I needed several brake lines and adapters for a conversion on a 56 year old project vehicle. Counterman Daniel assisted in helping me find everything I needed, not an easy job! Excellent service and parts availability!!

I would give more stars just for the helpful gentlemen working the later shift. Though being treated like a peasant for returning a faulty battery doesnt sit too well. When a store sells you something bad. Its usually common practice to replace or give a refund for the faulty equipment. When I did this I was treated with a condescending demeanor and as though I were some miscreant who didnt know how to think for themselves. I wont be shopping for auto supplies there again.

Came in to get some parts for my truck, mr William graham helped me out, even informed me of some other parts I needed but didn’t know that I was going to need. Super knowledgeable and very glad he was there. He definitely is extremely knowledgeable. Will be back again soon.

I stopped in a couple days ago and the older white hair guy that helped me is the rudest at customer service. His phone kept ringing while he was supposed to be helping me and then he even answered it while helping me. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. And then to top it off he just gave off a very odd feeling. I will not be shopping at that store again while he is there.

This place is great the staff is very knowledgeable about the parts you need Donald,Katie and Mark always find the correct parts for me.

Sent my wife up there to get the battery and alternator tested on her Tahoe. She told me a man named William graham helped her and the battery needed replacing. He spotted that her windshield wipers were getting pretty bad and I had totally forgot to replace those and he took care of it for her. I definitely appreciate that he was helping out and she said he was very professional and very kind to her. Thanks William!

Came into get some parts for my Mitsubishi Eclipse. Honestly I don’t know much about cars and I thought I might have messed up my motor. Will graham helped me out and luckily I didn’t mess the motor up and helped me get the parts I needed to get it running right. So glad they got a guy like Will who knows imports! I’ll be back as long as Will helps me!

Donald is great! He was a younger guy in his 20’s. I hope I got his name right. He was very helpful and informative. In the middle of a business trip my alternator went out and he saved me over $250 between getting a new alternator installed and a tow. He talked me through the parts I would need and was there for any questions while i changed it. I was successful changing my own alternator for the first time.

Bought some led sylvania bulbs tonight and got home to install them and to my surprise they didnt fit so I called back and the guy said I needed an adapter like thanks I just drove home 35 minutes to find out something you should have told me. Went back on my lunch break to the Laurens auto zone and found out I was sold tail lights instead of headlights.

I went to get the battery and starter tested in my car because it was having trouble cranking up, when I was there I had to start my car for them to test it properly. The results came back really good for both battery and starter, but my car broke down 2 days later and I took it to the shop to get the diagnostics and of course it was the starter. So needless to say either they didn’t know what they were doing with the tester or I was just a part of that 10% it wasn’t accurate for.

As always, a great experience. Very friendly service, with what I needed surprisingly fast. I highly recommend this store for your automotive needs.

I called this store asking if they could change out a headlight bulb and as soon as the sales associate (she didn’t say her name but it was a women) picked up the phone the first thing she said was ‘We are not open until 7:30) I called at 7:15. Did not even give me a chance to speak. Bad business practice and not a way to treat a customer. I will not be back.
