I had a great experience overall with Self-Made Custom Menswear. I ordered one suit and shirt initially. The solid light blue shirt looked and fit great! Ive gotten lots of compliments on it. I had some fit issues with the suit and it took a little alteration but Brandon was great and worked with me until it was right. I wore it for the first time last week and everyone I ran into said how nice the suit looked. I was so happy with Self-Made that I ordered another suit and shirt that same day. The fit is excellent and looks good. In the end, Im very happy I found Self-Made and will continue to use them for my custom clothes.

Aime was excellent for myself and several friends of mine. He set 3 of my friends wedding parties up with a great look. Approachable, easy to work with, very efficient when it came to communication and questions. The suits turned out awesome, fit well, well priced, and they did not take long to come in! If i were to wear suits more often, Aime and his crew would be who i reach out too for a great look.

I consulted with Brandon about a suit for a wedding. The suit came just in time and the fit was perfect. The level of detail within the suit is incredible. Will definitely be buying another one soon.

Very disappointed with my experience with Self Made Couture. They have ruined my wedding day and now Im forced to find another outfit for my wedding with less than 30 days left.I originally reached out to Brandon their CEO after seeing all of their glowing reviews online. I told him I was interested in getting an orange tuxedo jacket for my wedding. I also wanted 3 matching bow ties for my groomsmen. I showed him exactly what I wanted. He promised that it should arrive by Feb 1st. The fitting only took an hour. Unfortunately, before I left, we didnt agree on the outfit I was getting. However in subsequent text messages, I had made it clear that I wanted the same tuxedo jacket pictured below. He mentioned that his distributor had an orange material that was similar. In followup text messages, he kept using the same image I had originally texted him so I thought everything was great.Today, the jacket arrived (a week ahead of schedule) and as you can see from the attached pictures, it is definitely not a match. Its not even close. As you can see, the tuxedo arrived looking more marigold than orange. Additionally, the bowties didnt match the color or material of the jacket.When I asked what he could do to correct the problem, Brandon at first didnt offer anything. When I pressed him on the fact that the bowties didnt even match like I requested, Brandon reluctantly agreed to refund them or replace them. When I asked about the jacket,  he was disappointed with how I felt, but there wasnt anything he could do about the jacket. Im sorry. Youre the CEO of the company. You can do whatever you want. You choose not to do anything which is infuriating.Based on my experience, it sounds like this company needs better customer service training. What they dont know is had this experience went well, I would have happily purchased another $2,000 worth of suits and recommended two other friends who are also getting married.
