Called to get a tune up kit for my country clipper mower I gave the lady all the information about and she said she had all the items. Got them and question at the time why Briggs and Stratton oil filter spark plugs she said they will work. They will not work had to buy else where and she said they use them on everything all the time. Very rude and had problems when we bought the clipper and husqvarna mower 3 yrs ago. Stop and think if you want to get parts or mowers there.

Found This shop and glad I did. Kelly runs the business along with his father. They have been there 43 years I believe. Kelly is an expert on bobcat mowers. It’s the only brand of mower he will sell. When your mower needs maintenance or perhaps a warranty issue he will also be the one who takes care of it. I got a great price and complimentary delivery. I would highly recommend checking with him before purchasing any commercial lawn mower.

Ive used other repair shops so this is an informed review. Cleburne Lawn & Garden is the best by far. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Cleburne Lawn & Garden has a longstanding good reputation in the community. Dont even think of taking your tractor or mower anywhere else! WOW!!!!I have never been treated by anyone, any better than I have been at Cleburne Lawn and Garden.I have dealt with companies and people who give lip service to customer service. But Kelly is the real deal.Very knowledgeable, attentive, and more than willing to be of service.I highly recommend him for your lawn equipment needs.

Ive interacted with Cleburne Lawn and Garden for seems like a couple of decades now. Ive seen Kelly assemble a carburetor, put it on the engine, push the primer a couple of times and it started right up. He has a lot of knowledge, and works diligently to take care of his customers.They provide parts - will order - and if it is something they cant get, will provide you possible solutions.A straight up shooter, and youll be happy you did business with Kelly.

Scammers. I took them a $3k Honda powered pump And they replaced the engine with a Honda Look alike engine and charged me $1300. He also told me that knock off engine is as good as the Honda but it’s brand new and takes 10-20 pulls to get it started.

Best lawnmower repair shop in Johnson county. Kelly can fix anything. Great deals on lawnmowers, especially the zero turn riding mowers. And if you need service, they will bring the trailer out and pick up the mower you purchased when it needs service. Very reasonable, always dependable.

I liked everything about this company. They are a company that seems to adhere to old school customer service. If you have any kind of problem, you can talk to the owner/mgr who has been at this location many years and knows his product inside and out. We needed a small zero turn for mowing in tight areas and they had a heavy duty machine that was just what we needed. Bought a zero turn mower. This business knows what they are doing and have been in business since 1977 so I feel they are here to stay. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Great customer service, which is rare these days. Go by and take a look and you will see what I am talking about.

Gave Me The Wrong MowerWhen I brought it back, they said its the right one (sure my being a girl didnt help). I know my mower since I was going to do it myself. The father was kind, but didnt solve the problem. I am stuck with a mower that is not mine. If you bring it here take a picture of your serial number so you can prove which one is yours. They do not write any information on a slip to tell you what was dropped off. MAKE SURE YOU GET A DROP OFF SLIP IDENTIFYING YOUR PRODUCT.UPDATE:The lawn mower he gave me broke one week after it was supposed to be fix.

Man is a crook and will take you for everything you have. Dad and brother drop off a lawn mower to get a few things done and he replaces stuff that wasnt mentioned and that was brand new and nothing wrong with it. He then tried to charge them for it all. After talking to cops that we called while we was there they said this isnt the first time it has happened with this guy and that there was nothing they could actually do. Please find someone else to do the job you want.

Just called to see if they would help me figure out what’s wrong with my lawn mower, they guy I spoke to said “ oh we’re too busy for that”, I asked if he would recommend any other repair shop that would help me and that wasn’t so busy, he replied “ there’s only a few in Cleburne but they’re not that good” I said “ well thanks I guess” and he hung up.

He told me to go on ebay or amazon for lawn mower parts
