A bit shabby and not much toy liking to buy but the store does have a wide variety of items. Everybody that work there was also very helpful and friendly. Its a shame they dont get a lot of better items. I think the store would be amazing if they had better merchandise.

Huge selection. There are no fitting rooms so you have to know the size you want. They even had new shirts in the package when I went. I will definitely go back. They get different stuff in all the time, so the more you go the better chance you have of finding what you are looking for.

I got a Coach purse for $3.49. Value World is so much fun.

Every time I go to Value World, I shop too much. I always find great bargains. My aunt was visiting from Columbus, MS. and I found a lovely jacket for her. She loves it and asked me to find her something else.

If you have time you can find so many goodies here. I recently bought five black dress pants 2 skirts and 3 blazers here for work, all of which had original tags and recognizable brands. I love it here. So many stuff for the kids too with tags.

The employees buy more merchandise than is in the store. I have seen with my own eyes,employees come out with hampers and carts full of merchandise to buy. Its funny that there is no gold or silver in the jewelry showcase, but the managers are walking around with it around their necks.

I always find good deals at Value world, some with the store tags still attached. The coupons are really great money savers.

There was no good merchandise on the floor to use the 50% coupon on, not a single piece of furniture or toys rugs, pictures or gadgets. I took pictures with my phone along with other regular shoppers. The coupons were a rip off at the Northfield store in Ohio. You need to extend the dates if you are going to keep good customers who spend the $25 in order to come back and spend again.Some of us come a great distance and we all dont buy clothes!!! We are furious to say the least!!!

I have been shopping at Value World 4 years I like shopping at the one on Northfield Road I find good deals there even though the prices could be a little lower its beginning to get a little more expensive 4 things that are used but for the most part of it I enjoy shopping there the staff there hes really nice will continue shopping there and looking for deals in hopes that they begin to lower prices

Ironically, due to how bad your Northfield location was, I have shopped at the Lakewood location. It is like night and day. The store is nicer, the employees are nicer, the selection is better and thanks to excellent service by the #26 bus line it is much easier to get to as well. (I live closer to Northfield, but the bus service is bad). It is nice changes have been made at your Northfield location, but Ill continue to shop at Lakewood. Thank you.

Terrible experience, will never go back, take your business elsewhere, restore, goodwill, anywhere.Very messy and unorganized, upon checkout there were about 6 employees standing around doing nothing. Waited in a line for about 10 minutes and then they said it was “the employee checkout” whatever that means. So went to the other register that they were opening because no registers other than the “employee checkout” were open. Once in the new register the employee who was not doing anything earlier was now counting change.. after waiting 5 more minutes of the employee not checking us out we just left without buying anything.

I didnt buy anything but am pleased to note the store is very neat and organized, well-lit and big. Didnt have that basement smell either.

When my favorite thrift store Unique Thrift closed and the owners took over this place the hope was that they would import the things they had from that store to this very over priced store. INSTEAD they took what they knew and made this store even worst. Gone are the half price Mondays but there is a half price coupon to be found in local residents getting the coupon in their mailboxes.There is so much non-working junk on the shelves (electronics) that this is more like a flea market than a thrift store. We normally look for lingerie and this store does have a few pieces but on several occasions I have asked why their price is HIGHER than the store tag attached? There is no way used lingerie can cost $15-20 unless it belong to J-Lo or some superstar.Shame that the Salvation Army Thrift store yields better goods and prices and they are even higher than the Cleveland location. The only way you can get to the normal retail price is with a 50% off coupon or with their store punch card.TOO much fuzz about what will soon be seen on garage sales all over the place and that season is just about to start. When the signs go up on local streets I will be paying more attention and looking for good items rather than fish though Value World and arguing for management to at least go with the attached store tag for pricing.

Closed, not a clean place

Some of cashiers can be rude. Can get busy which means long lines. Some clothes pricey that have a ton of stains and rips to them.
