My friend and I visited this store this evening and were very pleased with the service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable the staff was. There are tons of these sort of privately owned and family run cell phone/convenient food-marts here in the inner-city (or should I say hood lol) of Cleveland and most of them seem to run their stores in scummy sort of way and a lot of employees are usually rude, too. Not here though!! The two gentlemen who helped us (pretty sure they were the owners) were great.Really my only complaints are that the store was a little crammed/cluttered and (in my opinion) a taddddd-bit overpriced.But all-in-all, we were happy with the service we received. We will certainly come back here for any future cell-phone needs! 😊

Went in there to have my screen protector changed due to it being cracked. When I called I was told he had it. I drive over from the westside to get it and he tries to use a metal knife to get my old one off. The one he put on is way to small for my phone. The guy gave me attitude and told me that as of December 31 my phone wont work unless I buy a new one for close to 700 dollars. Um no. I highly doubt I will be going back there.

I go there to pay for my phone bill and if I have any questions to man automatically just jumps up and answers them its always a changing place they dont always have the phone that you would like to have with the headphones that you want to get but he tries

Came in with a major emergency. My phone had issue. This gentleman here helped mr get the service i needed to get out so i can do what i need.

Place is a rip-off and they set up stolen phones for people that bring them in
