My Grandson and I went in today to purchase a pair of basketball shoes We had to ask the sales associate for help that was all dressed in jordon attire and was standing in front of what we was looking at for help. He acted like it killed him to go look for his size he opens the door with his head halfway and says we only have 6and half I said can we try it please. He bought it out but it didnt fit so I tried asking about ordering them he said I dont

The staff at the store was excellent. Howevery package that was ordered in the store still hasnt showed. The receipt states 3-5 business days, not true. It has been a week and the package still hasnt shipped.

One thing I didnt know about this franchise is they do not offer a military discount or veterans discount when I asked for it I didnt expect them to say no

First time ever ordering shoes online and with curbside it was such a smooth transaction and it was rainy not hard but I didnt have to get out of the car ...Love it!!

I love the variety of sports related merchandise. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I think a new location as a stand alone in an area with much more traffic both vehicular and foot. Bradley Square Mall probably only gets less than 20% of shoppers than they did in the early 90s. Barring a miracle it looks like it will go the way of The Village and Cleveland Mall

I had to return something and they said they put it bk on my car but never did and now I’m out 150 $ and no shoes and they won’t fix it even tho I have recp and bank records

I asked if they could see if they had a size in a certain shoe, and they literally stood there and looked at me and said no, they didnt even go check.

Completed an inventory for them... the store was prepared and Skylar was great to work with👍👍👍

Beat customer service I have in a long, long time. I will go back !+ the sales associates were happy and very glad to help.

They have a good but small selection of shoes - particularly cleats. The customer service is a little lacking (they take awhile helping, and sometimes you have to search to find them).

We will NEVER EVER shop there again -Hibbetts Cleveland. The very worst sales associates (the 2 wanna be divas with the Lee press-on nails) on this beautiful planet, period.

The store was empty. Sales people standing around and had to go find someone to get a size for me. She brought it, laid it down and never came back to see if it fit or if I wanted another size. Worst sales staff ever.

The young lady followed me all over the store. Then have the audacity to stand a cpl feet from me like she was looking at shoes. So I left without buying the shoes I was looking for. Smh
