. I spoke with Jeff and he fixed the issue quickly and was very kind. There was one glitch, that was completely my fault, and he fixed that as well. I highly recommend.There was a huge error in billing, and after not getting the answers I needed through the call center, and not being able to get in touch with a live person at the store I made my purchase at- I got desperate and called this store.Madison, the supervisor working at the time, was busy, but after giving the sales person my number I received a return call within 30 minutes.While explaining my situation, Madison was kind and obviously taking notes. She sympathized and never once made me feel dumb for not understanding what went wrong or the breakdown of the bill. She called the store I made my purchase at on my behalf, and within an hour my situation was worked out and set straight.When all was said and done she gave me her number so that (should the next bill be wrong) I could contact her directly. She truly went above and beyond in helping me. I will be a customer for life!

I recently went in with a time sensitive request. My previous phone was no longer working and I was leaving for a trip the next morning. I came in at 4:50, but Michael and Jeff stayed to help me get what I needed. Even when the AT&T systems were down, they stayed on hold with corporate in order to get me taken care of.These guys went above and beyond both in getting me the phone I wanted and in adjusting to problems with the AT&T computer system.
They were very helpful . And when I sat down to wait someone came from the back to help me .
I just left ATT store in Cleburne. Adolfo and Leslie, they were the best professional representatives I have had the pleasure to receive help from.
I got fast service, and basically just needed one question answered. Would have been better if I didnt have to listen to a 10 minute sales pitch to get me to switch my cable to dish. I appreciate saving money, but I really just didnt have time.
Went in to pay my bill and was greeted by Madison, she is wonderful. She immediately realized I had been having issues with my current service and bill. Madison proceeded to fix these issues and give me bonuses for some of my past troubles and some new advantages she found available for my needs. I left happier than Ive been in months.
