Great supermarket! Lots of buy one, get one for free deals as well as discounts on everyday items. Lots of free parking and many helpful staff members.

Grocery cashier was pleasant. Sherri at the service desk seemed like she wanted to be someplace else. No greeting, no farewell. Was totally speechless. Bakery was out of rye bread at 1130am.

Nice and clean but smaller so not as well and deeplyv stocked as some other Publix around....the Publix down at Celebration has more depth of product line if one needs more selection

Did some light shopping yesterday after a nearby appointment. The store is clean and well lit. Several employees greeted my with a friendly hello and asked if I needed any assistance. Even the Pepsi vendor said hello and helped me to decide on a purchase. Check out was fast and easy. Great store to shop in. I just moved to this area and am very pleased with this location.

Never have the $5 sushi Wednesday available in the morning. Even when she does have available after 9:30 its always the one my sister cant eat. She loves sushi but is allergic to shellfish, not fish. So she can sushi with only salmon or albacore in it. It would nice if she can make a variety for those who have allergies or who are vegetarian.

For a busy Publix, they always keep the store clean and well stocked. Lines are typically longer than some Publix due to how busy this location is, but they move fast. Produce, bakery, and deli items always look good and are always well stocked, even later in the day. Its nice having the liquor store next door. Everyone is always so friendly and this location always makes my shopping experience a pleasure!

Store is nice. Employees are friendly & helpful. Prices a little higher but I do love the BOGO items.

Every time I go through Cindy L. Line she throws my cold sodas/energy drinks to the end of the register. This is the 3rd time Ive had that experience with solely her.

Fresh produce and meat. A little pricey than back home but you get what you pay for. If youre looking for better quality food than this is your place.

I have been in multiple publix stores and found that if you order from the Deli via phone. Either they get it right or they get it very wrong. I ordered plain breaded chicken wings. I spelled my name out and it still was Luke not my name on the box And they gave me non-breaded chicken wings. I was running late for lunch no choice but to take the incorrect order.The employee stated that they didnt tell her breaded wings. How hard is it to get a order right when you state it along with the correct spelling of you name. 3 to 4 times.

This store location is always well stocked and very tidy. The staff has consistently been kind and incredibly accommodating. Im halfway between 2 Publix locations and prefer going to the Summer Bay location, by far.

Clean, friendly staff, and great products. Publix is always a little on the pricey side but they usually have decent deals. They also have the best produce in the area.

Most organized grocery store Ive ever seen and super clean love their chicken salad

Champions Gate and St. Charles Plaza locations are much closer and convenient to where I live however they dont stock Arnolds brand veggie and herb sandwich thins made with cauliflower yet this location does so occasionally its worth the out of way drive to pick up my preferred sandwich bread now and then.

Give the sandwich station the ability to track/reprint an order in case they lose the order ticket so online orders are not incomplete when picked up. The deli/cheese station needs improvement in customer service. All other swctions the experience was exceptional.

Last evening(Sun) we arrived just after the pharmacy had closed at 6pm. We had been waiting at the urgent care for over two hours and my husband was in dire need of his pain medicine. Reubens was kind enough to stay after he had already closed to fill his script. We are new to the area and his kindness has meant the world to us. Thank you .

What a nice place full of wonderful people. I had to go in twice in one day since I am on vacation in Davenport FL and the cashier remember me and she was so wonderful and helpful that it really felt amazing being treated so nice by her.

We are from out of town from New Hampshire and wanted a sandwich. Walked into Publix, ordered a sub, Grabbed some chips, a big drink and found shady spot outside. Total price... $13 which isnt too bad for a cheap date. Plus the company was superb. Nice!-- Dennis K1LGQ from NH.

I have never been to a publix where the employees are so rude and just want to stand around and talk. Usually they are overly fruendly which makes me a tiny bit uncomfortable. Thats okay though because they are trying. Nope not today. Plus my cashier was on his phone while scanning my groceries. Wow!

This Publix is great when it comes to supermarket, not when it comes to Pharmacy. I had an electronic prescription sent in, and for whatever reason, the pharmacist was very discriminatory since the beginning of our conversation. She accused me of having a different name on my Id to my insurance, said my insurance didnt cover, and I ended up having to get a prescription transfer. For the record, the other pharmacy had no issue with my name of insurance, and I have my prescriptions with me. Then, when I stated to her that I didnt trust her with my prescription because of her attitude towards me, the other woman pharmacist came at me with attitude. I guess...She wasnt capable of handling a mature conversation and needed a sidekick. Point, great supermarket, mostly nice people, but Pharmacy sucks! Not a great experience, and pharmacist need to show respect for the clients.

Long time Publix customer and new to the area. Never have I ever shopped at such a dirty and disorganized store. It looks like a Walmart and not a Publix. Even the staff is horrid. What’s wrong with the manager here?

Clean and well organized. Found everything that we were looking for. Wish They Carried a little more Asian food as we were looking specifically for the ingredients to make boba tea.

Clean, well stocked with a great deli as well as grab and go rotissiere chicken and sides. As well as descent meats, hamburger for cooking yourself BBQ at Summer Bay Resort.

Good quality supermarket catering for most tastes.This was our closest supermarket while on a self catering holiday.We managed to find everything we needed here. We liked that they do loose fruit and vegetables. Theres organic varieties available too.The bakery section is good too, with a great variety of quality sliced loaves.Theres a fresh fish counter and the salmon we bought was delicious.Checkout was reasonably quick, with only a short queue.The store has ample free parking right outside. Its also fully accessible, with automatic doors and wide aisles. Restrooms are also available for customers use.Of the several staff we dealt with, some were easy going and friendly while a couple of others came across slightly abrupt and stern looking.We liked the store, but the prices seem quite high compared to other shopping weve done in the USA. Thats why it doesnt get five stars.

Customer service is the worst, you can see the annoyance on their face when they serve you and they avoid giving you good service. mostly the manager of this department, people like her should not work serving the public. Anything you want to do in customer service, I recommend doing it at another Publix.

I love this store! When you need help or have a question about a food item the manager will walk me personally to that item.... Today Vinnie from the meat area sliced me the perfect fillet prime steak 🥩The store is full of friendly workers and always clean, always has bogo on many of my favorite items. Be sure to stop in for all your bbq needs or maybe just a quick sandwich in the deli area ...... I truly love shopping at this publix, I feel like part of their family every time I visit, so when you can’t get all the way home, go to your next best thing..... we are all family, with plenty of free parking, motorized karts, order a cake from the bakery or pick up your prescription, great value for all your needs.

Great variety and prices and very professional and courteous staff members. It was my 1st time here and I bought something that was on sale but at the register it ran up at regular price and I went to customer service and got a full refund for it for the inconvenience.

This Publix has friendly bakers and most importantly they are willing to work with you. One of the ladies helped created a decorative theme for my sons bday cake. It turned out great! I was so happy that Ive gotten to pick out something else other than what was pictured in the catalog because I didnt feel like there were enough themes appropriate for his age, and she made it happen. Prices are outrageous and I know because its in a tourist area, conveniently located in the resort and free shuttle to get there BUT theres an ALDI right across the street & 3x cheaper! I spent $160 at Publix then went to Aldi to get replenished for $24.68!! Oh well lesson learned!

Publix always has great customer service and always has the items I need. They may be a little more pricey than some other stores but the freshness of the products makes up for the extra cost.

I really tried to like this place but I waited 45 minutes its for 2 tripletas and 4 pinchos that were obviously ready a couple of hours before since all the meat was so dry. I requested my sandwich to not be toasted and no lettuce and nothing was implemented. I wish them all the prosperity and success but I wont be going back.

Im from Ohio, so any time Im in a Publix its a great experience! Wish we had them in Ohio.

I love this location. They are like family and you can feel the energy. It is never over crowded and the staff is always on point and welcoming. Carts and hand baskets are cleaned and ready with a door greeter smiling and wishing you a great day. Even the manger is helping his employees giving a helping hand and very humble helping the customers. This location rocks!
