We went here tonight and the service was terrible. So bad we walked out without eating. We tried to talk with the young manager who gave pathetic excuses and did not even offer to help us in any way… There are to many great mom and pop places in town that have wonderful food and great prices and excellent service…

I brought my kiddos here for my Mother’s Day dinner. It’s our go to child friendly restaurant. They always enjoy looking at everything on the walls and I know they’ll eat the food. I had the pot roast and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and there was no wait.

Hostess was not friendly and seemed irritated with my sister and I from the second we approached her she seemed even more bothered when we told her we would prefer a different table than the one she initially wanted to seat us at ( it was in the front of the restaurant in the walkway). The waitress was warm and friendly

Our Server was Awesome! Hope we get her again someday. They had beautiful gifts in stock. Food was great!😁

Food is tasty but the portions are not as generous as it has been in the past. The service was a little slow, with our server forgetting to bring our appetizer. The prices are still affordable.

The food was awful when manager come out to ask about our breakfast I explained that it was bad. I had like little potatoe rounds toast eggs bacon ham sausage all was cooked to long all but the eggs and toast. She attempted to help by going to get a new piece of bacon and h failure again cooked to much. So she didnt fix the issue at all and wanted to argue when I told her the food was awful told her she couldnt fix it cause she didnt really want to fix it and I was right. And she didnt even bother to take it off the bill so food awful management awful. Maybe more training. Clermont cracker barrel on west colonial. I will never go back.The server was absolutely beautiful so.i tipped her really good. Wasnt her fault.

High quality experience. We have 2 small infants who were fussy at the beginning of our meal but the staff were cordial and provided wonderful service which ultimately helped us to feed and calm the babies while also eating. Wonderful experience, will be going again soon.

Just left here waited almost 40 mins for a seat. This is fine I know places are short staffed but as soon as we sit the lady tells us we are out of coffee and hash brown like what just throw a notice up we could have went some where else. Never left a restaurant or left a bad review but thats insane.

We love Cracker Barrel and the only star lost was based on service. I dont think the 4 star rating will last since we all have days where we miss a beat.Come enjoy a national chain favorite where American food is the center piece of what they do here. Check out the gift shop.

The meatloaf had so much flavor and was very moist. The corn bread is my favorite but they did not have raspberry ice tea like other locations that I have been to.

The sawmill gravy is the best. Great service and great mamosas.

I had the strawberry Mimosa. Very good. My breakfast order was delish. Biscuits were a little over baked this time. Usually perfect.

Food came out hot, even though they were very short staffed. All staff were really polite and cheerful. Very nice to see during this crazy time.

It was awesome. I forgot our servers name. But she was GREAT. She wore black framed glasses. She was so nice and helpful. I love Cracker Barrel.

This is my second mother. This store has homey food selections. I love this place. Why would you want fast food, when this place offers food with real subsidence and vitamins and minerals include it. Would you favor meat selection.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. It was ready on time, hot and fresh. The process was quite easy and they included two biscuits for each of us. It is a great alternative to fast food and know this will not be our last time using this service.

We went today in Clermont Cracker Barrel and it’s normally good! Today I had some blue thing in my tea and was told it was plastic My daughter’s sausage was pink 2 times My husband’s coffee was cold waiting for sugar and never got offered more! Didn’t get his bacon or sausage he ordered ! And the servers didn’t have masks!We waited so long for everything ! We were so disappointed

I love Cracker Barrel! The food is delicious and service attentive. They have a huge variety of options and even on the busiest days the wait is less than 30 minutes. The atmosphere can get quite loud but even at its loudest I’ve never had an unpleasant meal. The display of country decor is good for the soul. Keep those “Ol timers” coming Cracker Barrel!

It just never dissapoints! I love the food, the service, the atmosphere. Everything about this place screams home in the best way. Cracker Barrel is a stapel and we love coming here.

They recently changed their chicken tenders and theyre not that good. Service is pretty good but the staff can be forgetful. I recently ordered biscuits with my meal and for a to go order and she didnt give me them either time. When I ordered them, she said, Oh yeah and waved her hand but didnt write it down, both times. I shouldve been more assertive and checked the to go order myself but I was ready to get out of there. Several times Ive ordered double orders of bacon and not received it. Ive called and complained and they offered replacement bacon on a future order. An order is 3 slices, so double is 6 and I generally only get 4. Which is infuriating since Im paying the full price of an order of 3 and only getting 1.Be sure to check your to go orders, in restaurant, and speak up when something is wrong. Theyre usually pretty nice about it and they will remedy the situation.

My husband and I visited this location on our way home from picking up our daughter. We were seated quickly but the server was a little slow to get our drink orders. After our drinks were delivered we never got silverware. We only got our silverware after the food was delivered. The server (Rachel) didnt check on us for the whole meal. Our meal was ok I guess. The server forgot 2 of my husbands sides. The 2 biscuits that were brought to the table were by far the worst biscuits we have ever had at a cracker barrel. They were dry and honestly didnt even taste fresh. This was by far the worst experience we have had at a cracker barrel.

Excellent service and the food was delicious, but I miss very much the lima beans salad, hoping they bring it back.

Had a lovely, lively birthday celebration! The food was the good ole family style favorites we all love. The Beans n Greens were delicious! And the chow chow just tops it off! Whatever you like here you can be sure its good! You can always enjoy Cracker Barrel 😉

I wouldve given 5 stars except our last visit, we sat for nearly 10.minutes before anyone cam to greet us or take a drink order. But the food was great!! And once we were finally waited on, the service was good

One of my favorite place is Cracker Barrel but the bathroom are always dirty!! I am afraid to see the kitchen if it is dirty I would probably never eat there again. The store for shopping for items are TRULY a Blessing to all of US! I do enjoy there breakfast and coffee But keep the kitchen clean !! Please hire more helpers!!!!

HEADACHE: My first time ever eating at a CB & the food was all flawless. I eat very healthy and all the food was delicious but obviously not the best for you health-wise. The incredible biscuits and muffins are great, but the vast amount of carbs & butter gave me a ridiculous headache after finishing the meal. More my issue than theirs, but its good indulgence food.

I’m a Cracker Barrel fan, but this visit at this location was not a good one. Got seated and waited a few minutes to even see a waitress. Finally saw her and got my order in. After she brought the drinks to the table I never saw her again. My food came out slightly warm by a different waitress, my drink refills I had to flag down a different waitress, and to get my check I had to ask you guessed it a different waitress. I don’t know if she quit or got fired, but someone could have said something to the couple tables that keep having to wait for stuff. I think in the future I’ll keep my visits to breakfast time only...

The food was good. Our waitress was nice. I LOVE the gift shop. I spent $158 on 9 items. All but 1 was in Clearance department. Got 5 tops,1dress for granddaughter,nick nats,and 15x18picture. Glad I only go 1 a month.😄

Meatloaf was cold and tasteless. We ordered two of Chicken fingers and one was dry. The green beans were good. Carrots were soggy. Cornbread had no flavor. Chicken pot pie was hot. Our receipt was messed up. We will not plan on going back to this cracker barrel

I absolutely love cracker barrel however me my husband and my mother went tonight its Sunday and we ordered the pot roast dinner my mother ordered the country fried chicken she had a huge amount of food which was amazing but our pot roast dinner was enough to feed an infant all of the taste was wonderful there was no sides and the portion was very very small very disappointed and our waiter was very attentive.. but the girls in the gift shop was very overly attentive and I loved my nautical gifts..

I bought all my Easter basket candy and toys for my grandchildren at there country store, it was all on sale! Then had an amazing breakfast in their restaurant. Love the hashbrown casserole!

Easter Sunday ... disaster... Kinda blame myself for going to a place like this on Easter but... we had a rising star who took our order, my sister ordered gravy and had to ask for it after food was served... I had country fried steak and when asked if I wanted gravy I said yes the pepper gravy from the steak... I had literally a teaspoon of gravy on my steak, none on my mashed potatoes... I watched people who were still waiting outside when we were let in eat and leave and we still hadnt received our meal... when I mentioned this we got our meal very quickly, maybe too quickly?

Amazing and friendly staff. The place was very clean and the food was delicious. Yummy Pot Pie and Saturday special country fried pork chops!!!

Everyone there was super nice and trying hard to keep up with a busy day of after church rush. But the food was not very good, came out cold, missing several items. A drink was dropped by a kid and the puddle ran like a river into a main walkway and stayed like this the whole hour or so we were there. Servers and customers had to walk through it. We would have mopped it if they gave us a mop. Lots of training opportunities there today. Wish we would have chosen a different restaurant to spend our money for a better value today.

The service was excellent: friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, but the portions were not what I remember.

My meal today was a disappointment. I had the hamburger steak with corn and mashed potatoes and gravy . All of it had very little flavor. Very blah. I usually enjoy eating there but it was very subpar. Service about the same. Sorry to say but it was just one of those days.

Enjoyable experience featuring great tasting, home style food. Service was excellent. We will come back to this Clermont Cracker Barrel.

Ive been coming to this Cracker Barrel for 8 years. Im sad to say I wont be going back. My family of 5 decided to get breakfast. It took almost fifteen minutes just to get drinks. The service was pitiful, the food was so bad we ate about half, paid the bill and left. Im not sure what the issue is, but lets not blame it on anything else but poor upper management. Someone clearly isnt doing their job. The 2 stars is only because I dont like leaving just 1.

Getting seated here is worst than going to the DMV. Stand in line for 20 minutes to finally get to the hostess stand to be told we’ll have to wait 20 more minutes for a table. If I knew it would take 40 minutes to even be seated, no chance I would have stayed. I value my time, so I won’t risk wasting it here anymore.

My family of 6 came to this cracker barrel....and had a horrible experience thanks to our server Valerie she took our order brought out our food forgot The bisquits no refills no sugar. Fine i understand short staffed and over worked but she went into the kitchen and we did not see her again and we were by the kitchen so we would of atleast seen her come out. Thanks to another waitress OR we wouldnt of had refills or even our check. PATHETIC needless to say we wont be back and she did NOT get a tip.

Molasses would be a good way to describe the speed of the service at this Cracker Barrel. It took more time than it should have to get seated even though there was no one waiting. The table was sticky. The order was wrong and the server did not ask if we wanted more drinks before we were done eating. The incorrect order was not fixed until we were nearly done and the server brought us to go drinks without us asking for them I guess to make up for not asking if we wanted more drinks. Probably the worst Cracker Barrel Ive ever been to.

I’ve been coming to this location for the last 6 years since moving to clermont. The past year and a half we’ve gone maybe 6 times. 5 out of the 6 times we’ve sat and waited for our food for over 30 minutes. Today I was with my 2 daughters and waited Atleast 45 minutes and still no food. We’re watching people who sat way after us with more people get their food before us. I bring it up to Deloris, the General Manager and all she can say is “ I don’t know when the orders go in” with an attitude, walks away and never returns. After another 5 minutes of waiting I decided to just get up and leave. I asked to speak to Deloris again and waited another 5 minutes for her to come out from the kitchen, which she never did. I honestly feel like I am now being racially profiled and a complaint has been filed.

The moment from the first bite into the carrots I noticed that they tasted lemon zesty well I asked the waitress she said it was a graze. Well yeah glazed enough to puke in parking lot right times .best they could do was not to charge me for the rest of the meal .Ive ate something poisonous. Certainly not food consumed.

Love the fact that they serve breakfast all day because that’s what I had. The pancakes are so very delicious!! My husband got the southern chicken which was equally good. Mom got the Thursday night special which is turkey with gravy and fixins which she thoroughly enjoyed. The cornbread was ok so we asked for biscuits instead.

If cracker barrel continues to cut their menu they will lose what customers they have left. Service and noise have always been issues and now when covid is almost gone they shrink the menu again? The quality of food now is not good either. We have been going for years but we will not return.

Outstanding service and food.

Waited 30 min. Decided to go on in. I asked, she said theyd called our name. I told her you were suppose to text us. Whats the point in getting number if youre not going to do it. Then waited 20 min to get food. So, about an hour and a half at cracker barrell.

Everyone is too close!! Barrier is ladis... too crowded for COVID! So I am trying to get healthy and eat plant base, the one thing they carried was a plain baked potato got up charged for taking off the sour cream and butter is no longer available. So plant base or vegan they have steamed broccoli and black coffee...Jada the server was 5 stars

Like all Cracker Barrels, the food was very good, as was the service, but it always seems to take forever for the food to come, even when not busy.

I dont normally have a bad experience at Cracker Barrel but this particular location I dont think I will ever go back to. The waitress was fine but the rest of it was not, food wasnt good. they actually serve me burnt bacon. They ask the customer next to me if the bacon was okay for him but did not ask me. I dont want to make this a race thing but I couldnt help but notice I was the only one of my kind at that time. I really flipping hope that wasnt the case none the less, I wont be going back. The second star is for the waitress because she tried.

Always delicious home style cooking with big portions. Went a couple of nights ago and split the dinner sampler and everything was fantastic. Went back for breakfast today and it was great too. Plus you cant go wrong with all the old school candy in the lobby. Just wish there was one closer to home.
