Very helpful when I was in search of my mattress. After looking after mattress after mattress online, I decided that I was too chicken to commit to anything before feeling it, so I stopped by Mattress Firm to help my decision making. Within an hour I had finished my search and signed away to get a new Sleepys Hush Plush, which the sales associate was very helpful with and even gave me some good deals. More content than ever now that I have my new bed at home, with their next day delivery. Only problem is now I dont want to get out of bed in the mornings.

This is a late review Since we literally just finished unpacking as we settled In to our brand new home. I want to Thank Carl J.W for an amazing customer service experience. Carl was very attentive to detail, understanding our needs, creating a great deal and maintaining us in budget. I have two back surgeries for correcting scoliosis and we were looking for a memory foam mattress as it doesnt put pressure in the body. Carl was very knowledgeable about the products and professional. We ended up getting the King Prime memory foam mattress ( HR500 )which we love. I am able to sleep the whole night and no more back pain, we also got two memory foam / gel ( Sub-Zero soft cell chill pillow prime) and two impermeable / hypoallergenic mattress protectors and next day delivery. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and will be coming back soon to buy two twin size mattress for our kids.Thank you!Sincerely;Maria and Luis

Buying a bed had never been so informative, they helped me make the right choice for my back problems, got me financing and the best deal possible. Mathew helped us with everything, he is a caring and helpful salesman.

Its a blessing to know there are educated sales people out there who really do care about My individual needs!! The store manager-Mark, was very polite & considerate, & not at all intimidating! He took his time with us and educated us on how the beds are made & put together taking into consideration our medical needs and comfort levels. After teaching us about the beds he showed us 3 of his recommendations and told us to lay on them for 20 minutes or so, this was key!!! Visiting Mark was the best experience we could have hoped for!

Be aware, your warranty will be void if your mattress has stains. Tried to get warranty on a 3 year old memory foam mattress for major sagging problems, they denied the warranty because of barely noticeable stains. Bad company to deal with, won’t be buying here no more.

Very nice at first but when we found a better deal on a mattress somewhere else and canceled our order the manager made this huge deal about how he can price match and cancel the delivery fee. He never canceled our order and I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to cancel it in person so that the mattress wouldnt be delivered the next day. Also was told it would take 3 weeks to get money refunded to account.

Purchased a Stearns and Foster King Mattress from Mark Nowlan . He was more then helpful. We took 2 days testing most of the store mattresses before choosing and he explained each one to us and made us feel at home. The mattress was delivered today and that also went well. Overall my husband and I would highly recommend Mark. Thanks Mark

We originally went into the store as the first of many stops as we were on the search for a replacement for our squeaky matress and frame. The store was right around the corner, so we stopped in and were greeted by Jose J. Soto Arroyo. I had my gameface on at the time. Expecting to be immediatly pitched the most expensive bed. But after talking with him a bit, I could tell he was a trustworthy fellow. He had us test multiple beds and we fell in love with the beauty rest with black ice. we were looking for a full size matteress and after some discounts and reassurance, we decided on a queen. Jose was from another store, but he had great customer service skills and Im sure we were not the only sales he had at that location that day. Our mattress has been delivered, and we love it.
