Katie was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the minute I called with an inquiry (she waited for us to come even 10 minutes before closing), to monthly or bi-monthly check in points to inquire about our home buying process to finally sealing the deal with our smart bed purchase. She is a non-pressure applied sales professional and I would give 10 stars if I could!

I dealt with 2 sales associates there and I did not feel pressured, which is a plus in my book. Both of them were very respectful and very patient while I tried the beds to see which one I liked. Both of them were very good listeners and nice and made the experience of buying a mattress not as stressful. They even had me try various pillows and recommended which one was the best suited for me. When it came to the purchase process, it was very easy and I was well informed about the products. I will be receiving the bed next month, I am looking forward to it and hope this bed is with me for years.3 months later: After having this bed for 3 months, I am very disappointed with it. Best part about the product is the app. It is very informative and useful. For the bed, Ive been adjusting the sleep numbers and doing everything I can to make it more comfortable and it doesnt help; It is basically a glorified air mattress.

Its the only place where you can purchase a mattress thats adjustable for 2 separate firmness but I thought $1000 for a build it yourself headboard was pretty extreme.Actually, Im thinking of canceling the headboard. A $1000 is outrageous

Paid around 6k for bed that feels like an air mattress. Originally purchased because I was about to have back surgery and thought I needed something to adjust as I recover. The adjustments were nice, being able to move the head and feet and firmness is why I purchased with the nice sales team. I wasn’t sure if the uncomfortable part was my back or the bed but my wife hates it too. We are in our 30s and can’t get a good night sleep. So I stopped by the Clermont store where I originally purchased to see what options I had in terms of getting something less like an air mattress. They said call customer care and they will send you a mattress topper for free. I asked to sit on the bed I bought in the store and It felt decent, but felt nothing like I have at home. I had to call customer service anyways because my bed won’t hook to internet to record my sleeping. So I called about that and 1.5 hours later they can’t walk me through it. They said get a new wifi network. I said everything else in my house works and I haven’t changed anything. No tech to send out either to resolve. Guess my phone won’t record my discomfort. When I called about the free topper, the wifi tech had to transfer me to comfort team, they said no no, you got bad information, best we will give you is 1/2 off, not free. You’ve had the bed too long. (Less than a year at this point) Anyways I’ve never felt like I wasted so much money. It’s midnight and I can’t get my air mattress comfortable so I typed my review. Defiantly can’t tell you my sleep number bc I haven’t been connected since March. ???? I’ll sell you mine at discount (major discount)

I loved my experience here. These beds are so comfortable!!! I have an I8 King. The associates were knowledgeable and weren’t pushy at all. They answered questions I didn’t even know I had and had a bunch of great sleep advice. I’d recommend this sleep number to everyone I know, and already have!

We arrived late on Tuesday and there was another customer ahead of us. We were acknowledged and asked to wait a few minutes while the other customer was assisted. This is an important part of customer service that some businesses forget. We were able to lay on the beds we were interested in. Disposable paper sheets were placed on the pillows and we were informed that the beds are disinfected between customers. (In the age of Covid19). We explained what we wanted, our sleeping issues and our budget. Katie, the store manager, was extremely helpful and helped find us items that met our needs AND our budget. Katie did an excellent job of educating us on the Sleep Number technology and products. We are extremely happy with the service and attention we received at the Clermont Sleep Number store - specifically we thank Katie for helping us and getting us what we needed. We highly recommend this store if you go, ask for Katie!

Phone message states if it is during normal business hours, we are assisting customers and open. Upon arrival, a note is taped to the door saying We are closed for inventory with no staff visible inside. If the recording indicated the store was closed, I would not have driven 30 minutes to go there. Very poor customer service.

WONDERING IF WE MADE A MISTAKELooked at several different beds and decided on Sleep Number. Paid more than 10k for this bed and still havent received it. We have been waiting for going on 3 weeks and still no bed and told it may not arrive till July 9th. They charge an arm and a leg upwards of $350 for sheets to fit their half split king bed that you could buy the same quality elsewhere for under $100. When people buy a bed they are looking for that item right now, not 4, 5, or 6 weeks later. Will update this review after complaining to the company and seeing what they get done. As of now my recommendation is DO NOT BUY a Sleep Number Bed !!!!!
