We visited the mobile phone department here at Best Buy and the young lady that helped us out was amazing! She took the time that we needed to get our phone set up to make sure everything was transferred over. She did not rush us out the store like some sales associates would do. She even took the time to tell us about other promotions and sales that Best Buy had going on at the time! This will be my store from now on when upgrading our phones.

I like the store overall. Salespeople arent too pushy and they have a good selection of electronics. What I didnt like was that the controller I bought for my son was on sale but when it rang up it came to regular price. I told the cashier that the controller was on sale and was told,it didnt come up on sale so this is the price. I didnt bother to argue and just decided to let her screw me out of the sale price

The geek squad was great the first time I visited but I had some issues with my motherboard I had bought there and it was within the warranty diagnostic time they still wanted to charge to see what was wrong @$200. So I took my business to Micro Center and they helped me really quick and got me the products I needed.

Wonderful customer service, delivery and products! A thoughtful Best Buy employee made my day when she took the time to find the appliance that I requested, made sure it fit my budget and even found one that arrived in only 4 days because she knew that it was an urgent purchase; opposed to OTHER department stores that could not fulfill my urgent need and had long waiting lists (Im talkin months). But Best Buy didnt let me down! Got the perfect appliance, was treated beyond well and the delivery was even great- they were so gentle with the appliance, on time, friendly and even kept me informed when they were getting close to my home. Thank you Best Buy!

I recently bought a Fitbit at another store and had to return it because neither I or the Fitbit chat line could not help me resolve the issue. I thought I would give Fitbit another chance so I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 at the Best Buy in Brooklyn. I was greeted by Associate Daniel who heard my story and offered to help me set it up after the purchase. He told me he liked to go out of his way to help the customer—how refreshing! He did get me most of the way through it and told me to go to the Geek Squad counter to finish the update as he had to assist other customers. I did tell him that I had a Geek Squad membership and that is why he sent me there to finish the set up. Thanks Daniel for your help. The device is working as expected thanks to you.

Why should I bother walking in. Store is empty and employees are going through the motions. Not one time while in the store was I asked if I could be helped. Employees would run away and hide if a customer was in their vicinity. Losing Best buy is like an old friend dying. U have lost my business for good. I used to spend thousands a year at best buy. Do not waste your time and money.

Pickup fast. I went in to the store to look at headphones for my laptop. The Salesman very helpful and calm with me, especially since I didnt know anything about headphones. I also had a very nice Army vet customer asked if he could take my purchased item to my car for me. Best buy even has nice customers!!!

Manager Jon handled an incredibly stressful situation very well. Im From Massachusetts and was traveling to Missouri spending one night in Cleveland when my phone Stopped working. I knew I need to get a new phone before leaving the next morning I went to my phone Carrier and they had nothing affordable to offer me and basically told me all my contacts and everything would be erased. Went across the street to Best Buy and immediately helped. While my number one choice of phone was not available they were more than happy to order it for me but as I mentioned that wasnt an option but they did have my 2nd choice phone Got it set up for me And was able to retrieve almost all of my contacts apps pictures et cetera for me within minutes And had a great attitude about the whole thing and a smile on his face genuinely wanted to help. He was really great and really made this situation so much easier.

I went to buy a HP laptop and they didnt have it so they was suppose to have order it for me from another store to pick up the SAME DAY. I PAID there and drove to the other store when I got to the other location they did NOT have the order. Meaning that I would have had to REPAY for it again and then try to get a refund from this store. After talking to a manager at the other location we figured out how to resolve this issue.

Terrible customer service. Unforgettably bad service all the way around.Order was set for delivery in January. They called the night before, 1/17/2021, to confirm the delivery time for an AM delivery 1/18/2021. I call off work, wait -- no delivery. I call at lunch, on the way in to work, Oh, that order is delayed till March -- Would have been nice to know, as I am sure we did not find out today about a 2 month delay in the order.Speaking to Walter in customer service, Walter tells me I will get 10% off my order for the hassle, but that I will not get it till delivery in March. I accept these terms -- 2 months delay, 10% off the order.The order is finally completed in March -- no 10% discount is issued. I call. I speak to unnamed representative whose name I did not catch. Then I speak to Philip. Then I speak to Romeo. Then I speak to Shea. Each one tells me the same thing. Oh yes, I see here we promised you 10% off in January. Hang on just one moment while I take care of that for you. They then place me on hold. A long hold. Then they hang up on me.When this is done repetitively, it really sounds like your company is fraudulently promising discounts to customers to keep their orders, and then refusing to issue those discounts as promised. Really the whole thing is rather disreputable, and it left me wondering if it is even legal.

But there is all kinds of people walking around. But no one wants to help you. I will take my business somewhere else.

Heres what I don’t understand, what is the point of offering in store pick up if it takes me 10 minutes to wait for an associate to hand me my items in the store. This is the fourth time Ive ordered in store pick up and each time is increasingly disappointing. I understand if the store is busy, but when theres 8 associates in the vicinity of the registers and the only associate in customer service is on the phone, it only makes sense you would come to help. However, only when there was a line of 7 people waiting did someone show up. Management then wonders why shopping in person has become obsolete. Please start hiring associates who can add productivity, I welcome the manager to look at the cameras at 10:35 am July 28th theyll find the associate at the register on her phone while customers are waiting in line.

I was in looking for a laptop and the associate didnt seem like he wanted to help. I asked about 4 different computers to see what was in stock and was informed none of them. I asked if any others in that general price range and he said no. After leaving and getting to work I looked online and there were 3 in that same price range available. I had to order online and go pick it up during break.

I had my radio for my van installed at the Brook Park & Ridge Rd. Location.The installer had previously installed a radio in one of my other cars and did a great job so I felt confident in going here..The installer had saved me some money in extra install parts that was ordered to make the install easier for them...The installer had left over parts from other jobs and was able to save me some money by returning a install kit that wasnt needed.. This happened with another install in my other car, nothing wrong with that... The installer also took great pride in the job that he did and took very good care of my vehicle and did a lot of mending and fixing from the company that last installed the radio that no longer work in there and butchered everything cut my dish all the pieces without even telling me and also charged me extra for custom installation local place hundred 5th and Lorain Cleveland you can look it up you want to know. I wouldnt recommend going there at all.. Thanks Best Buy job well done!!

Went in to buy a new radio for my car which was a very needed upgrade and when trying to receive help, had to wait for about 30 minutes to even start talking to an employee. The employee we got was a female and let’s just say she was the least bit helpful. To start off she wouldn’t actually take time to walk over and talk to me about the radio I was trying to buy but she would send me back and forth across the store to take a picture of the radio I want just to find out it’s out of stock and I would have to repeat. After the 2nd time doing that I talked to another worker who proceeded to yell and the female and told her to help me instead of trying to deal with another person who just walked in the door. After waiting for her by the radios for another 5 minutes, she still didn’t come over to help me so I decided to leave and make the drive to another best buy 15 minutes away where I got the service I needed.

I just left the Brooklyn Best Buy and really appreciate the assistance of the gentleman in the mobile department 03/25/2021 about 05:30pm. Im terrible with names and even though I asked so I could include it in the review here I am drawing a complete blank as he helped me restore data service to my ATT phone after a chrome update caused it to malfunction and i was just ecstatic to have my phone working again. I came to buy a phone got there at 6:15pm stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for help, talked to the guy at the door (Brian) he had to ask what was going on from another if there was anyone in mobile that no one is in mobile after 6pm its closed so if he didnt know that how would I know that from your site? Or the door is it posted? Is that standard when the store closes at 7pm? Waisted trip and lost revenue for you. This store hasnt impressed me in years. However Art in the install bay over the years has always been helpful might be one of the rare competent employees in the building better hold on to him!

Possibly the worst Best Buy in America.1. Calling the store by phone will leave you with a 45 minute wait and then someone from Best Buy Corporate asking if everything is okay. It’s not!2. Asking an employee for some basic information about computer parts in the computer department is a huge waste of time.3. If you want to be berated with more scams, don’t come here. Employees love asking “do you want to add this?” Why would I want to add a charger for a laptop I just bought that COMES WITH ONE.4. People in the audio department are clueless. I asked “where are the studio monitors?” And was pointed toward the computer monitors. Come on guys!This store needs to get their stuff together!

Over priced and employees are less then helpful. Came in looking to get an Alexa speaker and the employee kept telling me I needed to go to car audio to find subwoofers. Its not car audio, not a subwoofer, and surely its not located by car audio. Had the employee show me where exactly they are in car audio, he looked then said he will be right back. Left me hanging for about 10 minutes so I left. On my way out, same employee is sitting outside smoking a cigarette.

First off, the people that helped me at Customer Service were wonderful and they deserve a solid 5. The online portion got screwed up and I didnt learn that until arriving at the store. What I thought was a quick 5 or 10 minute transaction turned into about triple that time. Online screw up was a 1 experience for me.

I had an appointment for 10:30 at the Parma store for a mobile car installation. I got there early around 10:15 and was told by an associate inside to wait out back where the garage doors are and someone will open them at 10:30. So 10:45am comes around and nothing so I went back inside and talked to a customer service associate. That associate said the car installation associates just arrived and to give them 10mins and also said to continue to wait till they open the doors. So I waited and ended up waiting a total of 1.5hrs right in front of the doors parking spots. 12pm hits and I go inside again very frustrated and spoke to someone who looked more knowledgeable and that associate said to just walk in the doors and someone should be there. Finally I got in and they told me my appointment was at 10:30 and they couldn’t get me in today and to reschedule at another store for June 17. A month away because their own associates don’t know how to direct people. NEVER USING BEST BUY AGAIN!!

Totally under staffed. I took my daughter there for a computer. She wasnt sure if she wanted a deal top or laptop. We were there for at least 20 minutes standing in front of a laptop near the register and still didnt get any help. Then a employee approached us answered a couple questions and left. It took another 25 minutes to get an employee to help us.
