Shockingly rude and unprofessional. Tried to sell me 500 ft for 300 ft rooms . When I was reasoning to him he walked away because I was hassling him about few feet. Selena stick personality do not recommend to anybody they do this cheaper and they do this cheaper aeverywhere.

Stopped in when I was driving by, great selection of carpet and click vinyl in store. The store has a small showroom area but primarily is more of a warehouse feel.....but the quality exceeds the bar. Ended up having someone come to the house THAT day to quote our space (2nd floor and steps including quarter round removal and old carpet year up and haul away.) The price for the quality carpet was excellent. At such a great price (installed price) I was getting feedback that maybe the install would disappoint. THEY DID NOT disappoint! The crew was friendly but efficient and harworking, the workmanship was excellent, the seam work was exceptional, and we had a very complex job with many turns and corners and working around cast iron radiators in some rooms and baseboard heat in another. They paid attention to every detail and transition, ensured full coverage around/under radiators where they could have easily just slid one edge under the front and called it good enough. There is average to minor knicking on the floor trim, to be expected in the installation process. The freshly painted walls throughout the area were very well maintained and not scuffed. I cant wait to have a reason to use Truly again. Ill be in soon for area rugs for the parts of my house with hardwood floors. I purchased one area rug when I first went into Truly and it was great quality, I will always look there first for a good match.

We Purchased our carpet 6 yrs ago and we were rushed, the owner was annoyed and in a big hurry and insisted on the 21st of DEC to GET A FULL HOUSE COMPLETED TO FIT HIS SCHEDULE NOT KNOWING THAT WINTER INSTALL ARE THE WORST TIME AS TO !!!..due to COLD and that would make changes to the seal of the carpet...3 months later the entire carpet had buckled not just in some areas but THE ENTIRE HOME... They came out to stretch it, the manager /owner came and once again seemed annoyed... NOW, we have a master bedroom that WAS NOT DONE as to my being SEVERELY ILL. the day he choose to come......That CARPET IS NEARLY LIFTING off the floor NOW... I have contacted TRULY YOURS 5 xs and have yet to hear back,................... NO NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!...

I would definitely go back there I got excellent prices the customer service was point on and they had a very wide variety of the material I had to choose from I would definitely recommend anyone else to go there

We walked in to Truly Carpet with the idea of just looking around and ended up walking out with two area rugs. The staff were very helpful and showed us the rugs in the size we were looking for and then they let us look around for a bit. Nobody was pushy at all, which was fantastic. Once we found a few rugs we liked, the guys at Truly Carpet were able to find similar rugs in the size we needed, and then they helped us get a fantastic deal on the price. If youre looking for rugs, this is definitely the place to go.

Read there contract thoroughly before signing and get everything in writing in regards to installation and damage to walls and woodwork nothing is worse than careless installation.There prices Truly reflect on you get what you pay for. I have used them in the past and have referred thembut will not in the future.According to Chad Truly our complaints were Petty..

Wow!I REALLY wish Id had Truly Carpet install -ALL- my flooring! Unfortunately I mis-took Discount as kind of shady, sub-par, or sub-contracted. Shame on me, I didnt bother to ask them if they subcontract their installs =( My loss.Oh, how I now wish Id had them floor my entire home!I had them install a marvelous, high-end carpet remnants in my 2 bedrooms, but went with Lowes for the Pergo & install. Lowes, what a HUGE nightmare!!!! I should have asked Truly to find me stock, because they had much better quality (12mm vs Lowes 8mm Pergo stock).Truly installers arrived and did an amazing job. The biggest blessing is that the installers are part of the family, rather than subcontracted out as Lowes does (nightmare!) The project manager was so knowledgeable, teaching me what I should have known BEFORE Id gone shopping.My home flooring is gorgeous. When its time to resurface my floors Ill be going back to Truly Carpet & Flooring!
