Unless youre in a real tough spot and need a replacement phone asap. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! No stick to speak of and the customer service representative was down the hall and had to wait like 15 for him to come into the store to help me get a phone that I didnt even want with a plan that I didnt want either

Why have representatives that dont know what theyre doing?! She had to call her manager close to 10 times to figure out how to set up a phone! Its still not set up an hour later. Refused a refund even though we havent even left the store! Called corporate aka Angel to confirm they cant give a refund. $300 and still no phone to use
