Great well stocked with every shoe I asked for, employees VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, DIDNT HAVE TO ASK FOR HELP THEY WERE ON TOP OF IT SOON AS I STEPPED FOOT IN THE DOOR. UNLIKE THE STORE IN GREENWOOD. I WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. THANKS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK..

These shoes cannot be the real thing. On Dec. 18, 2017(my bday) I stopped by the Cleveland, Ms store. Everybody in there was on their cell phones texting. No greeting or anything. Shouldve been a sign to turn around and leave. Even after we spoke......nothing. A young lady came from the back to assist us. Chose the shoes i wanted but got sick. Sugar was very low. A guy not affiliated with JJ gave me candy. The young lady returned from the back with the shoes. Found pants we wanted but your sizes are terrible. We continued to shop because we wanted a hoodie. Oh she comes from the back on her phone which cut our visit short. We bought the white Nike brand shoes. As we left the store everybody still buried in their phones we said have a nice day. A smile wouldve sufficed, but we received NOTHING!!! Not even a TY COME AGAIN. Which I wouldnt anyways. $70+.....anywho I finally wore the shoes on 1/20/18. Came home got a wet cloth(water only) and cleaned the soles(as i do all my shoes) b4 putting them back in the box. I accidentally touched the cloth part & the shoe turned HOT PINK. Once they dried they turned a light pink. Is this a new style or something? Pissed at my $$ gone to waste after one wearing. Wanted white Nikes now I have light pink. Customer service sucks & quality of shoes too. I say throw the whole damn store away!!! You got that $$ but NEVER again. Ive bought better shoes at PAYLESS!!!😡😡#AngryTallulahian

They do not have a wide variety of clothing for big and tall. They only go up to medium on some clothes. The District Manager want listen to the crew members when they try to get better products. New York High Styles in Clarksdale and the Mall in Greenville will surely shut this store down. When they closed Okuns it should of been closed permanently!

Didnt have my sons or my shoe size in any pair we picked out. And not a lot of clothes in in my size 2x
