Tried stopping by multiple times last week and today during open store hours. Every time I’ve tried stopping in, the store is completely empty and there’s no workers in sight, and the door is locked up. I called the main store to see what was going on and was told the worker(s?) downtown “get bored and leave the store” to walk around or go hang out in other stores supposedly. Very disappointing as I’ve heard good things about the products themselves. Expect to wait a considerable amount of time if you plan on visiting downtown in case the worker is bored.

So excited to visit this store. Ive been buying my products online.

So glad to have this place just down the street from me in the 5th Street Arcades. I’m partial to locally-made products, and theirs are among the best when it comes to soap. Men’s Bay Rum and Coffee & Clove are my personal favorites.
