From the minute my wife and I talked to a sales person to the point we the countertops were installed, everything went smoother than I thought possible. Installers were great and the sales people did a great job servicing us. I would highly recommend them. We will go back for any future counter top needs. (We did not get our cabinets from them, but will consider it if we ever have a need them in the future based on our experience)

If Ed Pena is your sales rep run for the hills. Less than 6 months after installation we had a massive chip in the edge. They measure incorrectly and still have t fixed it a year later. Terrible customer service. Straight job shop money grab.

We had our granite installed by CGD for over $1,000 less than their competitors (exact same granite). Mike and Kevin were prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job. Connie, Angela and Stephanie were also very helpful on the office-side. I would highly recommend them!

From the beginning of the shopping experience to the final installation; this was a great process. Susan helped to make the shopping efficient and offered me the opportunity to select my slab from the warehouse at the time of purchase. No waiting around. In only two weeks both my counters were measured and installed perfectly. Ryan and Wally showed up when scheduled, protected the work area with tarps, asked clarifying questions, offered suggestions to improve the final outcome and cleaned up every speck of dust. I couldnt be happier. If there is another project at my house I will return to Cabinets & Granite Direct!

So, Im looking to have my kitchen completely re-done. New cabinets. The works. My husband asked that I stop into the shop and get some prices on kitchen cabinets and granite. I walked into the shop at 2:50 pm and walked back out at around 3:10 pm? Something like that. You guys can check the cameras. They had really nice stuff. Too bad no one bothered to assist me. There was one associate helping a couple, but everyone else must have been on break. No hello. How may I help you? Is there something I can assist you with? Let me know if I can be of assistance. Stephanie and Eric (Managers) have gone out of their way to make my working experience with them both positive and financially rewarding without any compromising on the quality of their product. If any issues arose, Stephanie/Eric were quick to address and rectify, both went out of their way to ensure excellent customer service! Additionally, the office staff/installation staff was very professional and personably. We bought All our granite counters & they came to measure and checked to countertops for level. Also said we had supports for 8ft island perfectly ready & best they had seen. They sent 8 workers to carry & lift the large island into place. Awesome place to get granite for great price!!

We had our laminate countertop replaced with white quartz and undermount sink, which gave our kitchen a more modern feel. Our salesperson was very thorough with explaining the entire process from measure to install, and the turnaround time was only about a week. The installers were pleasant, they really took their time to get everything right, and they cleaned up any debris before they left. I definitely recommend these guys!

They had a great selection, store was clean and organized and the staff in the store was excellent. So, We had them do the countertops in our kitchen. I have never had such a poor experience with a company. The work was awful. Cuts were not even, edges not matching. The seams are also quite visible. None of the installers spoke English and communication was extremely difficult. They were not willing to correct their mistakes. I would never use them again.

The salesperson and selection process was very nice. However, the installation was awful and I would not recommend this company to anyone. The manager refused to acknowledge the damage they did to my wall. One of the installers, the one doing the majority of the work, did not speak English there for providing a huge communication barrier. Also, the installers were extremely sloppy and showed no respect to my house. They also used my bathroom 4 times and left it a mess. If this is there typical service I have no idea how they stay in business. Do not be learned by lower prices, you get what you pay for and this company is not worth your business.

Bianca in the showroom was very helpful. She steared me to a quartz countertop that I absolutely love. The quartz is beautiful and the installation went smoothly. The installer was was meticulous and did a great job.

We just had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen and eveyone at CGD were great to work with. From the very friendly people in their showroom, who were knowledgeable but not pushy, to the tech who measured our kitchen, to the installers. All were very easy to work with and our counters are beautiful! We highly recommend them to all our friends.

I was very pleased with the countertops that Cabinets and Granite Direct (CGD) installed in our home in March of 2019. I worked with Susan and she made the experience lovely. We picked our stone from MSI, and of all the stone suppliers in the Cleveland area, they were the best. We were able to lay out the countertops, from huge slabs of granite, and get exactly what we wanted. The installers were professional and extremely courteous. If I do a project similar to this again, I will go back to CGD and Susan. With my experience in mind, I feel that I have to address some of the negative comments that I have read when I was researching which company to use for granite countertops. You must be engaged in the process to get the best project at completion. Do your homework! CGD was actually not the cheapest of the companies we considered, but Susan and her team made us feel confident and answered all of our many many questions. That was very valuable to us.CGD has an installation agreement that spells out the possible installation issues. READ IT. When they clearly state that, if they must cut the stone in your house, there may be dust, believe them, and dont complain when there is dust. As CGD clearly states that there are things that we had to do to facilitate the installation, we listened and prepared, and the installation was much easier for it. Lastly, Youtube countertop installations and find out what are the risks, then mitigate the risks that you can. In closing, CGD and MSI were a joy to work with, and because we were informed/ engaged, we have lovely kitchen countertops.

We purchased new countertops in August of 2018. Our kitchen is somewhat small, so we were able to use a remnant from the warehouse that they had from a previous job. We were not told that this was sold “as is” with no warranty. We would not have purchased it had we known. The installers drilled the faucet hole off center of the sink opening, so it had to be bored out to a larger hole. We now have to use a washer between the countertop and faucet base to cover the hole on either side of the faucet base. We noticed in March of 2019 that there was a crack in the countertop. They sent a repairman to assess our options. He concluded that it was a manufacturer defect. Cabinets & Granite Direct will not repair or replace the countertop. Also, not a huge deal, but our 7’ piece has a seam in it. The seam isn’t completely filled with epoxy, and has a lot of voids in it. I’ve never seen a seam put into such a short piece. So now we have a 7 month old countertop, with an off-center faucet, an unsightly seam, and a crack that they refuse to fix. We will not return, or recommend their services. I will say that Stephanie is awesome and was a very helpful through this unfortunate process.

They get 1 star for price, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. The installers did not put up a tarp, six tarps were available to them and they were asked to put a tarp up. They left my entire house full of granite dust, my sofas covered in dust I have to replace them. They chipped a corner of the cabinet during install and didnt say anything. They arrived at 11am and left at 4pm for less than 25 sq. ft. of counter, maybe their 90 min. nap in the van was why they wanted to cancel my appointment in the first place. Be warned, be vigilant and shop around.

The worst company ever! We bought granite countertops for our our brand new kitchen and scheduled installation, which was a 3 week wait. When the installers finally came out, they refused to do the install, claiming our cabinets were not suitable... Even after they sent someone out to measure and take photos before the stone was cut, nobody ever mentioned that the cabinets didnt look right or needed to be reinforced.We fixed the cabinet and the installers came back, only to find out that the edge was the wrong cut...We spoke with the Manager, Stephanie, several times throughout the process and she gave us a discount because of all the trouble, only to find out that they have now charged our credit card the for the $300 she took off. The counters were installed in early June and our mysterious fraudulent charge showed up on July 14th!To top it all off. They wont return our calls!If youve bought from them in the past, check your credit card statements!

We purchased our cabinets and counter top from Cabinet and Granite Direct. At first, I was very pleased with the customer service. However, the countertop was installed by three of their workers that could not communicate with each other or us. The countertop has gaps and was not level from the peninsula and tier. Not only are their gaps but the workers admitted to forgoting to take off a dishwasher bracket, making the counter uneven. The workers could not fix the problem and when I tried to contact the salesperson by phone I was unable to get ahold of them. I immediately took pictures and emailed the salesperson. This was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for the manager to assess the countertop. Yes, gaps could be caused by uneven cabinets and walls. However, when three installers are sent to complete a job and openly admit that they made a mistake then it is the manager’s responsibility to address the issues. The manager has rescheduled three times to assess the issue so that it can be fixed. Seems like the manager is avoiding the situation and does not care about customer satisfaction. Not only has the installation been terrible, but now the communication between the salesperson has been lacking. Not to mention, the three workers that came to install the counter left the kitchen and floors a mess. One worker left and said “sorry about the mess” and walked out. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Never send your loved ones here to get a job! They hire you and say they desperately need people just to fire you 2 weeks later. If you work with the installers and they dont like you, your job will be gone with reason being youve done nothing wrong! I will never suggest this place to anyone! Ill be going to the BBB.

I work about 3 years with this company and installed so many kitchen cabinets. The quality of cabinets is very good. Huge hoice of countertops. Highly recommend CGD for everyone!!!

Love my kitchen cabinet from CGD, i ordered cabinet from them, and ship to Florida, i had a little problem but they resolve for me right away, very good customer service, i would strongly recommend them.

STAY AWAY! My parents purchased kitchen cabinets, granite countertops & a sink from them back on 7/27/12. They installed the countertops & sinks shortly thereafter (not sure exact installation date). My mom soaked a cookie sheet in her sink overnight. She woke up on 10/8/15 to a flooded kitchen. The sink had dropped because of their faulty installation. They did not use clips on the sink, only an epoxy. The fixed the sink but refuse to take responsibility for my 3 year old pergo floor that is ruined. I had to have a restoration company come out and dry out the floor & extract the water as well as file a claim with my homeowners insurance carrier for the damages. They will not return phone calls, they spoke with the insurance carrier one time and advised them that the sink fell due to customer neglect. Now they will not accept the insurance carrier calls nor return any phone calls or correspondences. Filed a claim with the BBB and they continue to state that this is customer neglect even though we have the proof with photos & the installation manual showing clips needed to be installed on every side of the sink.
