Great family owned business! New flooring installed on our basement stairs and basement. Prices are competitive, order and installation was timely and professional. We had a contractor at our house the next week and he commented on how great the floors looked; he was impressed by their workmanship. Excited to know are offering cabinets now. We will be going back to future flooring and cabinet needs.

Mike with Floors 2U made getting new carpet a great and seamless experience. He sent me an estimate from my measurements the same day I reached out. He was also able to schedule an install date immediately after I decided what carpet to go with. The installers were in and out within a few hours. I would definitely use Floors 2U again and will recommend them to friends, family and co-workers!!

I am in Michigan, the floor was coming from California through his company in Texas and he followed through keeping connected with me from when it was shipped to when it arrived to me. I had called a few other companies that either didnt get back with me or werent nearly as helpful when trying to find the limited stock of flooring we were looking for. My mom was shopping for a new floor this year. She was getting discouraged, until I suggested Floor 2U. Called and Jerry scheduled the estimate politely. Terry the owner, came out and measured. Brought samples we requested in description. Called the day after with a estimate.Scheduled a date for installation. Installer came as scheduled. On time. Did a excellent job. Mom is very pleased. Great company. I was apprehensive because of other reviews. Jerry explained how COVID 19 set backs interfered. I’m sure it happened to a lot of businesses trying to obtain material.I would recommend FLOORS 2 U anytime. Everyone need to be given an opportunity if good intentionsMB

I went into Floors 2U .And I was looking for some outdoor carpet for my front porch. And I was able to bring some samples home . And I had an appointment set up for Terry to come to my home on June 19, 2020 . He arrived that day. And I showed him the carpet I wanted to be installed. He took measurements And stated that the carpet was a special order and it would take a week to arrive. And that it would be installed after the fourth of July holiday. He had even given me a price for the install. I havent heard anything from this Guy! I called the store, his cell phone twice! He never called me back. Never experienced anything like this before. Terry is very unprofessional. And I would not recommend this so called flooring store to anyone! Big waste of my time.

I gave a one star only because I could not give zero stars. Dont bother having them waste your time. Terry scheduled to show me samples at my home on April 23, 2020 and then he called to reschedule until April 25, 2020. I picked a couple samples and he was going to get back to me within a week to look at additional samples. I was getting work done (luxury vinyl flooring and carpeting) in the dining room, living room, hall and stairs and master bedroom. It was not a little job. Well......I am still waiting and it is already June 17, 2020. I called him on May 11, May 26, May 27, May 28, June 2, June 3 and two times on June 5th. He never returns a phone call, one time he did answer he told me he was really busy and would call me back, still never heard from him. I called the second time on June 5th stating that if he did not want the job to please let me know so I could start looking elsewhere. Still crickets (nothing). I am happy that he opened my eyes to other flooring companies, I have since been in contact with another and we have samples picked out, a deposit made and date scheduled for install all within a 5 day period. In my opinion he has handled this very unprofessional and I will never refer anyone to his company. I learned about his business because he did work at one of our office buildings and I thought he was an upstanding, professional man, boy, was I wrong. Word of advise, look elsewhere.

Excellent service did a great job installing hardwood floors,ceramic and carpet, did our entire home. Very happy with the quality and installation.

While the people here are very nice the workmanship is very poor. After multiple attempts to install carpet correctly over a period of a couple of months the seams still show. They are apologetic and offered to come out again but after at least four tries it is time to move on to another company. Unfortunately I will recommend using another company. It is going to cost us more money now to fix what they installed wrong. The two star rating is only due to them being nice and not making excuses.

Had Coretec flooring installed throughout my house by Terry and his company. They did an outstanding job. Would absolutely recommend this business to family and friends.

Im only giving one star because there is no option to give zero. The people here are incredibly unprofessional. We had someone come out for an in home consult last Saturday. He told us he would be able to send someone out on either Wednesday or Thursday, and that he would call early in the week to confirm a time. When I hadnt heard anything by Wednesday afternoon, I called to inquire. The man I spoke with on the phone was supposedly the same person that had come to our home, but he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I had to walk him through the events of the previous Saturday. He apologized and promised that someone would be out the next day, and they would call when they were an hour away.The next day comes and goes, and no one shows up. Not even so much as a phone call to let us know they cant make it. When we called to follow up, the woman who answered the phone apologized and gave us the cell phone number for the owner. We left a voicemail for him and never heard back.Then on Friday afternoon, I receive a text message from a random number asking if they can come out Saturday morning between 9-10am to complete the job. I explained that we had standing plans at 1pm, so it would have to be closer to 9am. They responded with Ill try, but he likes to sleep in on Saturdays. At 10:15am, again no one has shown up.This is the second time we were told that someone would be here at a certain time, only to have no one show up. They dont even have the decency to pick up the phone to call and either cancel or see if they can reschedule. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They have done nothing but waste our time.

If you are in need of flooring, make sure you determine the amount of material required before you go. Was sold triple the amount of flooring me and I guess we are just out of luck. Highly advise visiting a flooring provider with more knowledge on determining quantity needed for a job!

I purchased some remenants carpet from them for a small room and got a great deal the man behind the counter knows his stuff and will make sure you have everything you need !
