Well, I tried to pay or buy my phone but they wouldnt let me. They needed the money it would add to thier pockets. I dont like or trust them at all 🤔🤨

Called store to upgrade 2 phones. Was told they had what we wanted. Made appt to pick up. Drove an he to pick up. Got to store was told they didn’t have in stock but could order. Will never go to this store

All these reviews and it’s certainly the truth! Brandi made this trip to the phone store feel more like hanging out with a friend than a chore. She and her associate were wonderful to work with and really went the extra mile to take care of us. We are now happy new Verizon customers and can say this was the best experience in dealing with our phones. AT&T tends to make things really complicated and that was not the case here. Thanks y’all! I normally visit the I-35 corporate Verizon Store. In fact, I tried that today. Aside from not having any Samsung phones in stock at all, the salesman that addressed me at the door didnt seem interested at all in helping me. A trend that seems to be catching on their. After calling the other Burleson location, which I know better than to waste my time visiting, they are also out of stock on all Samsung phones. My last hope before dealing with another rude salesman from Verizon customer service, I decided that I would try calling the Cleburne Store. Not only did they have several Samsung phones in stock, they seemed happy to help. Walking in the door, much different experience. Pleasant greeting and promptly answered all my questions and went right to work getting switched over to my new phone 📱. The only differences between corporate stores and independent retailers that I could tell is they charge a $25 setup fee. Elexis, who helped me, was well worth the money. Quick, friendly, informative, and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left. Thats pretty good 👍 service for being the last customer of the day. Special note, I live in Cleburne and would drive to Burleson for good service and knowledge to help me with any of my questions. Im thankful I dont have to leave town to get that level of service now.

The beautiful girl there hooked me up with a great plan and phone I needed for my job, which requires me to have a good phone and service, because I travel to CA and Louisiana for my employer.

Iam78. I have been in this store to get assistance in aid with my phone. I was here one day when she had a elderly lady who was almost in TEARS. Brandi spent already 2 hours trying to aid the lady, her grandson had set up the phone to refuse her access. The sweet lady went home and came back from lunch. I walked in, Brandi between calls to the next person, she helped me, and continued to work for the lady. I understand it was nearly 4 hours to restore the phone. You are fortunate to have an employee who cares for your customers.

I ended my service after about a month and was told that everything was paid in full and that i didnt owe anything. Now over a month later i get a bill for almost $200. The hotspot that i had was paid in full and the services for the hotspot did not cost that much per month. Plus luke i mentioned earlier the device and bill were pain in full when i ended services with them. The lady in the store (Brandi) act like she didnt know why i was being charged like this. Mind you when i started services she was the person that i delt with and when i ended services she was the person i delt with. She was the one that told me i didnt owe anything and that it was all paid in full.

Pros - Elexes was delightful. She was thoughtful and kind.Didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need.Cons - no masks were worn by the staff at this store. I went in to get a new phone and was told the phone the case and the phone screen protector was all in the same price by Brandi. When I looked at the bill later on I realized she charged me 49.99 for the screen protector 59.00 for the case and 710 for the phone. I called and asked if I could return them and she said no and hung up on me. Avoid this store

Explained I was a single mom and needed the cheapest unlimited plan. I had my own phone. They bring out a free tablet for my 7 yr old and explained if I use my own phone I could take advantage of that special for my little one.Very first bill I was charged 200.00 MORE than what my bill was supposed to be. After talking to customer service they said I went to a bad store and was lied to. They fixed it and I paid the bill. Then the next month I had to go through the SAME THING AGAIN. Here I am about 4 months in. My bill has been wrong and Ive had to call every single month!!!! They are threatening to cut off service tomorrow if I dont pay, yet they STILL HAVE NOT CORRECTED the problem on thier end. My newest bill .... Over 500.00!!!!!DO NOT USE VERIZON !

Hallie, the wireless technician at the store, was friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my phone that online customer service was puzzled over for more than an hour. The problem was fixed at the Verizon Retailer within 20 minutes!

Very poor representation of the Verizon company. Girl did not know how open account. Had to call in an off duty employee to finish the account being opened. After first three days, Verizon going to charge me for data because she set me up with wrong plan, the worst plan instead of unlimited like I asked for. After first month, late fees because she did not set me up with paper billing as asked to. After several phone calls to clear up confusion with first 2 bills, Verizon voluntarily told me that I went to a bad store and the employee there absolutely did not know what she was doing. Cost me extra money that it should not have and lots of anger.

I visited this store last week to start up a new phone service. I dealt with Brandi who was exceptional!!!! She went above and beyond what she had to do to get me service!! My case was difficult bc i had just deactivated my service exactly one month earlier and that made things extremely difficult to figure out. But Brandi refused to give up on how to figure out exactly how to handle my unique situation!!! She even stayed on the case for over an hour and a half after closing just to try and get help from Core to figure it out but was given the run around by up to 4 different Core agents, i know this bc i set right beside her and heard all the differnet, conflicting info she was given! I can not express enough that my case was a difficult one that they had never dealt with before!!! I just want Brandi, her Boss and the whole verizon team to know what an exceitional hard working and determined employee they have in Brandi!!! She multitasked and made several sales and helped other customers with trouble shooting problems the whole time she was helping me!!!! I just wanted to say thank you to Brandi and for her to be acknowledged as a superior employee!!Sincerely,Kimberky, Department Director for a renowned establishment.
