Visited the Browns Pro Shop on vacation and this place is incredible. Lots of jerseys, hats, t-shirts and novelty items. Got a couple t-shirts and hats. Wanted to see if they had an orange Browns Baker Mayfield t-shirt but the staff was a reluctant to help and find the one, I was looking for. Other than that, its a great place to get some Browns merchandise.

Go Browns!! Great atmosphere. (Dog Pound not for the faint of heart or kids) JMO just my opinion.

I believe the young gentleman’s name that helped us was Tyreek, he was hanging up new stock and after I had asked two employees and they told me if the jersey I was looking for wasn’t hanging up it was out of stock, and a third had told me it was showing in stock but couldn’t find it, he walked over and found it in the box of new stock he was hanging up. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to check for it that way.

Beautiful stadium in a beautiful setting and in a beautiful city. The layout of the stadium is perfect and the security and stewards are kind and polite. The food is also what you would expect and of a decent quality. The merchandise store is also well stock with everything a brown fan could want. Definitely recommend coming here for a game. Here we go brownies here we go...🐶🐶

Stopped in to see the unveiling of the 75th anniversary jersey...bought a few items..including one of the jerseys..loaded with lots of Browns apparel..helmets and footballs..if you in the area..its a nice place to shop..

Purchased a custom jersey that has a flaw. Didnt see the flaw until I got out in the sunlight. I went right back and called at a later date no longer be will do anything about it.

Some items dont have prices. Not many size options for Jerseys... Only had one in my size (2XL), but thankfully it was one of the ones that I wanted.

This place is a Browns fans toy store. Good selection of Browns anything.

Nice selection in a pretty scenic location, one thing I will say is that its mostly nike apparel, so be ready to spend an arm and a leg for a t shirt. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

They sell e gift cards online specifically for the Cleveland Browns that you cannot use in the store.... what kind of store sells you gift cards online that you cant then use in store?! Wasted my time and money coming here with a Cleveland browns gift card only to be told I cant use it in the store. Complete waste.

Prices are in line with online prices but nothing special there you cant find elsewhere.

Had less of what I was looking for than expected. More importantly, I felt like I was being followed and watched as a black customer. One guy even came and grabbed the things that I was purchasing to take them to the counter even though I wasnt sure if I was going to purchase them or not and wasnt ready to make a decision. I was the only customer in the shop. It caused me to just hastily grab a couple of things and go. This is unfortunately not an unfamiliar feeling as a person of color when shopping. Never had it happen at the team shop before, and I shop there before every Browns season. I planned to spend a few hundred dollars this year, including a custom jersey (which I didnt get) but just spent a little over a hundred. I may have to rethink purchasing there anymore.

Fix the front entrance door, people. It practically smacks you going in and going out. Loose doors are a sign of slack building maintenance.The door hitting you is almost as if to add insult to injury on the lesser quality but overpriced sweatshop NFL merchandise! I almost fell due to that.Additionally, why not add more artwork, books, or historical souvenir documentaries about the BROWNS?Repaint the dressing room and add some clothing hooks for easier apparel try-on, please. It looks like it has not been touched since 99!Little things add up to be a lot. While the team has not been the best, our home should look immaculate and top quality in all aspects.Workers, please get your noses out if your devices and assist customers better. GO BROWNS!

Highly disappointed that they didn’t have the 2020 Browns Super Bowl gear! Everybody in the area and on ESPN told me the Browns would be in the Super Bowl this year! I wanted to commemorate the achievement with a shirt, upgrading my current collection of ‘86 and ‘87 Browns Super Bowl shirts.Alas. Go Broncos!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Best place to get personalized jerseys. Lots of Browns apparel, many of which are not available anywhere else. Also has team literature and knick-knacks. Located at the stadium. A must look for Browns fans.

Loved the merchandise but the staff is horrible. I went on a Saturday and the store was fairly crowded. The staff was standing in a group talking and laughing behind the customized jersey desk and not one person was working the checkout line.

The store is awesome and I get its offseason and you guys are slow but if the two people working the store the chick and skinny dude would actually move from behind the computer and stop looking at their phones for minute and ask if I needed help or do something productive that would’ve been awesome. Terrible! I called the “Pro” Shop they said to come in and they could make my son a jersey. When I got there the guy at the desk was extremely rude and he acted like I was wasting his time. I understand that they are back logged but don’t have me drive 40 minutes to tell me to fill out a form.

There is only one Cleveland Browns home and if you want Browns, this is it. The Browns Pro Shop, situated at their home stadium is stocked with everything one needs from winter warmers to jerseys, and more. It authenticity is what you are after, there can be only one and Alfred Lerner Way is where you have to go to find it.

HERE WE GO BROWNIES, HERE WE GO!! Like all NFL licensed apparel the prices are ridiculous, but after a great day of NFL football who cares? Right? Love the pro shop. If you are looking for something Cleveland Browns, it is the only one.

It was closed. I was unable to go inside so I didnt like that at all. I will let you know the next time I go down there if its open, then Ill let you know how I liked it thank you.

I am a huge Cleveland Browns fan but when I called to see if they had a particular sweatshirt the woman on the phone was diss-interested and offered zero help. Terrible customer service.

Wanted to buy something but was also interested in buying tickets. We go up there because my husband is in wheelchair but we go with group so try to get in same area ruffly and last time we got them on internet we was scattered and didnt even have handicap ugh...anyways the redhead was rude and cut me off a couple times. So instead of making a seen we left. Other girl came over to smooth it over but was over it by then.

I ordered 2 shirts and had them customized with the Baker Mayfield numbers. I ordered a 2x and I wear a 1x. One of the shirts I couldnt get over my shoulders and the other was so tight there was no way I could wear either of them. I had my daughter whom is a Large and they are even small on her. There womens sizing is more like a childs sizing.DO NOT GET ANYTHING PERSONALIZED BC THEY WILL REFUSE TO HELP YOU WHEN THEIR SIZING SUCKS. I AM STUCK WITH 2 SHIRTS NOBODY CAN WEAR AND OUT 100.00. THIS IS THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. I HAVE LEARNED MY EXPENSIVE LESSON ON ORDERING SOMETHING CUSTOMIZED FOR SURE!!!NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Came in on Monday afternoon no one in store but about 4 employees. One young girl came and asked us if we needed help told her looking for some shirts, we use to live here but now in Louisiana and here to get new merchandise. She said any questions just ask... well I was looking for my size and 2 guys and this other young girl were standing and talking I walked up to them and felt like I was interrupting their conversation I asked about any other sizes, she stated most of them out... so I stood there said can I show you what I’m looking for she roles her eyes comes with me and says all our women’s are out and walks away. Now I’m in retail management for 26 years.. all I can say is wow!! What a way to treat an out of town die hard browns fan. Left with no merchandise and really disappointed in the service!

Its a mad house on game day! Place is way too small for the amount of people that they allow in....wheres the fire marshal.....Poor size options.
