I am pretty sure I contacted the Coronavirus from here and Mr.Hero. The lady making the sandwich at Mr.Here had a her mask down for a minute and was touching her face. 1 of the cashiers at Downtown Convenience was not wearing a mask and they even served a customer not wearing a mask. I paid for the sander with the Downtown Convenience cashier. The receipt did not have a breakdown for the price of each item. I tried to show it to lady at the Mr.Hero counter with me just holding it but she requested to hold it with her own hands to see it.

Called to ask about delivery, that their website clearly says they offer, and when the worker answered, I could not understand them. When I asked them to repeat what they said about downloading a special app that they wanted me to use, they hung up on me. I will only shop at stores that take time to listen to a customer. After all, CUSTOMERS are what keep these businesses alive, right? Good luck to you Downtown INconvenience.

AT ONE Time the only place to get cigarettes or eat was the 24 hour Gyro place on the corner for 10 a pack.All of cleveland was happy at this store opening but Not The Gyro Place LoL

Great local store! Open later then others locally and the cashiers are always nice when I go in! I highly recommend them!

It was 20 degrees outside, we spent $50 on snacks and we sat in the window seats waiting for our Uber. After about 5 minutes we were told we could.not loiter im the store. Rude and unappreciative. Even worse a nonpaying customer was going on about needing extra large prophylactics and asking people for money. This individual was not asked to leave. Seriously!?!? Take your business somewhere else.

I gave the man $4.00 on a $3.06 bill and didn’t get my change. Said I only gave him $3.00. Basically called me a liar and didn’t even give it a second thought.
