Not a bad place to get a cigar. The price per stick averages on the high end. While there are a few low price options, if you tend toward the mid-range options (Arturo Fuente, Oliva, Perla Del Mar, etc), youre not getting out of there for less than $10 a stick. The staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. The lounge is rarely crowded which is a plus in my book. Pretty good experience overall.

Excellent shop. Swung in on my way through Cleveland. Great selection of cigars and the owner was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. If your into cigars, I highly recommend you check this place out.

Highly recommend. Moved to Cleveland a year ago and this is my favorite shop.For some reason, storing cigars is a problem here in Cleveland. Ive gotten everything from rehydrated to moldy cigars. People dont know their business.But not here. They have a smaller selection, but the cigars are always fresh. Stored properly and not too many to a case.The selection has some of the best too. E.g., tabernacle.And the owner here is clearly knowledgeable.Every time I ask for something interesting, I get a cigar I havent tried before and its always good. Always.Thats impressive. At this point, I dont give my business anywhere else.

Nice shop with knowledgeable staff. The lounge comes at a premium and offers annual membership or pop-in availability for a fee. The lounge has good ventilation and is quite comfortable, though the furniture shows some heavy wear. Windows offer a panoramic view of the neighborhood and lets the sun in nicely on an afternoon. I would go again, but Im not sure I could justify the visitation charge. I suggest checking it out. Let the staff guide you towards a cigar (they steered me right on this visit), and see for yourself.

Im not a cigar smoker but I was there to celebrate a friends birthday and from what I observed there seemed to be a vast assortment of cigars for whatever your taste may be. Our group went upstairs to the smoking parlor and it was very nice, very comfortable furniture, the ambiance was wonderful, fans were on so the other 3 people in my party the were smoking werent creating a mushroom cloud indoors. Even though I dont smoke I would definitely return with my friends that do. Staff members seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Stop right now and go into Cigar Cigars. They have the most knowledgeable and friendly staff and have a smoking lounge that is by far the best in all of Cleveland. Its not uncommon to see sports stars, coaches and Hollywood elite hanging out upstairs enjoying a smoke or two.

I stopped in here on Saturday evening with a few friends on a bachelor party. It was perfect. The place was clean, elegant, and comfortable. A really relaxing environment to enjoy a cigar with friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were really knowledgeable, and were very good about educating us about various things, without a hard sell or sales pitch. They have an excellent selection of cigars as well. Now that Ive found this place, I will definitely return.

Don’t waste your time at this dump. You have to spend $30.00 to go upstairs and use there lounge? What a waste. All the positive reviews are probably from the owner. There are better places around town that you could buy a cigar and use there lounge

Beautiful small shop with an amazing smell. The staff was so helpful to everyone looking to either try their first cigar or find a great new smoke. Everything from small to large, and cheap to expensive is available and they can help you find the right choice.

Bought a few items and cigars in the past couple years from them (probably about $300) and besides being way overpriced with a ok selection, I didnt have any reason to complain, I mean, I didnt have to buy anything. The other day I purchased a $30 lighter from them and the thing never worked properly, It wouldnt light consistently, pretty much worked just one time. So figured I would return it for a store credit or at the very least get a replacement lighter. The woman working was so unhelpful. Kept telling me there was nothing she could do and I would need to come back a few days later when Hugh was in so he could tinker with it. She also stated that the lighter wasnt a brand that they stood behind, what the hell does that mean..? They specifically showed me that lighter... You sell the damn thing, so youre saying you sell junk?. Pretty rotten how they would not even give me a replacement lighter or a store credit. Good luck keeping customers with that business model of screwing the customers. Go to Dads Smoke Shoppe or buy your sticks at Cigar Auctioneers by Famous Smoke. Im done with Cigar Cigars and anyone reading this should be too.

I was in Cleveland on business. I was staying downtown and found Cigars Cigars online. It is everything you have come to expect from a fine tobacco shop. The selection wasnt as wide as other stores that I have been to but, there was a lot of variety. They had enough variety to fulfill the needs of any type of cigar smoker. What made this store exceptional was the staff and the smoking lounge.Steve was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The upstairs lounge is the ideal location to enjoy good cigar and great company. If you are a cigar smoker and in Downtown Cleveland, Cigar Cigars is a must.

The gentleman that helped me today was a class act. He informed on how to fix my humidor and didnt try to just push me to buy a new one. The guy behind the counter was informative without pushing me to more expensive cigars. The prices are good but the selection and humidors were great. The lounge is the real reason to go, beautifully done and very comfortable.

We held an event there in the upstairs lounge and the service, atmosphere, and overall experience was fantastic. Not to mention that all we had to do was buy cigars to reserve an area. Highly recommended even if you arent a big cigar smoker just for the novelty experience

I shop from both Cigar Cigars stores, and have purchased nearly ever cigar type and brand they sell. One of the treats I look for in a cigar store, are those gems which have aged and developed plume. Plume is the oils of a cigar which have crystilized and freckled about the cigar in spots of dusty whiteness. Plume can be brushed off or left on for your enjoyment. I recently purchased a San Lotano from the Ohio City location because I wanted to find out the real deal. Steve, thanks for leaving me some of these beauties...they were delicious!

The shop is in a great location & the staff is friendly, however the selection is rather small for the price point. Arturo Fuente cigars are $25 & up. La Gloria Cubana only in commemorative boxes for $59.99. No Hoyo de Monterrey, no Punch, no Cohiba...I would go to Dads Smokeshop in West Park or Robusto & Briar in Lakewood first, if you are able!

The place was clean, with a good staff. Selection was terrible! I expected this shop to have a huge selection but that was not the case. San Cristobal, Nat Shermon, Alec Bradley, Don Pepin Garcia, Jamie Garcia, Rocky Patel, Aging room... The list goes on of what they DONT have. Very disappointing!
