Go see Sam or call! He went above and beyond for me over the phone. He actively listened and answered questions and addressed my concerns. He took my order over the phone and verified the order. When my friend picked it up, they helped her out with the order. Thank you Sam. I recently had a horrible experience at a New Smyrna Beach location. When Sam spoke over the phone he was professional and courteous. With his assistance, I was able to get almost every sample I needed.

Painting Challenges made easy! I know its not Calculus but it can feel like a challenge when matching what you see in your mind and what the actual finished product will look like. When considering Color, sheen, texture... etc... it can be a bit confusing. Why settle for big box store selection when you can have a larger selection at a better price? They have discount events that have saved me a ton of money not to mention the quality of paint is much better for any application. Use what most professionals use and get that look you really want! I have now been to three of these stores in the central florida area. This store is very busy compared to the other two. This store also had 5 employees compared to just two employees at the other stores. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Took one star off for not having pep in their work and having to get five 1 gallon cans vs one 5 gallon bucket of paint due to not having the 5 gallon in stock.

A paint store that doesnt carry paint...I understand that not everyone has a boat. I understand that of those who do, maybe only half of them are able to do their own repairs... but what I still cant understand, those facts notwithstanding, is why a business whose entire purpose is the selling of paint wouldnt carry marine paints.There are only, realistically, about 5 or 6 outboard motor manufacturers. The shelf space to have two or three cans of spray for each brands color wouldnt even take up half an end cap.Why doesnt my local paint store carry paint?#firstworldproblems

Sherwin-Williams has a nice big store in Clermont . The salesperson was very polite and professional, answering our questions along the way. The paint went on smoothly and the walls look terrific.

This was my first time at Sherman Williams and I have to say I was very impressed with the incredible Customer Service and knowledge of their inventory with their paint colors and the ease they had answering all my questions! I have to say that they put Home Depot to shame! I will be back!

The staff is patient and knowledgeable. Walking into a place frequented by pros is intimidating, but the staff here is welcoming and unassuming. Painting your home can be stressful; Jonathan was particularly helpful while I searched for the right color. Ill know the outcome of my decision soon!

Frustrating experience. I had placed an order for a satin paint since they did not have that item in store. Store associate told me he will call me on Friday to pick it up. I did not receive a call so I called them on Saturday. The associate I then spoke with said that no order was placed and brushed me off with other places I can go to instead of rectifying the situation. They are NOT customer service oriented. Will not be coming back.

I bought paint on Friday and had a great experience. Came back Saturday for much more and was treated as if I did not exist! I went to Lowes and bought a bunch of paint and supplies despite your 40% off promotion. I wish the gentleman who helped me on Friday was there on Saturday.
