2 stars because the staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Ive tried to support this minority owned establishment, but EVERY time I go there, they are out of cigars. I frequent various cigar spots throughout the area and this shop is the only one thats always out of cigars. I dont understand it. I would like to know how ordering is done. Its quite a popular spot, but always out. So frustrating.

Its always good to have a great smoke at a nice establishment like Shaker Cigar. The owners are great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend to anybody looking for a chill place to go to.

Shaker Cigar was suggested to me to visit and I’m glad I did. Good diverse selection, had my favorite, Padron 64 series! Very relaxing and convenient. Owner Phillip was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Excited to patronize a Black owned business. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I were in town for Falcons vs Cleveland Browns game and wanted a nice cigar bar. We goggled and Shaker Cigar Bar appeared. Overall great.Nice set up, very inviting, owners are great people. Shaker Cigar took my out of my “always smoking the same cigar” comfort zone and gave me an opportunity to smoke some cigars that I wouldn’t have usually smoked, the cigars were great...I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The space is way too small for the amount of people that hang out in there. Also, it could use a better ventilation system. Since customers can bring their own alcohol, it would be helpful if Shaker Cigar offered ice.

I stopped by because I saw that a new cigar shopped had opened in Shaker to find that it was a very nice place. The selection of cigars were great. The customer service was very personable and the atmosphere was very inviting. It’s very close to my home, therefore I know I will be returning in the very near future.

There are better cigar shops out there, the owners treat and bet on women like chess pieces,they are not very professional or personable unless you are willing to be one of their swinger contestants. They talk down on certain people that walk in there, which is not proper cigar etiquette . They do not have class nor are they sophisticated. They will not last long.

Was driving by yesterday, and noticed they just opened. Great location since I live in Shaker and dont like driving all the way to Mayfield Hts. or Woodmere to get a stick. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Plus, great environment to relax in and enjoy your stick of preference. Ill DEFINITELY be stopping in often.

Very quaint nieghborhood Cigar lounge where everyone becomes Family once the smoke full the room, I been in cleveland for 48 yrs now and in four months since there opening I meet a host of wonderful Smokers there .. Shaker Cigars is that place you’ll find yourself saying I am about to leave several times before the night end.. at lease that’s how my evenings always turn out .Great and knowledgeable staff of Ladies and Gents

Lost my torch at the Football game Sunday so I found this establishment to buy another one. Staff was very hospitable and I walked out with a torch and four sticks. I will patronize them again when Im in town. Live in California.
