Yesterday I called home depot to get me a window replacement quote on all my home windows. Today a salesperson came out measured my windows gave me a quote on two different options. He was on time did the work no high pressure sales pitch. Other companies either didnt show up, didnt answer the phone or took days to get a price. I will be ordering from home depot.

We bought all new windows for our home that were to be installed on 2/23/21 many of the windows were not measured correctly and the installers did not say anything and literally hammered them into place cracking my walls and shattering a window and dented the frames. The installers also cut all of our alarm wires! Some windows were even bowing from the pressure of being too big. My stucco was scrapped off and cracked off around one window because they tried to jam it in. The installers scrapped my walls and dented them too. I had a window that wouldn’t lock because the window wasn’t square. Plus my home was left a complete mess. When brought to the project manager’s attention he came out to inspect but he didn’t seem to truly grasp what was wrong. The project manger thankfully brought a new installer who knew what he was doing. Now he saw that many windows needed to be replaced and all needed to come out and be reinstalled. We had to wait until 6/16/21, 4 months we had to live with a shattered window that was taped up and no alarm system!!!! Now we even had to ask the project manager to tape the window as he was going to leave it shattered with glass just breaking off!!!! Once the new windows came in they pulled all the windows they also saw that the previous installers put the windows in WITHOUT WOOD, which is code, they also cut the edges of our windows! Seriously Home Depot, we spent $10,000 on this job and it was a 4 month nightmare. Thankfully the new installer was great and knew what he was doing. What the first installers did to my house has still not been fixed. I have scrapes in my walls that need to be repainted, the stucco that had to be repaired now needs to be repainted. And I’m getting nothing from HomeDepot.

I found everything I need to do my screen diy fix on my enclosure. Im glad they carried what I needed.

I bought several plants, I have to say that who took this experience from a regular Home Depot visit to an amazing visit was AVIAN (I hope I’m spelling it right) I didn’t even asked for her help but she offered, thank God! Because I didn’t even know what I was doing, she asked me about my needs and the spaces for the plants that I was looking for, she even recommended the vase for one of the plants. AMAZING! Very patient and you can tell she cares about the plans and the people she is helping.

Clutter at the front end. Self checkout ladies thinks everyone was stealing instead of helping the man because it wouldnt scan.

Helpful day, they were able to find the right tool I wanted even though it was not on display.

4 transfers to the same dept. No one picks up just dont answer your phone if you cant help

Employees provided excellent service. They did not stock the variety of keyed lock that I wanted. In the end, they did have what I needed. Ill be back ...

Funny, friendly and attentive staff at the Electric Section.

They sell wood and other things. If you like long hard wood and maybe need some caulk they got you. For everything else theres Mastercard.

Visited to replace defective battery under warranty. Customer service sent me to the area where the batteries were sold. The gentleman in the area said I needed to go to tool repair. I told that employee of the defective battery. Said it was fully charged, should work. Went home. Found it did not power up any of my tools even though it indicated fully charged. Went back to tool repair to be told I need to call Ryboi service number as Home Depot does not replace defective batteries under warranty. Ryobi took care of me & is sending back to Home Depot to recycle the defective battery. 😂

I like this store because the people that work here are always friendly and willing to help. I have not always had that experience in other Home Depot’s, so this is a real plus. They have the usual good selection of what you expect in a Home Depot, and I have never had a single problem with out of stocks. Their return policy is good, and I like the self serve cash registers as well. There are plenty of rollable dollys of all sizes to get the big items out to your car

As a woman who love working with her hands, Home Depot is where I go for everything! Today as usual I ran into Home Depot on Route 50 in Clermont FL for 5 minutes - someone left a cart in the parking lot and an angry old gentleman took the cart and pushed it out of the way and dented my car door. What was frustrating, I went to the manager of Home Depot to inform him and it was the worst individual I ever encountered. His attitude was demeaning, rude, disrespectful and just ignorant - Had no consideration that my drivers side door was dented - He didnt give a hoot. I heard from him why are you telling me this ? Home Depot, I am done! Lowes here I come. I spent thousands of dollars in your store, and that was my reception! All HD needs to do was make sure that every time a cart was left unattended to have someone remove it! Now I have to take money out of my pocket to fix my darn car!

This Home Depot has THE friendliest staff and they are always eager to assist the customers. The employees and Management at this store truly care about the customer experience and it shows! Kudos!

After going to home depot for what I thought was a mig welder that the picture was deceptive it showed a gas mig welder that turned out to be a 130 amp gasless flux core. My 175 amp mig welder scraped out and the one that they showed would work for 1/4 inch So after running around for 3 hrs to get a welder, I need to put off a job that is important to the customer.....

This is my favorite Home Depot location. Everyone is helpful at this Clermont location.i drove from Orlando just to go there.

Do not get your A/C installed through Home Depot. You will regret it. You will end up over paying by almost double the price then be saddled with a very unreliable subcontractor called ARS. Please trust me dont do it.The staff instore at Home Deport are always amazing though. Just dont get your A/C here.

Ive always had good customer service at Home Depot. Also, being able to get a Veterans discount is a nice touch 👌

My husband and I were very satisfied with Homedepos service in Clermont. George was very nice and listened to what was important to my husband and the result was a sale for Homedepot and a happy customer. Also, they were all very nice and we were able to find help when we needed it.

Home Depot has always been a place where you get pretty much everything for any home or commercial projects. However, it is almost impossible these days to find the help from an associate whenever you are in doubt of something. There are just not enough staff around or sometimes they dont seem to show the willingness to answer questions from customers. Thankfully this is just a minority because most of them are hard working people.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but only have 4 stars because when I did need assistance it was has hard to find an associate. But the store was very clean and had everything I went in for.

It would have been great half of the people I seen that work there were standing around should have been helping instead

Clean, stocked well for outdoor light, prices matched what was checked out for. The customer service staff was slow, so am giving a 4 star review for their lack of effort. Overall liked the lights compared to Lowes and walked out with my purchase same day didn’t have to wait for shipping to store like the other chain.

Service sucks, ask for help and the assistance was rude, sent me to another guy who had 8 people he was helping.

They had what I needed. The first person to help me had an issue with his inventory tool so he called over another person to unlock some stuff for me and her tool worked and was able to find what I needed up top.

The best place to go for supplies for your household projects.. I even went online and ordered a sweet set of pink dishes. Home depot is so much more!

No one ever is able to help you load anything heavy into your shopping cart or to your truck. Only if you are a contractor account with them I guess. I had asked for help loading some dry wall and got refused but down the aisle I see another employee helping another customer load drywall. Funny how they can pick and choose who they help.

Miguel IS GREAT! in store on 08-06-2020 around 2PM. The first employee I spoke with was honest and said she wasnt sure how to answer my question, she did the right thing and brought Miguel over. He was able to answer all my question. He checked on products I had questions about he even loaded the pressure washer I decided to purchase on the cart for me.

Happy camper going home with my Bayer Advance granules and ready for those Japanese beetles they destroy everything insite that appears to have a trunk. These beetles lay there eggs inside trees, shrubs and trunks just to eat the inside and leave destruction behind. Thanks to my handy dandy store for carrying the best products.

Had great help from George in the rental department. He recommended the perfect tool for the job and explained to me why the one I wanted to get wouldn’t work for the job. After taking the size tiller he recommended and getting home to go to work I realized he was knowledgeable of what I was trying to accomplished and gave me the perfect recommendation. If he hadn’t have given me the information he provided I would have not been able to finish the job with the size tiller I originally wanted to get. Thank you George you made my day easier!

Home Depot now has a very restricted policy for discounts for veterans. I would much rather give my business to a business that shows their appreciation to vets with consistent discounts, parking spots,and a Thank you for your service with each visit (LOWES)

Went to get a Christmas tree. Guy was helpful and funny. Stock was low, tho. We all forgot he offered to frost it.

Dont buy extended warranty. Doesnt cover stainless from rusting after a year. They refuse to replace broken refrigerator, which temperature changes from 22 degrees to 42 degrees everday, leaks water all over floor every week. Oh i have had 8 services in the last 3 months. Glad I got the five year plan maybe after 5 years and 40 services I might get a new refrigerator. They said I am lying!! Really I have more to do then to make stuff up about a 4000k fridge. I heard by from Lowes better warranty.

Five able body males walked past my wife and I trying to access and lift 6x6 treated posr. A forklift and other equipment made it difficult to get to. Not one person asked if we needed help. Thos is typical of this store...stoppped here for convience.
