I stopped in for a semi-annual inspection and cleaning on my rings. I was greeted quickly with a smile and told they would be right withme . I really appreciate when a business acknowledges you even if you have to wait which was understandable as they were waiting on someone else. She inspected my rings and answered questions I had promptly.The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely shop there again in the future .
My watch was dropped off for repair July 8th and I was told 2 different dates to expect it and both dates no watch! Now they won’t give a date of when to expect my watch and it has been with the company over 2 months now!!!! I want my watch or replace it
Love this jewelry store! Cheryl Green usually helps us and is always so friendly and knowledgeable about any questions we have. We always have our rings inspected here and she also directs us to new items featured on display. The store is clean and display cases attractive.
The workers at this location are very kind and knowledgeable. They encourage you style and offer suggestions but they are not pushy, at all. I am so thankful for this Kay Jewlers location. Love these girls!
Very poor customer service. I would not go back to this location of Kay after the rude associates here. Paid a lot for our rings and had issues with them and they were not very pleasant and lacked communication. Wont be back.

Went in for our Babies first ear piercing. Cheryl greeted us and accommodated our every need. Cheryl and Monica did a great job with the piercing. They were very quick, caring, and professional. They wore all the PPE gear and I thank them both for making this memory a great one! We will be going back for our future purchases.
Went there today to get my 6 month inspection. When I arrived there were no customers and 2 sales associates. When I told them I was there for my inspection, they advised I needed an appointment. I advised that I dont live in the area, I was visiting my parents. She said well you should make an appointment at a store closest to you. I asked when is your next appointment and she never answered. She kept insisting that I go to a store closer to me. The associate was very rude and not customer service focused. As I was leaving, I asked if they can do the inspection now since there were absolutely no customers there. They responded that they have people coming. The inspection takes 10 minutes and obviously they didnt want to be bothered. I bet if I handed them my Jareds credit card and said I wanted to buy something they would have helped me. The way they treated me was so disrespectful. I paid for warranties on all my jewelry from Kay and the sister companies and per their policies, I have to have an inspection every 6 months to keep that warranty. I have made sure that I keep up with the inspections. Why is it so hard to get my inspection done????

Clermont store. Walked up to door and while we expected for them to have some sort of covid rules, they were sitting half in half out of store.... We were not welcomed at all. Even had to say “ are we even allowed to come inside ?” There was no other customers inside. Not one. But there were four associates standing around. Girl at door was on her cell phone talking. I have never been made to feel as unwelcome as I did today. The associate that helped us was rude and snobby.we asked to see specific items ans her response “ this is all we have guys” I’m a grown Woman who doesn’t need to be called “guys” I will NEVER patron Kay Jewelers again. Ever.

My fiancé went to go get my engagement ring, we had gone to the store and got my ring size just a few months before. She asked for the ring in my size and the sales person kept saying “yes it’s a 5 1/2 if it’s too big you can get it resized”...well the ring falls off my finger..there is no way this ring is a 5 1/2. We went to Kay’s today only to be told that I would have to give my ring back for three weeks to get the right size. Instead of ordering the right ring size the sales lady sold a ring clearly WAY too big for me..don’t go to Kay’s they only care about a sale and have no problem ruining a proposal.
I went into the Clermont store today to get my 6 month inspection done. There were two employees working and only 1 other customer in the store. I was told due to Covid19 that inspections were done by appointment only. Really what does covid have to do with inspecting a few pieces of jewelry? Im sure if I was spending another 2K on another piece of jewelry it would not require an appointment. Got home only to find out you cant schedule an appointment online but you can schedule a virtual appointment in order to make an appointment. Called another Kay Jewelers store and they told me to come on in that no appointment was necessary. What has this world come to......poor customer service.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived for an 11am appointment about 15 mins early and door was closed - totally understandable so, I waited outside until it was 11. There is a flyer on the door that states they have adjusted store hours due to COVID and will actually open at 11:30am. I assumed that it possibly didn’t apply to me since I not only had 1 but TWO confirmation e-mails stating my appointment was was for 11am. I even double checked my email in case I confused myself as I have an extremely hectic schedule and it’s possible but, I was correct - my appt time was indeed for 11am. I left work in order to make it to this appt. and the two ladies inside (one more than the other) just stood inside cleaning off the glass counters. I attempted to call the store at 11:05am to inform them I was outside for an 11am appt and neither of the two ladies even attempted to answer the phone. I then knocked on the door to tell them I was there for my appt and the one blonde older lady said to me that they don’t open until 11:30. I tried explaining to her that I had a confirmed appt for 11am and I left work for this and she rudely pointed at the door and told me to read the sign. I was so disappointed and upset with the customer service here and was taken back by how rude and unaccommodating they both were. I left because I had to be back at work and decided to call Winter Garden location who also has adjusted hours btw but still answer the phone before 11:30! The man who answered at Winter Garden was so kind and helpful. I will rather drive an extra 10mins to a store who is actually willing to help than to one that is closer with bad service. To the lady who was rude in Clermont - I hope you realize how your horrible attitude and lack of compassion will drive customers away from your store. I work in the healthcare field and being compassionate and considerate is one of the most important qualities anyone can have in any workplace - especially during COVID.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands here, they were a little overpriced but we bargained with our salesmen and he gave us a better price!They had a great selection to choose from!

Did a horrible job of cleaning my ring. Literally dipped it in the solution and wiped it of. Still had deris in the grooves. Unbelievable.

I have to be honest. When my fiancé and I walked into Kay, we had no idea what we were doing, as we were just newly engaged and trying to look into everything that came with that, specifically rings and bands in this case. Reggie and Samantha were an absolute dream team to have walk us through the entire process and all of the options and details. Not only did we absolutely enjoy our experience because of the occasion, but we enjoyed it because of the people who took care of us. I’m now sitting at home with my fiancé and our two dogs with a more beautiful ring than I could have ever dreamed of on my left ring finger and a happy fiancé. Love this place and can not wait to go back for bands and future gifts. Thank you so much.
