The best place on earth. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because the line was so long my daughter had time to ask for 8937363 things. Other than that its organized and clean and stocked with goodies.

Their selection of art supplies could be a lot better. The sales people could also be a bit more helpful, too. Prices are on the high side compared to the value for the money. You can do better ordering from another online vendor. However, if you need a quick item Hobby Lobby will do in a pinch. Too bad that Cleveland doesnt have competition for this business.

Employee had no knowledge of products in store. Asked for an item store previously advertised she wanted to argue that they didnt carry the item, never have. I walked her over to it and educated her. This is a widespread national problem with no solution in sight as long as were stuck with the current administration that discourages people from working and encourages Governments hand outside to keep them in power.

One of my favorite stores ever. However this one, on my last visit missed some of the sale signs. I specifically had things in my cart because I read the signs. They sent an employee to check on the signs. A few minutes later had me go check to see that they were not there and told me I was mistaken. And im guessing the employee who went to check before me had taken the signs down. She even said if you could please show me, then Ill give you the discount. Grinning the whole time, acting as if I were crazy. But they told me I was thinking of last weeks sale. I hadnt been there the last week. So I know I read the sign that day and even explained this. For a Christian organization, they sure do have some corrupt employees. Considering it only saved them a few bucks. But cost them a long time customer. Oh, and theyve discontinued their 40% off 1 item coupon, in case you didnt know.

Ive shopped this store almost my entire life and it has always been on pristine condition. You can count on it being next and clean. Friendly service too! Hands down, favorite craft store!

I dont like them pushing there views..but I love the store clean very helpful staff. A large selection. I love this store, and if they dont have it. You just need to ask, and I love the framing department.

This review is for the quality of this particular store, not the franchise. Its clean, the employees are very nice and helpful, and its well stocked (surprisingly so, given how Ive personally seen thier truck pulling in at noon or later when Im fairly certain that should be showing up in the early morning). And I have to applaud them for actually paying their workers a very fair wage, while Ive never worked the advertised starting wage advertised is much more than I made after years in customer service/retail. I may oppose them in aspects politically, but I applaud the company on that regard and this branch specifically for being a cut above.

Had lots of stuff, but as an awoken patriot, I found that attempting to find American made products was a heck of a task here. Even patriotic stuff such as masks, flags, stickers, magnets and the like where all foreign made and I refuse to purchase them. Lets all get back to checking those labels so we can vote for what you believe in. Vote with your dollar instead of posting useless social media posts & tweets.

This is a great place to go for nearly anything you need to decorate your house. Its also a great place to find items for crafts or hobbies. We were able to get a super cool puzzle for our son. We will be back because we will have Hobby Lobby glue and frame the puzzle for his room. The store never has that busy, crazy feel. All the employees are helpful with finding items we need and checkout is simple. One suggestion, there are items that seem like they are on sale for weeks at a time. All of a sudden they will go off sale. How is one able to figure out the timing? Other than that, we are dedicated customers.

Youll find a little bit of everything here from home decor, arts and crafts, cake decorating and so much more. I find the staff always kind and friendly. Only four stars because several sewing items that I have gone back for more than once are still not in. Keep in mind they are not open on Sundays so staff can spend their day of rest with family and friends.

It was a great experience, all the staff was friendly. Honestly we came in about 5 minutes until they closed just to see if they has any sofa tables. The man that had helped us grabbed a ladder and was helping us look at all of them. And even helped move it to our car.

You have to be careful of what you buy here. (You could pay a very high price for the quality of item you purchase.) However, when certain items are on sale, you might get a really good price. Its worth noting that everything in the store goes on sale in a set rotation. My advice, plan ahead and wait for that department to go on sale. In addition, find the clearance sections in your store, frequently you can find great deals. Happy crafting.

This is an older but excellent store. When you walk in, you will be amazed at the Christmas decor they have. (During season). Honestly, its almost like a tourist attraction with Christmas items! If your into crafts, they gave it all. Man cave decor is awesome. You can decorate your home for any season, or just every day items. Prices are great, many sale with huge savings.
