Went in on 10/29 to find a masquerade mask. They have 100s of them. They were very busy, understandable. I was willing to be patient. One gentleman was nice. He grabbed some out for me. I said please help someone else I can wait. I had the time to wait. In waiting a another lady came over and took another row out. I tried on a few didn’t like but was interested in seeing more. I had one on and the lady comes back to tell me I need to decide. Taken back I said “this is not how this works, what kind of customer service is this?” Note: I have been in customer service for over 15 years. She said “yes, that’s how it is”. I guess you don’t have the right to find what you are looking for or take your time. Come to find she is the owner. She’s rude, understaffed and beyond unprofessional. Needless to say I walked out angry and shocked beyond belief. Don’t go there.

This is one of those cool spots youre always hoping to find; a little gem.This is a costume shop that changes seasonally, and let me tell you, they are chock full of everything you could ever imagine wearing; from superheroes to TV characters to spooky freaks, you name it, they have it!They also specialize in make up for both dress up and show, so this is a great place to find what youre looking for, regardless of actor or kid!

I have not been into the store in person yet but the people working here are SO RUDE on the phone. They cannot take any time to check if they have a product for you and are not nice. Very poor customer service, no kind goodbye or have a nice day or anything. I don’t want to go out of my way to drive up there if they don’t have the specific thing I’m looking for. It has completely turned me off to the place and I hope I can find what I need elsewhere.

I came in here for something different as I knew this place had what I cant find at Spirit Halloween...owner too busy doing her taxes to speak with me forcing me to explain it to an employee that just wasnt understanding. I drove a hour here to be ignored, just a bad overall experience. Sad this used to be a good store years ago.

Super friendly service with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy. I will definitely return for more! Highly recommend!

Starship Earth is an awesome store! They carry many of the known brands of special effects makeup year round, so if you are hesitant to order something online this is a good place to go! They also carry a wide selection of masks and wigs. My favourite part of the store, however, is the jewelry. There are many beautiful pentacle earrings, necklaces, and rings- among other symbolic items that may catch your eye if you practice the craft. Always a fun place to visit

This place is pretty awesome. Ive walked past it many times and it definitely shocked me when I walked in for the first time how much I had been missing. Itd be cool if they could expand and make it even bigger.

This is my go-to place for all my stage makeup! It is also the perfect year round destination for any kind of costuming and Halloween stuff!

They offer year round convenience for makeup, masks, and costuming. They are one of the last year round brick and mortar costume shops. Staff is knowledgeable.

That have the best masks the only problem with them is most of them are way to big for anyones head I been goin here since they were on Broadway in Cleveland when I was a kid

I called over the phone today to ask about Mehron Makeup, the lady was rude and wasnt willing to help me. I drove down there to buy it in person and the same older lady was just a rude and distant. I work with a nonprofit and we normally get our makeup from there, but after this experience we will no longer do business with Starship Earth.

Costume shops are a dying breed and its nice to see this place open all year round. Great for odds and ends, makeup, wigs, etc.

Pricey. Doesnt always have what you are looking for, but they will orser itnif they dont have it.
